I just deposited $25 and right away won $170 but gave it right back like a dummy so I logged out for a minute jumped right back on deposited $100 bang won $300 in less than 10 mins now that’s how ya make it fun n keep me coming back.. Listen I know ya can’t win em all but ya must let people win here n there that’s what makes it fun n that’s how you create a loyal and a returning customer this app seems to get it ..So YES I would definitely recommend this app for anyone it’s way better than most and I played everyone that can be played living in the state of NJ👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Ridiculous! The game is unavailable in my state, which is fine, I don’t care, delete and move on. The thing I’m irritated about is that the app struggled to verify my information so I went to chat with customer service named Lara. She had me submit picture of id. It was secure, I verified what I could and was satisfied with the link, nothing sus, etc. Well, after I submitted photos she verified my identity Andi went on the okay. That’s when it tells me I cannot play because I’m in California . Why verify my account and set it all up then? And I had entered my address on the app already. I then demanded all my documents destroyed and account deleted . They said ok, and then ASKED ME WHY I WAS DELETING MY ACCOUNT?!?!?!?! Are you joking? Why would I keep an account for something I don’t use? The rep could only Suspebd my account not delete. So I’m letting you all know right now, I have attorney on retainer for something else and if you don’t completely remove any tiny piece of me on this app, he will be happy to help. Told me this is an easy fix. But if I have to have him do that, I’m going to pay him to look into other people with similar experiences and possible a class action. It’s highly suspicious to open an account knowing the client can’t use it

I have picture proof of the horrid support and scam like practices of this company. I’ve had several referral bonuses not be rewarded to me (450$ worth). Every time I opt into a promo I have to screenshot the whole promo and all of the rules and terms with it because when its time to be rewarded the promo credit I have to go to support and chase down my money. Spend 45minutes in chat every time sending photo proof of promo and waiting for them to “find” said promo on their end just to still not be rewarded the credits. I’ve had them “escalate issues” several times and when the supervisor sends me an email it’s 2minutes after an escalation and clearly has not had time to review my case in its entirety or the chat messages that went on and generate a response in 2 minutes. I’ve never dealt with such a shady company when it comes to getting your promos and credits. Not to mention they have the worst tier reward system on any of the apps. Do not recommend to anybody that wants to keep their sanity and wants fair gameplay and anyone that uses bonuses or promos often.

Their new customer bonuses are OK and seem to be paying out like they’re supposed to but it’s only day three for me. Even with that said I’m not very impressed. The slots seem really tight and games that usually pay out much better for me on several other casino apps are giving a fraction of what they would normally give on another reputable app like Caesars, DraftKings or Borgata. Honestly, if DraftKings had not gotten rid of my favorite slot, I probably would have just devoted all of my gambling budget to them, but when they got rid of it I decided to look around for something else that had that slot, and I can tell you that fanatics is not the one for me. I’ll probably stick around till the 10 day promotion is over, but after that I will either delete the app completely or if I do come back, it will just be to try my luck at the free spin.

I love the operation and layout of the platform. They also have a great variety of games to choose from and withdrawals have been almost instant. My issue is with customer service. I have made a handful of inquiries thru the chat option. After sort of forcing the bot to get me to a live agent…it says I’ll be notified via push alert when an agent is available. I’ve never gotten a response thru the chat or even a follow-up email like the other platforms do if they can’t respond in a timely manner. This is huge for me because I worry that if I ever have an issue like being able to withdraw winnings…I won’t be able to “talk” to anyone. Kind of makes me worry a bit about spending money on this app.

Same as all the other apps. Doesn’t hit. Predictable as ever. If you’re playing a line game and you lower the lines all of a sudden the lines you’re no longer playing are getting all the good hits. If you put the lines back up it doesn’t hit. If you happen to think you’re gonna to get a big hit it will glitch into absolutely nothing or maybe $5. Doesn’t matter how much money you put in or what bet you play or how often you play the games just do not hit well. Ever. Had a game glitch twice on a bonus was told to wait a whole month to get to play the bonus for the game to reload and no bonus. It’s horrible and predictable. Save your money go to a real casino at least they can’t control how much one person can make and if you win or lose it’s pure luck and doesn’t feel rigged

I’ve had this site for a few years now and I decided to make this my main site well first of the year tier points reset I’ve already made my way almost to 500 and I haven’t received the little 40 dollars in fancash for advancing and I’ve emailed and emailed and it’s always something with customer support now they have to forward my account to some spin me so called team really over 40 dollars in fancash wow this is by far the worst customer service I’ve had on any site hands down so if you wanna take a chance with your time and money feel free to do so I definitely gave them every opportunity to fix this issue just by adding what I’ve earned to my account and I will update you all if they decide to make this right hope this info helps someone

I have spent over 100 and still out of all that time one bonus $25 I won. This is not a good website I'm with the other people people have to win a little more. You never let anyone win. This will be my last go round. I think I'm gonna delete this site if I finish this round good luck cause you're gonna need it. I go back to Ballys I DraftKings. A waste of money and time. I have to delete this game. I played a little more they could they are going to turn around they give you a couple dollars didn't really start taking your money.
