Fri Feb 21 2025 RoJoe11I’ve been playing this app for about 3 years and I’m embarrassed to admit that I’ve spent thousands on this app, the games are all fixed to where they make you win just enough to keep you coming back & after you do win it takes it all back & it’s almost impossible to win anything big the games are definitely rigged I advise people to stay away from this app! I was at a platinum level & when I wasn’t playing as much or wasn’t depositing as much money the bonuses stopped they certainly didn’t treat me like I’d been at a platinum standard they make you believe you’re getting bonuses but not until you’ve wasted hundreds of dollars & you definitely don’t get anything for free unless you pay for it, it can not compare to the Borgota app now that’s an app that I tell everyone to try they truly treat their customers well, the Borgota app gives you so much more they give you 25 free games at least 3 times a week they also give you a claw machine game daily where you get a chance to pick either 5-10 free games or a couple of dollars to play a certain game & that’s given to you whether you’re depositing or not I’d give BetRivers a lot of money & it’s a complete waste of time, waste of money & a complete scam I’m just upset with myself for being fooled & how I wasted tons of money & got nothing back even with the fact that I was a loyal customer as soon as i stopped depositing hundreds & only deposited a smaller amount I couldn’t get anything not even a free bingo game you either need to accumulate points to play or keep depositing money lots of money just to get something back & when i noticed the games glitching or restarting while I’d be playing that’s when I knew for certain it was all rigged so save your money it’s not worth it!

Thu Aug 14 2025 Gard205Title is essentially self explanatory, however allow me to elaborate; go-to game is an “instant win” game called Cash Zap Ultra Tap. Started playing over year ago and used to persistently win instant payout values ranging from below $10 to above $50 and occasionally $100-$200 on an .80 spin. Due to financial constraints I took a several month break at start of the year. Ever since returning at end of Spring I have noticed how horrific the payouts have now become. When you do actually win on your spin (.80 per) the unlocked payout values all stay below $1-2 enabling you a total payout of maybe $1.25 - $1.56 with $2-3 out of the norm and anything above $5 almost impossible. In the extremely rare instance where a value multiplier is given you will still only average $6-8, with double digits seemingly out of the question. The glaringly obvious disparities within payouts now have rendered this app unplayable, and I’m sorry to say I must recommend the same for others reading this. If it were not for this particular instant win game type then I probably would have not noticed as much as I have - such a monumental difference I felt compelled to write out this lengthy review.
Amazing Customer Support Woman

For 6 months I have not been able to spend a single cent or play a single game. I have been dragged through the mud about this situation. Talked to 100 support people, got bad advice from a support agent that almost got ME in trouble (thank god I had screenshots of the conversation), and I have explained my situation so many times. Every support agent I have spoken to about this has been little to absolutely NO help— until today. Today I spoke with a woman named Courtney. In 6 months of having this issue she has been the kindest, most considerate, and determined agent I have spoken to about my problem. I do admit I was coming off quite angry at first given my past experiences with the support agents— however, I did apologize and tell Courtney I realized it wasn’t her fault personally and she was very understanding about my frustration. She was incredibly helpful and determined for me to get a solution to this outstanding issue. Therefore Courtney gets this 5 star rating from me. Thank you Courtney
They are unprofessional
Sat Nov 02 2024 Ashaaaa09I have been playing BetRivers Casino for many years never had a problem with it. When it’s time to upload money, it’s quick and easy, same with withdrawals. The other day I was playing the casino on a game on the cash. When the casino game froze during the spin, which was allowing me to win the mini the minor and the major. Normally, when you log back in, it would give you the prior spin once the game is frozen that did not happen this time. Luckily, I took a picture of the screen. right after that, they locked my account for review. Customer service said that one of my casino games was incomplete and under review so they had to lock my account which will take 48 hours to for them to review. I had $100 balance in my account. I received 3 emails five days after. First one stating that my hundred dollars that was on my casino credit was sent back to my bank account. And the second to last said my account is now closed. I will not be opened to find out why my account was closed, they deemed necessary to close my account and that’s only because they knew that I had one on that’s been over $4000 because they froze and started trying to help me even though I’m showing them they went ahead and close my account and support is extremely rude when I message them to find out why that was closed. They said they do not have to give me a reason.

I like thos app alot but after tht it really steered me away from it. They wont help u fogure it out nor will they refund any losses due to u swipijg the app out and not playing the hands they continue to let u lose what u spend to register. Not paying me my winnings

I have hosts on many different platforms and I’m no stranger to decent wins. I say this not to brag or say I’m anything special cause I’m not but simply to say i understand all these sites quite well. I want people to know what they’re putting me through at the moment. As i said I’ve been verified for years, I’ve submitted pictures, photo id, bank accts, social security anything you can think of. So i go to do my withdrawal and what do they do start asking me for more verification, i ask why they say security reasons( meaning a decent hit and they want to slow the process in the hopes i’ll reverse the withdrawal and lose it) so i say for what you have everything, they say for a card on file i said why i didn’t use this card and haven’t used it in almost a YEAR!! So long story short they’re holding my money hostage for a card i didn’t use for a deposit or a withdrawal, i submitted a picture of the actual card and they said its insufficient again i repeat THE ACTUAL CARD and now they said they need a bank statement from September of 2025 because thats the last time i used its. The best part is they give me no way to upload the documents so my money is just sitting there, they’ll Let me reverse it and play it, they would never stop that, but as of now i can’t get it out. Im contacting the new jersey gaming department tomorrow to file an actual complaint. Out of all the sites i play I’ve never experienced anything like this.
Something is off with this Casino

After being fully verified by them, they suddenly locked my account with no explanation or warning. Now, they are demanding I use my camera and microphone for ID verification, which feels completely unnecessary and invasive, especially after all the verification I’ve already gone through, both with them and their predecessor, SugarHouse. To make things worse, I can’t even cash out my winnings. Customer service has been completely unresponsive — no one answers my calls or emails, and there’s no chat support available. It feels like they have no interest in resolving issues or supporting their customers. They are withholding my money for no reason at all, and the lack of communication is incredibly frustrating. On top of that, there’s a major issue with the game Cash Falls China Street. Every time a progressive ball drops, the game freezes, and it kicks me out of the session. This has happened multiple times, and it only happens when a progressive ball appears. This is not just a technical glitch — It need to be investigated. I will not be returning to this site, and I strongly advise others to avoid it until they address these serious problems with both their games and customer service.
