Ravensword: Shadowlands is essentially 'Skyrim for mobile.' It’s an ambitious, open-world RPG that manages to cram a massive amount of exploration and lore into a handheld experience. The scale of the world is genuinely impressive, from the soaring heights of the mountains to the dark depths of dinosaur-filled craters.
The combat system offers a good mix of melee, ranged, and magic, allowing you to build your character however you like. While the voice acting and some animations show the game's age, the sheer freedom to go anywhere and do anything is still rare on mobile. It captures that sense of adventure and discovery perfectly. If you're looking for a deep, single-player RPG with dozens of hours of content, this is it.

Well-balanced but theres a glit
Mon Dec 27 2021 Sunclaw BronzewingWhile the overall gameplay is pretty good, I would examine the scroll and book glitch, it seems to crash the game each time you read a book in Ravensword: Shadowlands. Also if its possible, try to include all weapons that the player can find or purchase.

As far as I’m concerned it’s the best out there on the mobile platform before when it was out and still now. I’d love to see more games like it!! Graphics are also awesome on my IPad Pro 12.9” 2018 device. Please add controller/ game pad support. One thing particular I don’t care for is when in first person camera view the shield or my character’s head covers the left bottom corner of the screen interfering with my nice view, please fix this. I’d prefer nothing showing on the person. I was thrilled to see this game back on and updated. Keep up the awesome work!!!!
I’m returning this because of bugs
Wed Apr 24 2024 SueBridesheadEven with the extremely clunky navigation, bad view field, the poorly ported interface, and horrible inventory views, I’d probably have pushed on except for bugs. I’m playing on a compatible iPad, and the game crashes all the time, usually when interacting with inventory, always when trying to read something, and often when fighting very poorly coded monsters, such as large dinosaurs. Even with constant saving, it’s just untenable. And then I hit a glitch in the Citadel of Ror-Dan where the crystal key falls and isn’t visible or retrievable. I’ve tried every possible way (leaving and re-entering to reset), and the key just goes away when it falls. This just isn’t worth it for a game that would have seemed good 10 years ago but now feels stale and buggy.

Also, There’ s no special powerful crossbow and no magic for range attack, what makes stealth bow build incomplete. Compared to Aralon, this game has less skill but better action. So maybe you can make Ravensword becomes open world action rpg game, rather than make it similar to Elder Scrolls. After all, it’s only my thought. Anyway, I hope the Legacy can come out in the near future.

Sun Apr 03 2022 Lambo starThe first time I ever played this game was while I was waiting for my mom to finish shopping on one of the new iPads at a Verizon store.I remember rushing home that night and eventually I finally downloaded it. It was my favorite mobile game I ended up beating it and I played it for days and days on end fast forward over eight years and have had built my own PC and played all sorts of games, this one still just hits different.

However I did not feel like grinding for money today and decided to make a 5000 gold purchase, however I have never gotten my gold. Please either refund or give me the gold I bought. Thank you again for this magnificent game.
Great but really glitchy
Tue Sep 02 2025 ZuanshixishuaiThe game overall is really good. There is a major shortage of enhancing jewels. Not even enough to enhance your gear. You can’t buy them anywhere. The final boss is glitched and can’t be beaten. He flies all over and resets his HP. Then he will just fly up and disappear. You can’t even finish the battle. So disappointed. There are many times the game crashed for no reason.

Sat Feb 29 2020 Ductilecargo255This game can be confusing sometimes Like it doesn’t give you specific instructions on missions and where you should go instead you get to see a map which doesn’t help you at all and new locations will appear when you come close to them. Also this energy depletion runs out you can’t attack anymore which is annoying.
