- Minor bug fixes.
- Added support for the Czech language.
This is a game to watch. It deserves a better star rating than it has currently. Is it perfect yet? Nope. Does it need some rebalancing? Yup. Regardless, this is a very well put together fallout style game, reminiscent of fallout 1 and 2. For those who have been waiting for someone to just get it together and port those games to iPhone, this is your fix. The gameplay is similar with turn based combat, but it has its own skill trees, weapons, armor, and story line. It works well on iPhone. Stability improvements have been frequently released. Hopefully the developer will continue to develop this gem. I’m hopeful that some of the issues of aspects not working as intended will be addressed in updates- for example it doesn’t seem that some perks work at all (eagle eye which is supposed to give a plus 50% to critical chance with scopes weapons doesn’t seem to work with my SKS with optical sights). Some fixes to have the game plays as intended, and even added content, perhaps DLC, and rebalancing of some aspects has the potential to make this one of the best games out there for iPhone. Fingers crossed the developer(s) stay engaged with this mobile version.
Was desperately searching for a fallout style RPG, and this did not disappoint, difficulty is perfect, weapons and skills are balanced, barter system is balanced. Quests(with the exception of repeatables) aren’t repetitive. Tons of hours of gameplay. Progression is adequate. The amount of randomness based off skills make this game re-playable for a different experience. They advertise 60 hours of gameplay, and I believe they are selling themselves very short. Very impressed, deserves much more praise and downloads, also, no micro purchases!!! To the devs, please keep updating and I’d gladly purchase a dlc. Invest in advertising so more people can learn of this great game.
Game really needs a way to make your character like you can n fallout cuz I pick my pic for my character black hair n when I got in game my character was kinda fat with brownish red hair that was really white looking and I am tan with short black hair and I like to like to make it look more like me that’s really big for me but besides that games just lil laggy n kinda feels overwhelming learning everything playing on my iPad not sure if that something can be fix or just me needing to get use to it..I hope there’s some romancing in the game if not I really hope that’s something you guys going to add cuz that be pretty kool n bonding missions with your followers if there are any but if some things get work on lil more n some more kool stuff gets added for free I will for sure tell others bout the game n give full stars cuz I really love the fallout games so to have some kinda like that for my iPad and different is pretty kool so I hope to hear back from someone n see more work done with the game so thank you for all your hard work ———————————————————————————— Game crashes every few mins n I play on a iPad Pro so it’s not that old can’t really enjoy the game it’s really sad too
Behold...a gaming beacon of light in the void of cheaply executed/made hack n slash redundancy of so-called “RPG’s”! This is a stellar example of an RPG (done right)! An epic yet down to earth storyline that begs the player to wander the lands in search of every morsel of lore and background on the environs and its interesting inhabitants and history. It is everything you would expect a classic CRPG to deliver: a VERY detailed (reminiscent of a BG1 and BG2) and compelling story. Of course, on the smaller mobile format item views and texts can get a tad convoluted. For the most part however, gear, stats and option menu’s are neatly and sensibly laid out with screen real estate maximized (IMHO). Great job porting this gem over gentlemen.
If you have ever played the original Fallouts, you will settle into this game like you might settle into a favorite book you haven’t picked up in years. The mechanics and style will feel updated but pleasantly familiar, while the setting and story-line is still unique and engaging. Combat feels perfect and dialog trees and quests have multiple paths that allow for a lot of flexibility in how you want to play your character. After the latest patch, all early performance issues I was encountering disappeared. I highly recommend playing this! Just adding to my review, I completed the game in about 50 hours so a lot of content. Dead City, without spoiling anything, completely blew my mind as I was expecting a small map but what you get is basically a huge new area with new landmarks, enemies, encounter styles and mechanics. It completely surpassed my content expectations.
Thank you for putting out such a fun and complete game!! I’ve played so many rpgs and all the fallouts were always some of my favs! This does that play style justice but has its own unique atmosphere being in Russia! I’m around level 23 and haven’t even come close to completing all the quests!! Thank you again for putting out a quality complete game that is a joy to play! This will forever be on my favorite list and I hope to see more from you all in the future!
The story and atmosphere is pretty good and a great throwback to the old Fallout games. The gameplay is nothing like those classics though. This game is terribly imbalanced. You can stumble onto a quest and get one shot to death. You can do about five hours of side quest to level up and start the main quest and still have a hard time with it. As someone that has been playing old CRPGs since the late 80s I can tell you these game were not like this. I could still put on Fallout and while lacking quality of life improvements still don’t have balancing issues like this game. I really wanted to like this one. I put over thirty hours into it. If you can get over the imbalance you might enjoy it but I deleted it.
Tedious. Interaction with objects are annoying including the faded mini icons that appear suddenly. The turn based combat is slow and clunky making it less than enjoyable. Reminds one of Last Day on Earth with a strictly Russian slant: mining for resources, annoying how you have to run back-and-forth on the map that is slow and tedious. Graphics are good. Seems 2B an interesting world but have to admit: not worth $7.99. Regret purchasing. Reminiscent of Day R Survival. Perhaps trying to re-create that on a more elaborate scale? Appears to be an import that failed the mark. Perhaps others will enjoy, I did not. Update: 6/19. Developer released an update: only took 4+ times w/ strong wi-fi. One would be cautious of this developer.
