Fun game

I love this game been playing it off and on. I don’t really know why but I have been taking a break. I would love to have more game modes in this game. The more game modes would make it more fun. My friend just got me back into the game and I think I will have to start over but it will be ok because that will make it more fun for me because I was pretty good before. Thank you for making a fun game and I recommend this game to every single person on the planet. I is one of my favorite games there is but there is also another thing that I would like and tell me if there is but I would like it so that you can friend people. That would make it so much more fun because then you would be able to play with your friends. My cousin and I were able to play together a couple of times though we just used the same ranked tanks and we hit the start match button at the same time but a good amount of the time that didn’t work. These suggestions will make the game more fun the next update but if you are not able to this I will still play don’t worry. This is a wonderful game and you guys are working very hard but if there is a way that you can friend people please tell me because that would make it that much more fun sorry this was more looked a letter than a review but this is my first review. Used to be great game, but . . . .

Enjoyed this game from the very outset. Graphics phenomenal. Over time however, it has lost its luster. There’s an equity problem; the algorithms don’t set up opposing teams based at all on strength of record and performance. They gather the individual member data; damage, victories, etc. but it’s not applied equitably. Weaker teams get demolished, stronger players within a team dis the weaker teammates. Too many times it’s the varsity playing the JV’s. Beyond that, scores aren’t consistently applied. Good number of confirmed hits but final score doesn’t reflect reality. In response to my review, the developer acknowledges the inequity as I’ve outlined suggesting resolution is not even being considered. This is also an expensive hobby. Some tanks offered for sale cost upwards of $45US. The game is so good I’d gladly pay $100 for an equitable version. Finally, a long time ago low level tanks with cannon autoloaders were stripped down from original country design so “beginners” won’t be disadvantaged. Many veterans who spent considerable $ essentially “paid the price”. Since publishing my initial comments, the developer claims some progress in addressing the obvious inequities but, in my view, its inadequate. I initially pointed out game participation has declined nearly 20%. It has faltered subsequently to nearly 35%. It would be a shame if it falters further. A time for concrete developer action is again, overdue.

Started from the beginning.

I started this game at the beginning and am still going strong. I have read the negatives about how match ups are not fair, wallet warriors dominate, or the people of WOT have gotten greedy. I downloaded this game on a work iPad and my work has made it clear that I can never buy anything on this iPad, so I have worked my way from level 1 to level 10 tanks, I have tanks from all countries, all different levels and yes even some premium tanks, and I have NEVER EVER spent one dime in this game. For people that want to move up fast they can spend gold or cash. If you play the game and use the tank over and over(with many losses and a lot of patience) you can develop tanks and buy them by just playing the game. I also would like to say if you can’t take criticism from other players then this really is not your game. Just remember the game is 6 min long, if you get harassed by a player then after the 6 minutes you never see the guy again. They do sometime stalk you and write comments, but just be the bigger person, say nice things, and move on. It’s a game. It is a game for all ages. I play when I have some down town, I am also 50 years old with a carrier and family. I have the ability to spend a lot, but I choose not to. I do like this game and I also like the different maps over the years. You don’t have to spend money to get ahead, but you do have to have patience.

This game is unfun because of aggressive players and garbage match making and losing coins system

I use to like this game But thengame is no longer fun anymore because the game is filled with aggressive players and rigged match making . Almost every match I play my teammates have weaker armor plating and longer barrels while the enemy team has large heavily armored tanks with longer barrels which makes the game easy for the enemy players while I have to try my best to win with my bad teammates who never listen and every match I lose or win , the game punishing me by removing almost all my coins even when I try . I even watch the video to earn more coins but still im losing so much coins I originally have 500,000 coins but now I have 392,594 coins because of this bull crap losing coin system. This whole game is almost paid to win. I have to earn more coins by buying the premium pass with real money which I’m never going to do . The supplies I needed for my tank , I have to use coins but I can’t because the game keeps removing my coins and making everything affordable . This game keeps punishing me by giving me very aggressive players and removing my coin when I win or lose . If this keeps happening again I will quit this game and remove it Edit the game is still removing my credits win I shoot a enemy tank turret tracks and weak spots and causing so much damage to the enemy tank either I win or lose , the game still keeps removing my coins for no reason

It's been quite the ride but the game is pretty good.

I started playing right around release and have seen the progression of the game all this time. I loved this game for a while after it came out and they were and still are constantly updating it and adding new content. However they started making some changes in late 2016 and finally the dreaded 3.8 update in 2017 killed it for me. In their add they advertised no timers but they ended up adding them, taking away the previous effective equipment system and added a new convulsed one with its own currency to get some more money. That along with a slew of other changes alienated a lot of players, myself included and I do not touch this game for a year. I found out that in the last update they repealed the spare parts system and were compensating players. They also changed some unpopular things like restricting global chat and such. As it stands, it is a pretty good game still and they have gotten rid of some of the worst elements they had introduced earlier. The reason it is a 4 out of 5 review is mostly because they have started a weird trend where they introduce bizarre fantasy tanks, some of which are quite overpowered but since they were premium tanks bought with real money for most, they can’t nerf the or take them away. With so many cool real and concept tanks, why are we getting Dracula tanks? Stick with what made the game so appealing in the first place.

I have been playing this game on and off for over a year now. And I will say that it is a good game. Not a great game. Not a bad game. But a good game. Now I have noticed some issues tho with it. For once sometimes my rounds decide to sort of “phase through” other tanks even tho I’m sure the aiming circle was as close to it and it couldn’t be a non pen. Also I do not like how expensive stuff like premium ammo or repairing a tank is. I’ve done battles with over 1,000 damage but still lose like -8,000 credits. Now I will admit I probably spent like over 60 bucks on this game. I know I know. I have also made the mistake of paying for lockboxes. Yes I know you still get a reward but sometimes the percentages are just too low. Like 0.9% for a tier 8 heavy. I will also say that some tanks have stupid dispersion and even when you do hit them you will only get a “track crit” (which it in itself is stupid) or “track destroyed” without doing damage at all. Like I’ve played the T49 for a bit and it’s like the gun only works when it’s at the direct rear. If you at all try to shoot a tank at its side you will either get a track crit or it’s destroyed. No pen at all. Another thing is the dispersion. Even if you fully aimed at the enemy and you still miss. This is mostly experienced by higher caliber guns over long ranges. Over all it’s a good game but needs work

Structure needs improvement

I’ve played this game for many years now. Maybe I just didn’t notice back then, or maybe it has really gotten worse, but man these players are awful - teammates who sit in the open and get killed in an instant, players who intentionally troll to throw the game, players who incorrectly play their tank i.e. sniping in a non tank destroyer. I understand skill level is not something that can necessarily be taught, but by god if there is any way to improve the tutorial to foster better performance from players, please implement immediately. Among other things, I find it pretty incredulous and mildly infuriating that someone who barely knows how to play the game can spend $50 on a tier 10 premium and be eligible to play rating battles. In relation to rating battles, I still don’t quite understand why there isn’t some sort of minimum threshold in place for win rate, if not average damage as well - if you don’t meet the bare minimum you don’t get to play ratings. There is no reason players floating in the <40% to 45% win rates should be in rating battles. At the end of the day, I’ve spent a lot of time playing this game. But it’s very difficult to enjoy it when so much is contingent on other players. While obviously nothing can be forced, I do believe certain strategies can be implemented to better address such issues. At this point I only get on to play the game modes where I can have fun even with garbage teammates.

Best game ever but is missing something

It is the best game ever and I love it but I wish you all could update it so tanks can have little LMGs on them thanks and the money making and exp is to hard for someone like who has other stuff to do so could you make that easier thanks hope you read this I know I said this before but I want the prices of the tanks to be lowered or make it so you earn more money after a match please hope you read this again and thanksgiving again one more thing if there is anything else after this I will say something about that but for right now can you make it I. The next update maybe make it so there can be more than two people In a platoon if you can thanks again hey uhhh I’m super mad because it won’t let me sign to my account-peanut_2020 so yea I want to play the game but I can’t if this keeps happening so please fix the dang thing. Hey it’s me again I’ve been wondering why the American tanks are so expensive because it takes me forever to get American tanks but I don’t want any other country tanks and i know they more powerful they more expensive but I hate how expensive and I just a new tank called the Pershing and it’s very weak, slow, and armor is bad against other people since you are going up against like tier 10s and to get the upgrades for it they are expensive and hard to get for a tank you are not used too and is very bad without them. I just wanted to clear that up thanks
