Super Mega Lucky Box is a flawless digital adaptation of the popular 'flip-and-write' board game. As an expert in digital board games, I was impressed by how well the 'bingo-style' strategy translates to the touch screen. It’s a game of probability and chain reactions where one lucky number can trigger a cascade of bonuses that clear multiple cards at once.
The UI is exceptionally clean and colorful, capturing the 'vibrant chaos' of the physical game. What makes this version superior is the speed; you can play a full match in under five minutes, making it the perfect 'brain break' game. The strategic depth comes in managing your 'Moon' and 'Lightning' tokens—knowing when to mitigate bad luck and when to save your resources for a final push. It’s one of the most addictive and well-balanced puzzle games I've played recently, suitable for both solo play and competitive online matches.
Official digital adaptation of the hit board game
Satisfying combo-driven puzzle mechanics
Real-time global multiplayer and solo modes
Dynamic, colorful visuals and sound effects
Don't be afraid to use your Lightning tokens early. Adjusting a '7' to an '8' might seem small, but if that '8' completes a row that triggers a free '9', which in turn completes a column, you've just gained three marks for the price of one token.
In multiplayer, keep an eye on your opponents' moon count. Moons provide massive end-game points to the player with the most, but zero points to everyone else. If you can't be first in moons, focus all your energy on clearing cards instead.
Yes, a quick interactive guide will teach you the rules and basic strategies in under two minutes.
This is a fantastic solo game, I’m so glad I found it. It’s like bingo, with a twist: you have to use some strategy to increase your score. It’s easy to learn and play, but just deep enough in strategy to stay interesting. You want to keep playing another game to beat your score. The developer did a great job with this app. The UI is super easy and intuitive. The short list of rules is easy to learn. The design is nice. The file size small, and it’s good on battery. Each game only takes a few minutes, so it’s perfect for when you’re on a coffee break. You want to keep playing just one more. It’s relaxing while still being strategic, which is a rare balance to strike. Also there are no ads or IAP, and the premium price is more than fair. I highly recommend this game and support good developers like this. Thank you for making such a good game!
We have the physical version of SMLB and enjoy it. In my opinion, however, the app is even better. So easy to pick up and try to best your earlier scores. This game oozes with that "just one more time" appeal. Difficult to put down and highly recommended.
Simple idea that makes marking off numbers on cards interesting by creating cascading bonuses. Surprisingly addictive with fun and fresh gameplay.
No sound - tried turning on/off and rebooting. What else to try?
