In a world where conflicts over Energi—a life-sustaining force—never cease, Alphadia Neo tells a story of destiny and resilience. This traditional RPG features a refined turn-based battle system where elemental weaknesses and strategic 'Style' shifts are key to victory. Explore a vast world map, discover hidden dungeons, and engage with a rich cast of characters in an epic quest to protect the balance of the world. With beautiful pixel art and a sweeping soundtrack, it is a true return to form for the genre.

Our Expert Score

81/100

Alphadia Neo is a love letter to the golden era of 16-bit JRPGs, and Kemco has outdone themselves with this entry. While many mobile RPGs chase modern trends, this game leans into high-quality pixel art and a turn-based combat system that feels both nostalgic and refined. The story, centered around 'Energi' and the struggle for resources, is classic fantasy, but the character interactions provide enough depth to keep you invested through the 30+ hour campaign.

The battle system features a great 'Styles' mechanic that allows you to customize your party's roles mid-game, preventing the combat from feeling stagnant. It’s a premium experience (or ad-supported free version) that avoids the predatory gacha mechanics found in most mobile RPGs today. If you grew up on Final Fantasy or Dragon Quest, this is a must-play that fits perfectly on a mobile screen without sacrificing complexity.

Ok a couple of things 1:We need more characters seriously idc if u have to pay for them people payed for super smash bro characters so make use of the empty slots on the team 2:I can’t stress this enough but add more mini games like idk maybe flappy fish or something to do more fun in the post-game 3:Make gold more useful!!! 4:Add alternate dimensions for extra loot and characters etc 5:Actually do events for often 6:Better graphics than crappy 8-bit pixel game boy phone hybrid Sorry it’s really long but I just want this game to go far because it’s good just flawed☺️
