Our Expert Score

85/100

Rainbow Six Mobile is a technical achievement that brings the core 'Siege' experience to the palm of your hand without losing the soul of the franchise. The tension of holding a corner as a defender or the thrill of a coordinated breach as an attacker is fully present here. Ubisoft has done an excellent job shrinking the complex maps and operator mechanics to fit the mobile format while maintaining a high level of tactical depth.

From a competitive standpoint, the game is surprisingly tight. The touch controls are highly customizable, and the addition of a 'visual sound' indicator helps compensate for mobile play environments. The destructible environments—the hallmark of R6—work beautifully, allowing for the same creative strategies found on console and PC. While the operator unlock grind is present, the gameplay itself is so satisfying and strategic that it sets a new bar for tactical shooters on mobile devices.

What bothers me the most is the load-outs and almost every thing. I don’t like how you have to make a line up for operators you want to use. And the level up stuff for gun attachments is goofy. I was expecting it to be the same on mobile with console but it’s weird. And the rounds are really short it’s annoying for only playing two rounds and then in rank it’s three. And the packs, why do we need bullets to open packs. If you could please make siege mobile just the same as the one on console it be so much better. I was also hoping that we could be able to link our siege accounts to mobile so we have all of our stuff. There’s a lot of things on here that I don’t like. But so far it’s actually pretty good. So if you developers see my review/ suggestion could you please fix some things🙏

Great, but has some problems.

Great game but there’s some problems: operators ARENT balanced really at all. Dokebbi is OP, if you turn auto shoot on her DMR basically becomes full auto which is just OP. Smokes smoke isn’t see through, and it’s not the normal like yellowish color it’s a solid green. DRONES ARE OP, dead people can fully drone like MOVE THE DRONE AROUND WHILE DEAD. It’s crazy OP, as well as the drone pings, if you red ping someone they don’t just get red pinged. They get fully marked through walls, it’s like FULL wall hacks at points. I’m using a iPhone XR at the time of reviewing, so that could VERY WELL be the problem here. But I have had many stutters, frame drops, lag spikes etc. although the fact that this game is playable on the iPhoneXR is VERY good, it shows Ubisoft actually locked in and optimized this game to the maximum levels. There’s also some weird random stuff, like reinforcing a wall is crazy FAST like fast, fast. You also can’t choose your own operator, you get to choose preferred operators. And can’t change mid game. So team comps can be VERY hard to coordinate, especially if you’re solo queueing. Progression is nicely paced, it feels very natural. The overall aim system is very well made. If I could I would give this game a 4.5/5.0 but I can’t so 4 it is.

They need to shut this game down this is a bad game? Too many buttons and customising to worry about and it doesn’t matter how good you place these controls there’s just too many that it feels very overwhelming? In fact I know that all mmo games are trash and they will never be as good or ever come close to single- player,offline,free-roam and a very customisable game experience like the games that I play? This game will not last sad but true, gaming for multiplayer has been around but game developers and other people who update games to much downgrade and degrade these could have been great games? They should have had a game mode like in Rainbow Six Siege console version where you can have the option to play against bots? As this is missing on the mobile side of gaming so sad and frustrating because people need to learn more of the maps and operators and get a better feel for this game? Real talk 🗣️ I wanted to love this game but I am not going to support a toxic/stale environment/players/game/a degrading game and etc, they left me no choice to decide on the future of gaming is single-player games and always will be from back then to nowadays to in the future because that is my true happiness.

Bring back marketplace
Wed Feb 25 2026 /Unrealistic\

Ubisoft i get what you are trying to accomplish i use PS5 i have been playing R6 since 2017 and after the market hack i find myself more invested in the marketplace not necessarily mobile I think Area F2 will always be the ideal blueprint for this mobile platform and because of that if you could use marketplace as a stock x or crypto app to allow users to purchase real time based on market prices I think marketplace with option trading on skin worth or even use new skins for cosmetics as a IPO but strictly for console and pc users do what you decide is best with mobile but overall would love a new marketplace for R6 or even app i use marketplace on my iPhone by using a website bookmark and would like to see if a app would just be overall smoother for marketplace, if you read this thank you for casino map.

Great Game..!

Honestly I have had 0 issues w/ anything in this game, cod mobile I couldn't even play w/ controller because it had a lag in the sticks..! First day of release played over 12 hours and I can honestly say this game was built very good..! For iPad controller users I do however suggest buying a type c to Ethernet and also have usb connectors and plug yourself in and use a wireless mouse for the menus for now..! They did say they would have full controller support at some point..! Also changing keybinds on controller isn't a thing but you can do that in the Bluetooth controller settings on iPad..! Only thing I did find wrong was transferring from my iPad back to my phone it deleted my line up and some of my commended likes went away and by some I mean a lot of them..! But anyways great game and good devs working on this..!

Incredible Game, Incredible Punishing in first 30 seconds.

Great realistic tactical and strategic FPS better than COD Mobile and Delta Force and several other FPS mobile games just cannot compete R6 Mobile in terms of depth and realism. My only complain is that I would really bots to practice instead of real players cause real players right now are very competitive. Yes, they are some noobs here and there including myself and I have been in 20 matches and this is nothing to the die hard fans who probably did more than 100+ to 500+ matches since Beta launch. I'm new to R6 Mobile and R6 franchise. I'm already addicted to this FPS game, Ubisoft really knows how to craft a marvelous game that punishes my gameplay but pulls me to get better of my FPS skills. Very hard game overall.

The game is fun, the only thing I don’t enjoy is that you have to level up your operator to unlock attachments and spend real currency to fully unlock a character without having to use tickets (which are limited or only found in packs) to select the character in game. Limits your options and kinda forces you to spend real money to fully unlock or get the battle pass to get more tickets through packs. Also, on normal PC/Console it use to cost you around $5-$10 worth of r6 credits to buy certain year wtv ops. Here it cost $20+ to fully unlock an operator like (Dokk) for example without having to use tickets that are based on chance through packs. Not guaranteed you’ll get that operators ticket. Random.

This is not R6S
Thu Feb 26 2026 TheSlayer287

While yes the gameplay is R6S, there are parts of this that doesn’t make this R6S, you start with only a few operators, and the other operators are super expensive, with renown or the premium currency, you cant pick an operator you wanna use in matches, as an attacker you can drone after death, bots aren’t necessary unless there is a practice game mode, a lot of the weapon attachments aren’t available as soon as you unlock an operator, you are forced to play against bots at the start, and much more that i find annoying and unnecessary, while i think its a good way to let new players find R6S and give it a try, this isn’t what REAL R6S feels like, the tactical part of the game was removed, and thats why i think this game is not good and just a way to make more money, if you look for the authentic gameplay of R6S, you’re not gonna find it here
