I started playing around 2-3 years ago and everything started out okay. Fair payouts decent promos and good customer support. Over time it has gone downhill. I play EVERYDAY. I have yet to win over $1,000 on this site. Vs the amount I have played all year that is deplorable and I don’t even see how it’s probable. The customer support is awful. There is a dynasty program which is a tier level rewards system and they announced to 48 hours before that they were cutting it short by two days this year to be eligible for the next tier. I worked very hard and spent a lot of time and money getting where I was and I was literally a hair away from the next tier. I reached out and asked if they could kindly at least honor the 27,000 crowns in the form of a site credit that I would have been eligible for considering I had to start all the way at the bottom and the refused which is upsetting to me considering what a small amount it is to them to make a good customer happy. Sadly I won’t be using their site much in the upcoming years and they know a lot of people who won’t either

Edit : Hit the jackpot royale like three times after years of playing and you would think you would get a chance at the large jackpots for how long it takes to hit but a wheel pops up instead and nearly every time I hit the lowest possible number like 1.80. It will slow down at a big number and then still manage to get to $1 lol. Another game I played stopped at $100 and then fast spun to like $6. The way these places PLAY you is crazy. I think going to a casino you have better ODDS. However there are times now where I randomly get 10-20 free spins on games but yet again rarely anything to cheer about because low line pays and random bonuses that seem hard to get and then you get them and they pay like $8. Not like we haven’t spent thousands for a wild turnout like that🤣 Could be better. I haven’t won anything to cheer on about. I definitely have won though and it has paid quick. The promos are pretty sad though compared to Mohegan. Other apps you get free spin Fridays and also returns to a certain percent on losses. This app gives 1 free spin promos lol like what?? Kind of weak. Would love to give a five star but haven’t seen anything worth bragging about. And I know gambling is a gamble but I give 5 stars to other casino apps for their excellent promos and some return on losses. This app gives basically unattainable wins unless you have money to just blow.

Lags a lot

I enjoyed it in the beginning but then it started lagging especially when it seem like your about to land on a bonus or scatter then the reels start to lag or skips fast 😏, promotion pop ups during your spinning and you have to watch your bets ex: if you have $5 and you bet 25 cents you should have $4.75 after the spin I’ve notice it would jump to $4.69 or some other odd amount not what your expecting. Also if you have 30 cents and try to bet 10 cents that should be 3 spins ,nope it will stop mid spin and say insufficient funds and then your stuck on the deposit screen not able to spin out your last cents . I have switched to the Mohegan sun casino app because it lets you use every cent and they have normal jackpot games that you don’t have to opt in or out for xtra and you can actually see the jackpots above all the games and it’s very exciting to see the jackpots reels as you spin you can also filter options by type of games & pick the min & max bet amounts you want to play it’s easier to navigate your deposits go right in unlike DraftKings where once you run out of cash and the dep screen pops up you have to go out or get pushed out and go back into your game to continue it does not start up where you left off Also Mohegan give out better free play bonuses, and cash matches DK will give you 1 maybe 3 free spins lol

Worst app I’ve played so far

I’ve been trying a few apps out the last couple weeks. So far FanDuel and Fanatics rate at the top. Deleted Caesers bc even just their site was lacking along with game selection. However, betMGM is right there with them except game selection seems better. Their app constantly closes out on me and freezes when collecting bonus. And game play? Well I play one game mostly across the different apps and on here is the only place the game plays differently. I get it, free spins are far and few between. But you reach the max multiplier you can get for free spins, if you ever get them, and then continue to get just 2 of the icons on the first two middle lines for another 10 x or more but you can’t even increase your multiplier once you reach the max and that alone takes forever bc it’s not often you get what you need to even max out the multiplier let alone then go at least 10x more getting the first 2 and it does nothing for you. between bidding and winning have spun a couple thousand times I still can’t get the free spins. The sad part is the free spins could be total trash and yet they are never given. I’ve gotten free spins at least twice spinning this much on other apps on this same game. I get it you can’t always win but it sure helps to know which apps I’ll stick to and this one I will be deleting.

RNG simulator automatic loss. When leaving a table.

I got a lost when live dealing hand was a win. It put me in this RNG simulator Blackjack mode.. when my app bugs out I can’t see hit button only solution was to rejoin but it took me to RNG and the simulation was me losing which was not what happened with my both live dealt hands. I got two 19s in RNG. Then dealer got soft 20; 9/A in RNG. In live table game dealer had 9/6/ bust card being 9. With my hand sitting at 19 first and 9 on second hand.. I couldn’t hit due to bugged out app. This is the first time seeing something sketchy in casino app and I have reported this to customer support when my dealer saw and heard what happened he went immediately to help me. The ticket went through pitboss 3 different customer support people. Still no answer besides “ Thank you for your continued patience and cooperation while we work together to resolve this issue for you.” It’s crossing to 4days they have video and my game ID transaction . My conclusion on this app is starting to lean that they are breaking a regulation or workaround with this RNG simulator when leaving the table and honestly they can keep the money at this point, I’m not liking that they are stacking their casino advantage. Customer support 1/5 app UI 1/5 promotions 2/5. Probably better to stay on Sportsbook side and not touch casino for any newcomers.

Love the app

Just some feedback … the promos are difficult to locate too many areas , you have to click on the casino tab , and exclusive tab , I also found quite a few credits in my notifications but they were located at the bottom of my credits tab . Difficult to find , I also could not pay by a vanilla gift card which was odd since my other NJ casinos take them , you also do not offer pay by me , something I usually stand in line at my local stores to make a payment to on my other casino accounts , these issues put your casino on the bottom of my list . One pro is that you offer a DEMO on ALL your games , something your competitors do not offer , or at least not on all games , just on some select games . I also noticed you have a quick payout ( within 15 minutes or less but you do not brag about it , and you should !) There is also a good variety of games but the layout is not as easy as some other sites

I read what someone had wrote about 30-40 spins after it was too late. Basically if you read the reviews you’ll see the same patterns. Once you have games you like don’t play them anymore because you can try to get a bonus feature and that will never happen again on that game. If you move onto a new game once you enjoy that game if you win on it, never play it again. They are really scamming people. We know it’s a casino, we know everyone isn’t going to win every bet, however crashing the game several times while you playing it resets the reels all over again so you have to restart basically from scratch if you go back into the game. Right before you see your about to get a bonus feature before the last things stops spinning total crash you go in and it shows the last spin before the bonus feature spin. It’s designed for losing all the time. If you don’t believe me put $50 in 3 times. And use it on the same game if you can afford to. I promise you that you won’t win more than you put in or even break even or only lose half of that. I also promise not one bonus. I’m challenging you to try this so you can see and never play with this company again after that

Decent app but beware

This app is okay for the most part it has a lot of games and there are decent wins from time to time, just BEWARE there promotions, for example I was just sent a promotion telling me to bet $5 and get $100 in casino credits, so because of this I decided to make a deposit and okay for a bit. I didn’t get the casino credits so I wrote support, they checked and verified they sent me the promotion but claimed it was a mistake and accident and I shouldn’t have recieved it… after I spent money because of it. This is the second time something like this has happened. It seems like a scam to get people to deposit there money and not have to honor there promotions, after customer support acknowledged I was sent it by mistake they won’t respond to me about it, what a joke. Be very careful and don’t count on getting the promotions they promise apparently they can claim they are mistakes and screw you out of your end and credit. BEWARE. Other then issues with promotion honoring and customer service simply ignoring, the app is decent it was my favorite until this, shows how they treat return customers. They only care about getting new customers and not there existing ones clearly.
