I MUST inform you! Contrary to some reviews….

I'm thrilled to share my outstanding experience with the Caesars Palace - Turtle Creek app! Decent payouts, terrible customer service!

I’ve won a few times on this gaming platform and they usually have a good selection of games to choose from and I love the free bonus game you can play once a day and win prizes from. My only complaint is that it takes forever to get a live agent on the line or, in the “live chat” to help with anything. It’s so frustrating , I also don’t care for how difficult they make it to track your spending habits. Makes me feel like they care more about themselves and lining their pockets than they do about the people using their platform and the negative effects it have on some. Literally though, like if I don’t have the extra time to keep my phone screen opened to the “live chat” section waiting for an agent to show up randomly sometimes 20-30 minutes later. Why can’t we have a more efficient and responsive customer service team with your platform? Can’t be that hard to fix this issue considering so many people could do that job from anywhere on the go with a computer or smartphone so, why do you not have more freelance customer service reps or some fairly reasonable, inexpensive customer service team to assist your loyal patrons. It’s literally enough for me to not want to play on your platform anymore, I’m so frustrated because I’ve had this one simple question for three days now and still can’t get an answer. Not sure the benefits outweigh the negatives on this one. Selfish, greedy and, never speedy!

HONEST NON BIASED REVIEW AFTER 90 DAYS

Ok, where do I start? I will say overall, this is probably my favorite app for online casino gambling, coming in right behind FanDuel casino. It’s sports betting UI is not it though. FanDuel all day for sports betting. I am still down sizably on this app, and it would not dish out wins it seemed like until I had cumulatively deposited over $1000. My best win on this app is a 500x hit on “Christmas Morning” which was the total sum of a 10 spin bonus that was triggered. 2$ spin, $1000 payout. I have had far better luck winning on bet MGM and FanDuel casinos, I’ll just say that now. However, their layout, game selection, deposit matches, and them being partnered with Wyndham makes me tend to use this app as much as the others. They do have the smallest required deposit amount I’ve found, which is $5. They also pay out rather quick. Usually within 5 mins. I’ve only withdrawn twice from this app though, so I don’t get to utilize that fast withdrawal time often! If only this app had better winnings I would use it exclusively. Either way, definitely worth giving a shot! Nothing is a scam as others are commenting. They just fail to read the fine print when utilizing deposit matches. 4/5 stars for me!

Worst casino for cheating

I have played this game for now one year and if you want over that past year, they do not allow you to win any grand amount. If you play $10 here's an example if you play $10 they're only going to allow you to win $10 they are not gonna allow you to win any amount over that amount that you're playing if you play $20 they're gonna allow you to play win $25 if you win 30 if you play $30 They're only going to allow you to win as much as you play and on a 20% back you can win one son so they're taking nine cents on a $.20 bet they pay you four cents one set you can't say nothing because you're winning one cent now I just played $10and the most I won was $2.50 and that took me right back to the $10 that is cheating they know how to trigger those machines. Oh no, no no we don't do that. Yes, they do. I watch them do it all the time so just be aware . If they tell you, there's a technical error in while you're playing a game what they are doing is they are resetting those machines they're taking you off and resetting it so that you do not win if you're coming up to win or you're going to hit a bonus, their re-triggering it so you do not do it.. It is called cheating on their half so just beware of these casinos if you're paying 20 or $30 a game of course you're gonna win that's what they want but people that go on just to do it for a leisure thing. yeah OK not anymore. Beware of these casinos cheating.

2fa 24hour service just to update a phone number

I spoke with two live agents who provided me with a link that seemed like it was to verify my identity but apparently it’s a third party they use so you can update either your email or phone number. All it did was verify my identity using my govt issued id card and a selfie. Now I have to wait 24 hours to continue playing when I was in the middle of a bonus and the app continuously kept glitching and kicking me out. So I uninstalled and reinstalled it and my phone number needed to be updated so I could login successfully. Not only is this EXTREMELY GLITCHY ON IPHONES, but customer service gives you little to no help. It almost feels like you are conversing with an AI bot solely. I’ve had the exact same issue on other apps and changing my phone number was completed the actual live agent I was chatting with after verifying my identity by asking a few questions. I’m disappointed because I really enjoy Caesar’s online casino as well as the actual casino located in Atlantic City. I’ve always been treated with the utmost respect and even given top tier treatment when I’m just a normal guy. I feel like something could be done to expedite certain things especially with supposed live agents on the chat. If they’re AI bots then just be honest, but if they’re humans please help us paying customers out with simple request like updating a phone number. Not trying to be a jerk at all I’m just calling this one how I see it.

Terrible Company

I deposited $20 as a new player with a welcome bonus of $10. I won $60 which is great! However I was unable to withdrawal the money to my debit card after several attempts I was blocked from doing so in the app. I contacted support who advised me someone will email me in 2-3 hours. I waited 4 hours and no response, called customer service back and explained the dire need of the funds. The agent was rude and started sighing very loudly as I expressed my issue (this was my 3rd call so I was frustrated however not yelling-yet) she explained there’s nothing she can do so I requested her supervisor or another agent to which she replied no one is above me. I know that’s a lie I’ve worked many customer service phone jobs. After going back and fourth I had had it with her and started being angry and mean. She kept asking if there was anything else I could help with and I replied with yes I need my winnings. We went back and fourth and she hung up on me. Called back and got another person and was crying at this point. They advised me a supervisor would call me back in an hour. I still haven’t gotten a callback. I figured out my bank password needed changed and that was causing the issue but oh my gosh. I have NEVER seen an online casino operate so poorly. Do yourself a favor and download BetMGM Casino or DraftKings Casino. I won’t be depositing again after I just withdrew. Shame on Caesars Palace.

WORST ONLINE CASINO EVER!!!!

Please do yourselves a favor and stay far away from this app. I’m such an unfair rigged in my entire life and that’s no exaggeration. Went on a 10 hand streak of the dealer getting nothing but 21s and 20s and 2-19s. They literally make it virtually impossible for you to win money so if you download this app just plan on losing money at a rapid pace.. I’ve never seen anything like it in my entire life. I contacted customer service to get some sort of explanation and was told the “fair and regulated “which could be any further from the truth. You’ll play for a little bit and everything will be fine and then suddenly you will go on a streak of hands that are absolutely impossible to win no matter how you play no matter what you do you are going to lose money. I don’t know how it’s legal for them to take peoples money like this because it’s definitely not fair casino what so ever. I understand you’re going to have bad streaks of luck and are going to lose money sometimes, but this is a horse of a different color no matter what you do or how you play. Terrible Customer Service

I too have been one of the many customers to receive an email telling me that I’ve won two concert tickets to Madison Square Garden-which was exciting-until later that day I received a generic apology email stating it was a mistake…with no offer of compensation in any form which is unacceptable and really terrible business etiquette. When I reached out to customer service regarding their “mistake” I was told there was not anything they were able to do for me and to check their promotions page. Why would I do that? To win something that they retract several hours later with an “ooops we made a mistake” bare minimum pre populated email? This is the only online casino that offers nothing to their customers that reach out with concerns or issues…and these are issues that are on their end. Let me just add the two concert tickets were for Mariah Carey’s Christmas concert at MSG…that was a significant prize drawing to have won. So to be offered absolutely nothing when it is taken away (once again, ooops their mistake 🙄) is gross. Anyone that was effected should be compensated the equal value of that prize in their bonus account. If you are on the fence about downloading this app this is my own personal experience and may not be similar to others but I’m willing to bet that I wouldn’t be the only one to advise you to skip this casino.
