Great game
Fri Aug 15 2025 Game Time Party On Excellent

One of my favorite aspects of this game is that you have a lot of freedom to switch around your play style for different challenges. You’re constantly switching around skills, so you could focus on making your player able to tank one day, be a medic the next, a summoner the day after that, dps the following, and so on. This blows those games that lock you in at the start out of the water. Gameplay pacing is great too. It is easy to pop in when you have two free minutes, make meaningful progress, then get out. Or, if you have half an hour to play, you can work on beating the next dojo level that demands you to switch up your gear and think through a different playstyle. I gave this one five starts because it’s better than most games five star games out there, but I’d love to see an expansion of the story side of the game. They approach this through your character messaging in a chat with a few of their characters, but there’s not a huge sense of story arc or character progression. I would love to see the protagonist develop more such as chatting with somebody who starts off antagonistic and builds trust over time. Or, our MC could receive cutscene video clips when they arrive at current markers. Supercell, thanks for making a great game. These days, this is the game I look forward to playing the most.

So far, I’m really enjoying the game downloaded a little while ago and absolutely cannot put it down yet. My honest hope is that it absolutely shines and becomes one of the most popular games. Keep the core elements and this game definitely has a future. I absolutely love it. I love the battling, the dialogue between the characters and how it feels like it has life. This is my review so far it could change in the future, but as of right now, five out of five stars. It does feel like a hack and slash type of game like many others out there, but I feel this game has its own identity. You feel that in the atmosphere that the battles along with the music combined, creates. I hope when you pick it up, you also love it, and see the things I’m talking about. This game has good bones and a solid foundation. It’s going to feel a bit grindy at times but that’s actually the magic of hack and slash, type of games. They allow us to boot the game up and get in quick, blast music or podcast etc, while we get right in to the middle of the action. Beautifully executed so far I’m excited for the future of this game. I hope I’m not wrong but until something changes or critical flaws are noticed, absolutely loving it and I’ll see you in game.

Feedback From New Player

I started playing the game a week ago the beginning is fun, but task are repetitive there is no people to play with, the monsters are kinda annoying like you have a mount to speed up but once you get hit you start walking, i wish the game was more like monster hunter, you have a gathering hub, you pick quests, and the quests can change as the seasons change, the difficulty depending on player level, armor to protect u against different monsters, It would be fun to have a roll over animation to dash monsters attack, and an special attack that deals more damage and the other 4 abilities for support, you can also get more feedback from the anime solo leveling where you are heroes hunting monsters / kill a monster get a special weapon or material to upgrade things that you actually need and use, make dungeons, the clothes more combining that you can change pants and shirts make it more appealing to each person, probably even a pet for solo hunters, make gathering materials a thing- like mining, fishing, looting, the maps are nice it probably needs more trees and water/swim and things to do in it to make it more fun and not seeing only monsters probably like a camp where you can go and hide from monsters or to get supplies and i know probably all this feedback i am giving is hard to make in the game it would be a pretty cool add on to the game would make it more playable and fun for an everyday game.

Great game, needs more to do

I’m absolutely enjoying the game. So glad Supercell didn’t cancel this project. The monster hunting is generally satisfying until you realize you’re killing thousands of mobs and they don’t have any sort of material or unique item drops. So its basically just go to “x” map and kill “x” mob a bunch of times. They do drop cores which basically level weapons and gear up but if i’m killing a monster 1000 times, id rather see my weapon that im currently using level up instead of some random item that i’ll almost never use. Other than that it just lacks diverse content and the social interactions are far from where they need to be for a game like this. Would love to be able to party up with others in the open world spaces, have an actual chat feature, and see actual clans and the content that usually comes with that like clan vs clan battles and stuff. I know the game is still early in its life so im sure more updates with introduce a lot more aspects into the game. Excited to see where it goes and hoping for huge success for the devs and players.

Someone gotta go…

Hey look SUPERCELL yall really did GREAT work with this game. There’s plenty of things to different different modes and all kinds of events happening within the maps it’s truly amazing! Cool downs may be a little long for the amount of health these BIG purple bar monsters have but maybe that’s just me. BUT IM ONLY WRITING now because y’all just updated the game again with a new battle pass and new clothing pieces ( which is the only thing when can buy, which is great btw.) BUT EVERYTHING is so TRASH like… really yall got 80’s disco and pizza party theme going on!?! OH NO. The development team for the clothing needs to be fired cause clearly it’s being ran by 70 year olds getting ideas from their grandkids. Please the japan theme was pretty cool even though most of the clothes come off feminine ( Please change that also.) Seriously I’ve never left a game review in my life but I’m only leaving this one cause this game has so much going for its self. But y’all won’t be getting a cent from me without making some changes to the only thing I can buy in game. 👎🏽 please get some help. I don’t want to stop playing the game it’s the first game in a while that me and my brother have found we can enjoy together. But we are NOT feeling these taste in fashion right now. Please adjust quickly.

This game is great!

Definitely worth playing. I hope they release it without invites soon. The gameplay is simple enough to make it a quick satisfying mobile game, with enough build depth to be worth spending time on. The setting is fun and enjoyable. The characters are great. I can pick this up for a few minutes while at work, or grind for a long time with my family. Good amount of content. My one criticism is that they seem to intend to make their money on cosmetics and I think they need to double down on that. There needs to be better options for color customization, I would also encourage more social spaces and chat options. Allowing people to customize their apartment rooms for a price, and allowing people to invite other players in to these customized spaces would boost cosmetic sales a ton. As it stands now cosmetics don’t mean much in a top down ARPG and there’s few opportunities to “show off”. Do this right and this will be a great f2p game with a profitable cosmetic market.

Good but still developing

It’s a good game easy to pick up and play for long or short amounts of time. But it has a few issues or things missing one thing is that the level scaling seems to have a very very sharp curve because I was able to get to level 13 or so in about 2 or 3 hours but now each level takes at least 3 hours to get which makes progression slow with their being no real way to grind new gear besides quests which eventually require those hours of grinding to be able to complete making it quickly become more and more slow and boring. So it would be nice if it was possible to get rng drops from hard bosses that spawn from events and dungeons depend on your contribution to beating it. Also it would be cool if there were pets added that would play into your build whether it being giving you a damage boost at level one then more things like attack speed boosts as it levels up or a pet that provides damage negation and healing or one that can boost critical hits and there chance to activate. With that being said this game is very good for its first few weeks being released.

A little too much grinding
Fri Aug 15 2025 Wyldfirewyrm

The PVE side of this game is a lot of fun. Unfortunately, you fit a wall after a couple hours of play. To the developer’s credit, there is no pay to win model, and this game can be fully enjoyed without paying for anything. The downside there is that it means to progress in the game, you have to grind the same worlds for hours and hours, making the game feel unpleasantly repetitive. And for some game modes, a recent increase to enemy health and damage has made the games an air of false advertising. They recommend a power level for each game mode, but they didn’t update the level recommendations after the update. As an example, I tried to tackle a game with a recommended power level of about 4000, when my power level was just under 5000. Should have been an easy win. I played the level a dozen or more times. I can’t even get through 25% before dying. TL;DR: The game is great if you love grinding a lot, repetitive gameplay and very challenging gameplay. If any of those are deal breakers for you, skip this one.
