I broke your tutorial

Yeah so I was just in the tutorial and I found out that I could free roam and not have to immediately do the object objectives in the tutorial, so I did. And lo and behold when I try to actually do the objectives it wouldn’t let me like I was trying to lift the curse and I couldn’t do it. I pushed the button multiple times, but it said you haven’t completed the world thing. Even though I did multiple times. Unless I’m not understanding correctly, but I got into a battle after chopping down like 40 trees waiting. And currently I got the objective to save the villagers after randomly getting to fight those soldiers. And I can’t find them at ALL. So either make it so they can’t free realm or fix the objectives to where they can free roam to a certain point, but the objectives won’t break on them. If you can do that for me, it will be an instant five stars because this game looks really good. Oh yeah PS maybe you could put arrows to where the next objective is in the tutorial that would be very helpful.

They scam you for money

DO NOT MAKE ANY PURCHASES IN THIS GAME! I made a couple of purchases in this game shortly after ai started playing. Sad thing is they took back what I bought and without warning. I was surprised by this and reached out to the in game support for assistance. They responded claiming they had no record of me making any purchase and asked me to send them screenshots shots. They told me where in the App Store to go to get what they needed. Great, I did it and sent it over to them right away. They then told me I had not sent them the correct thing. I go and check and I had sent them exactly what they wanted. I replied back and tried again to get help. They tell me I had given them a screen shot of a purchase for something during an event. This is not correct and I get the information together and share with them the information along with more screen shots. The problem is they number everything so for instance when I bought an extra building queue that they advertise as permanent it is called Hot Sale Pack 68. I made a few other purchases and they are all called Hot Sale Pack and then a number. I got feed up sending them information. I have submitted a request with Apple for a refund as the company that makes this game just scammed me. I said something in the games chat and others confirmed they screw everyone out of their money in the same manner. I do not leaving negative reviews but this one is the worst I have ever dealt with.

Falsely suspended account

The game started out great and familiar to other war games I play such as Top War. However, out of the blue, my account was permanently suspended with no explanation as to what I did wrong! They said my “character was suspended for violating in-game regulations.” With remaining suspension being permanent! What rule did I supposedly break or better yet, what rule did I break that would cause a permanent suspension!?! There was a member in the guild that posted a discord link for us to join and when I joined a person directly messaged me and tried to get me to download “The Walking Dead” app. When I declined, that person kicked me from the discord. I went to message the person in the guild that posted the link and received a message from the game stating “The current member is under investigation for fraud or other inappropriate conduct. Stay alert and communicate cautiously to ensure the security of your account.” and then they have the audacity to suspend my account! I have been waiting for their support to review my case for some time and have had zero response other than to tell me it was going to take some time. Meanwhile I have members in my discord waiting to see if I will be able to access my account again and that know I have done absolutely nothing wrong. I want compensation for falsely suspended my account! They get 1 star for conducting this matter poorly and unjustifiably.

It’s a great game don’t get me wrong. And it may seem free to play, but to actually have a chance, you either need to be in a great alliance that knows how to diplomat good, or pay. The further along you play, you’ll notice you really need to pay to keep up. The wait times become atrocious and the odds in the shop are terrible. Designed to make you want to pay. This game is a whales dream. The guilds make this game great. We need group chats though. And also this game promotes bullying. If you’re sensitive or do like injustice, this game is not for you. You Will get bullied in the world chat, and you will get bullied in the map by players who spend thousands. Suggestion: please add more customization options. This game has so much potential. In my guild we get bored often because there’s nothing to do. 5 day wait times and out of stamina makes us bored. We would like more customization to our castle. More paths, roads, more decor that does not offer bonuses. Being able to rotate buildings. Maybe a custom avatar? Like I said, this game has massive potential, if there was more to do. Even our top guild, they get bored in the world chat and just start burning and bullying everyone because they spent thousands and we’re playing money.

Here’s a little back story… I’m top 4 in server 44 currently 91mill power. When I was a noob I like the fact that you can fight and resources that were taken or earned wasn’t really much. The whole fighting aspect of who could build the better team and who’s stronger intrigued me. The game has changed so much and as most people say it’s going in the wrong direction( I agree) to be in the top you will have to pay a massive amount of money and if you are new to the game you will never catch up unless you spend over 40k dollars or if you want to go toe to toe with the strongest guy 100k+. in the beginning this game had many counters to different types of factions and heroes. Now it’s just one faction(nature beating every team) I think nature is lame and an ugly faction. Now league is suppose ti have the upper hand but in this case for the past month in a half nature has the tittle of king. (((((There is no fun or strategy to this game.)))) talks of many people on every server think this game is turning to a bad version of FarmVille… I never played FarmVille but when 30+ people from different server say so I would have to believe to what they say. Do I recommend playing this game?. Not at this moment, this game needs work and the game creators are doing things just for money due to the fact it is a huge P2W game.

I have been playing this game for a very long time. And after building a great guild with a tight community our server started having issues with users who spend a thousands of dollars upgrading their castles to the point that they are unstoppable. Then they become Indian with power. They are abusive, and aggressive. And at this point you too have money and time spent in the game. You have made friends. You can reach out to the admins but they don’t care. They tell you there is nothing for them to do about the abuse and the bullying. It’s part of the game. But you can wait for this one event that comes once every 6 months to transfer out of the server and away from those people who are bullying you. But the whole thing turns out to be another money grab because it will cost you $100 to transfer. The admins and customer service don’t care that the players are unable to control the high spenders and are being bullied and abused. They just reap the benefits of high price tags for running away or ranking up so you can compete. This game breeds toxic attitudes and your tied in because you have formed friendships and spend money and a real lot of time building the guild. These game makers should be ashamed of the behavior they allow to happen in these servers.

I bought an in-game hero pack only to find out that it is of no use unless you continue to spend more money in the game. The hero was extremely limited in upgrade potential through gameplay compared to other heroes and would require further purchases to be worthwhile. This information wasn’t available to me before the purchase and I found out shortly afterward. In less than an hour after purchase I requested a refund through Google play, for the reasons above, and was awarded a refund. After I was refunded the game locked me out and stating I had an “outstanding balance due to malicious refund activity”. I tried contacting customer support, but they were of no help. They held their ground that I would have to pay the “outstanding balance” to access my file I had spent months on. I don’t see how it is right to mislead customers into buying a character and then punishing them once they realize they have been duped. I’ve spent several months playing this game and would like to continue, but I refuse to pay the balance of my “malicious refund behavior”. For what it’s worth, not that it should matter, I made two other in-game purchases the same day (my first three purchases in this game) and only requested a refund for the one that would require many more purchases to be worthwhile.

Beware they will keep on charging your credit cards without your permission.

Not only this is a pay-to-win kind of game (I.e. if you don’t pay/buy anything your queues will take forever to launch, your chances of getting any good reward will be 0, your growth will be insufferable slow even if you are a part of the best guilds and are super active) but if you fall into the trap of an offer and dare to make a single purchase of any package they will keep charging you on a monthly basis for that! And don’t you dare to ask for a refund or dispute the charge… they will ban you for “malicious behavior” when in reality they were the malicious ones charging your card without your permission on a subscription basis what you thought it was a one time only thing. Not only after asking for the refund they removed my earned experience points, diamonds, and vip points (non related to the purchase AT ALL) but they completely blocked me from my account unless I restore a purchase. I am sorry for my guild mates (I had two accounts) but out of principle I will not be bullied to pay to a company to keep access to what it was supposed to be a FREE game while they feel entitled to keep charging my credit card on a regular basis without any permission.
