Overall Average Payouts Exponentially Decreased

Title is essentially self explanatory, however allow me to elaborate; go-to game is an “instant win” game called Cash Zap Ultra Tap. Started playing over year ago and used to persistently win instant payout values ranging from below $10 to above $50 and occasionally $100-$200 on an .80 spin. Due to financial constraints I took a several month break at start of the year. Ever since returning at end of Spring I have noticed how horrific the payouts have now become. When you do actually win on your spin (.80 per) the unlocked payout values all stay below $1-2 enabling you a total payout of maybe $1.25 - $1.56 with $2-3 out of the norm and anything above $5 almost impossible. In the extremely rare instance where a value multiplier is given you will still only average $6-8, with double digits seemingly out of the question. The glaringly obvious disparities within payouts now have rendered this app unplayable, and I’m sorry to say I must recommend the same for others reading this. If it were not for this particular instant win game type then I probably would have not noticed as much as I have - such a monumental difference I felt compelled to write out this lengthy review.

Amazing Customer Support Woman

This rating is NOT for the app or the casino. I have been trying to open my account for the past 6 months— and when I say OPEN my account I mean OPEN my account. For 6 months I have not been able to spend a single cent or play a single game. I have been dragged through the mud about this situation. Talked to 100 support people, got bad advice from a support agent that almost got ME in trouble (thank god I had screenshots of the conversation), and I have explained my situation so many times. Every support agent I have spoken to about this has been little to absolutely NO help— until today. Today I spoke with a woman named Courtney. In 6 months of having this issue she has been the kindest, most considerate, and determined agent I have spoken to about my problem. I do admit I was coming off quite angry at first given my past experiences with the support agents— however, I did apologize and tell Courtney I realized it wasn’t her fault personally and she was very understanding about my frustration. She was incredibly helpful and determined for me to get a solution to this outstanding issue. Therefore Courtney gets this 5 star rating from me. Thank you Courtney

They are unprofessional

I have been playing BetRivers Casino for many years never had a problem with it. When it’s time to upload money, it’s quick and easy, same with withdrawals. The other day I was playing the casino on a game on the cash. When the casino game froze during the spin, which was allowing me to win the mini the minor and the major. Normally, when you log back in, it would give you the prior spin once the game is frozen that did not happen this time. Luckily, I took a picture of the screen. right after that, they locked my account for review. Customer service said that one of my casino games was incomplete and under review so they had to lock my account which will take 48 hours to for them to review. I had $100 balance in my account. I received 3 emails five days after. First one stating that my hundred dollars that was on my casino credit was sent back to my bank account. And the second to last said my account is now closed. I will not be opened to find out why my account was closed, they deemed necessary to close my account and that’s only because they knew that I had one on that’s been over $4000 because they froze and started trying to help me even though I’m showing them they went ahead and close my account and support is extremely rude when I message them to find out why that was closed. They said they do not have to give me a reason.

Important about the poker rooms

I played the poker quite a bit and only recently noticed that this app will continue to take money from ure account that u didnt play if u register with any of the rooms and dont make sure u Leave the room properly itll continue to play u in tht game u register for and u will lose ure money without being there if u just swipe out of the app. Idk how much money i lost to that fact but when i wrote there support team about it they basically told me sry about ure lick. I like thos app alot but after tht it really steered me away from it. They wont help u fogure it out nor will they refund any losses due to u swipijg the app out and not playing the hands they continue to let u lose what u spend to register. Sad fr cause some ppl dont have lot of money for tht but they absolutely DO NOT CARE NOR WILL THEY HELP SO BE WEARY AMD REGISTER AT URE OWN ROSK. U will lose money for games u dont apparently leave from. If u register and swipe out it WILL TAKE the rake and the money from ure deposits even tho ire working or whatever ure doing and assuming since u closed the app itll return it….. it definitely wont and they wont do nothing to help so be careful.

Something is off with this Casino

I’ve been a loyal customer of BetRivers Online Casino NJ for years, and my experience has been absolutely terrible. After being fully verified by them, they suddenly locked my account with no explanation or warning. Now, they are demanding I use my camera and microphone for ID verification, which feels completely unnecessary and invasive, especially after all the verification I’ve already gone through, both with them and their predecessor, SugarHouse. To make things worse, I can’t even cash out my winnings. Customer service has been completely unresponsive — no one answers my calls or emails, and there’s no chat support available. It feels like they have no interest in resolving issues or supporting their customers. They are withholding my money for no reason at all, and the lack of communication is incredibly frustrating. On top of that, there’s a major issue with the game Cash Falls China Street. Every time a progressive ball drops, the game freezes, and it kicks me out of the session. This has happened multiple times, and it only happens when a progressive ball appears. This is not just a technical glitch — It need to be investigated. I will not be returning to this site, and I strongly advise others to avoid it until they address these serious problems with both their games and customer service.

Ridiculous

Five stars so you can see this. My account was closed but they will not explain why. Some sort of policy they can’t tell me. It’s not because I was winning to much that’s for sure, but it’s gambling nobody should expect to win. When they closed my account I still had a balance of $137 and they told me my check would be mailed out the following Thursday. It’s been almost 3 months now and still nothing. Iv called support at least 7 times pretty much every other week. Each time they put me on hold for a good 10 minutes come back put me on hold again for a good 10 minutes. Then the first 4 times they gave me a date it would be mailed out, but they have now stopped promising me it will be mailed out. Now they say they are gonna escalate my situation whatever that means. Apparently nothing. And for some reason they can’t explain why I was able to deposit and withdraw with my debit card while my account was active, but now they have to mail a check. Must be hard times at Bet Rivers Casino.

Fed up

Listen there’s absolutely NO REASON why every time I try and chat with support I have 20+ people ahead of me. That’s insane. I’ve never been on a casino app and had that many people waiting on support. At most I’ve had two people in the queue before me. The reason I’m reaching out is because why are the only options for deposit through your bank account, which mine won’t link , cash deposit at the cage, pay near me, or pay with cash with the last two being the same thing if you ask me. It is so inconvenient! I have friends though who can deposit with debit cards and Venmo but I have NEVER had those options. Why can’t you just use plaid to link bank accounts like everyone else? They accept a wider range of bank accounts including chime. I have no clue why PayPal, Apple Pay, or google pay isn’t offered. Not even play+ accounts. WTH is going on over there? It makes zero sense from a business perspective. Wouldn’t you want more deposit options for your customers. If I could ever deposit money in this app I would like it and use it. The only time I’ve played is when I have bonus money because I can’t deposit otherwise or it’s too much of a hassle. Smh.

You can spend hundreds on this game and win decent maybe once a month.. it boots you off in the middle of spins on many games way too often and don’t repay the lost bet that didn’t land the spin before it boots you off. You gotta fight to talk to a customer service rep half the time. You use to get bonus money every Friday even if it was just $5 until I cashed out a good bit the first time ever and suddenly I got nomore bonuses weekly, just a few here and there that don’t even make spending as much as you do, worth it. Also, specifically for the egglink astrocat game.. don’t play hundreds of dollars trying to get the eggs to drop from up top because all it takes it them booting you off once in the middle of playing hundreds over hours to drop them alllll to get booted off and them to dissapear the second you’re booted off like they dropped while you unwillingly got kicked off. It’s happened more than twice I’ll say and both times I was LIVID. I will sit in the same spot and play way to much money to drop those eggs just to get booted off and the eggs taken away. It’s unbelievable what this app gets away with. I’ve been playing for months now and I’ve noticed patterns. Coming from a decent gambling addict, save your time and money here.
