New Icon and Save stability fix
Poncle does it again! Vampire Crawlers takes the infectious 'just-one-more-run' magic that made Vampire Survivors a global phenomenon and translates it into an insanely fun deckbuilding dungeon crawler. The game retains all the trademark charm, quirky enemy designs, and screen-filling visual chaos fans love, while introducing genuine tactical depth through card management and mana combos.
The synergy between character choice, card synergy, and floor secrets makes every dive feel completely fresh. Playing cards in ascending mana order creates a rhythmic momentum during combat that feels remarkably satisfying when you pull off a massive room-clearing chain reaction. Meanwhile, the village meta-progression gives even failed runs a sense of tangible progress.
With full controller support, zero invasive monetization, and endless replay value, Vampire Crawlers stands out as one of the finest roguelike titles available on mobile. It is an absolute masterpiece of indie game design.
Signature humor and addictive roguelike design from Poncle
Multiple playable Crawlers with unique starting card decks
Ascending mana combo system rewarding tactical card play
Robust village hub for permanent meta-progression upgrades
Full physical game controller support across iOS, iPadOS, and macOS
Pay close attention to card mana costs in your hand. Playing cards in strictly ascending order (e.g., 1-mana, 2-mana, 3-mana) triggers powerful combo bonuses that double damage or refund energy.
Always prioritize finding the shovel on dungeon floors to access deeper sub-levels. After each run, spend earned gold in the village on permanent stat boosts like starting health and mana regen.
Navigate grid-like dungeon maps while drawing and playing tactical action cards to defeat swarms of monsters.
Spend gold and resources acquired during dungeon dives on permanent hero stats, new character unlocks, and starting deck modifications.
Yes, Vampire Crawlers fully supports PlayStation, Xbox, and MFi controllers.
I really love the look and feel of this game, I’m playing this on my Ipad. I’d love to give 5 stars but my save file keeps getting lost and I keep getting reset back to early point in the game. I mean this is two or more entire victory runs and a lot of unlocks lost three times. Every time i get sent back to like 2 hours of game time. very frustrating and disappointing, i hope this gets fixed.
I played this game a ton through steam and loved every minute. When I initially played this game I thought about how great it would be as a mobile game. So it feels like someone read my mind. It’s awesome having this in you pocket. BUT… My gripe with this game is that there is in insane amount negative space and the text is very, very small. I’m not an elder, but my students have told me I’m Unc. But I can’t be the only one struggling to read the text. If you’re open to suggestions… I think ui scaling would be awesome. I play with a mobile controller, and it would also be great to be able to hide the borders on the left and right to maximize your view. It just feels very cramp. But it’s still a 5/5! I have no good reason to double dip on this game, but it’s worth it.
I play this on an iPad so I love the landscape orientation, and I haven’t had any save issues so far. Progression is a little slow at the start, but the constant metaprogression coupled with the many different ways to combo the cards keeps me coming back. I keep coming back with new ways to play and this is a great game for long flights.
Slow start, but I was enjoying the progress. Unfortunately my save was cleared randomly, which means I’ll be waiting a while to try again. 10$ feels a little disappointing for that experience, but I have faith in the development team.
I’d love it if you could add a portrait-mode option, just like in your previous game, Vampire Survivors. Both of these games feel like the kind you’d pick up and play anytime, anywhere throughout the day — so playing in landscape actually gets pretty tiring.
I’m in the process of downloading the app but I own it on steam and Xbox already. It’s a great game you can just play and relax with. This will definitely one of the few games I’ll be able to enjoy at work without requiring my undivided attention.
One star may seem like a rough rating for a pretty good dungeon crawler, especially when I got hooked and played for a few hours, but when I went to open the game later it seems my save file disappeared and I have to restart from the beginning. I’ll wait until whatever bug is fixed to try again, not eager to lose another few hours of progress.
I lost about 30 hours in this game after my save disappeared, which is frustrating because apparently they had an update 2 days ago which was supposed to fix “save stability”. I bought this game on day one and did not know about the save issues, now I have to wait until they can guarantee they have fixed them
