Love the game just a few things

So let’s get started with the ranked match making, I think it needs some love. A little tweaking, like for instance why as someone in my this should you playing with someone in epic that isn’t very skilled. Or like the match making system is just so wild. Brawl is 11/10, I do wish that skins would rerelease like the jujusu kaisen and attack on titan because I would buy those skins in a heart beat. Or a trading system or being able to buy it from other players. But at the same time make the player pay a bit more so you still make your money off the skin because why not I feel that’s fair. As for the game it’s self it seems fairly balanced, as someone who can from console gaming I’ve always loved this game in that it can be a lot of fun and it’s good for killing time. I do wish you could still report players for low skill level, but make it for per char on their account like say they got too many on hylos, well then that character couldn’t go into ranked until the player went positive in 2 games of classic or something but only if they haven’t mastered the characters. I know this is random feedback and not a great review but still.

The developers clearly care more about putting out more heroes and skins and making money than making this a decent game again because it used to be great. They even go as far as to take a skin that I purchased with my money and change it completely the "Nana summer skin" then they give me the option to choose something that's one 1/100 of the price is compensation if you don't like it I spent $15 and what they offered me was worth more than no more than a dollar or two . Not to mention something you can get for free grinding as compensation I bought the skin because I thought it was a cool skin. I liked the way it looked. That's why I purchased the skin in the first place and they do stuff like this all the time things you've spend your money on they will take away or change without even asking it should be against the law. I wouldn't be surprised if it is bait and switch I feel so cheated out of my money ! they destroyed the game and now they think they can just take his way things I paid my money for. Once I'd always completely obliterate the other. It's either super boring because you sit there and destroy the other team with no challenge or super frustrating because you get obliterated. When I spent the money I did which was quite a bit. This game was a completely different game. I feel cheated and I want my money back. I wish it was possible cause I didn't know they were gonna do tyis

US great game easy to play

Yeah, so I’ve been playing this game for about three years and ever since season three and the season two and I really like the game. I wish I would’ve known more about it at the beginning like I traded a skin that was rare for a skin that was common and the game was prompting me to do that and I didn’t know the difference And now I’ll never get that skin again. So one of the things about the time sensitive events is that they’re truly time sensitive and it might take years for the event to come back around if ever, I know their skins that I still want to have yet to return and I hope that they do something to where you can get skins that were once archived. Other than my rant about that, I would say it’s a great game. It’s really easy to play. It’s easy to pick up and figure out a hero. I would say try them all because it’s so easy to get locked into one. I do it myself still after three years I have a handful of heroes that I play and I really haven’t tried them all yet so explore. For new people the more characters you have the bigger the pool is of the skins you can get for those characters so keep in mind what character skins you wanna get so that way you can narrow the field of skins you’re available to get.

Devs don’t play their own game

I remember why I left this game: the hero imbalances are insane. The devs apparently make hero balance adjustments based on feel and don’t actually try to figure out why particular heroes (I’m talking about Aamon, Lance, and Angela) are able to carry their teams to victory no matter how bad their other team members are playing. The whole premise of a jungle player being “the core” is the foundation of the problem with these types of games. The matchmaking is also incredibly horrible and will favor small pool of players over the majority, who will get vpn users lagging up the game, trolls, and feeders. Newsflash: perhaps the reason there IS a matchmaking and hero imbalance is moonton’s money hungry scheme to come out with a new hero every two to four weeks, and so now you have 200+ heroes crowding the matchmaking pool, each one having to be balanced with the other 199+ heroes, creating an impossible permutation of adjustments to make the game even remotely fair. This is called digging oneself a deeper hole. The more unnecessary things you add to a game, the exponential increase in problems you will encounter. This game will continue to get worse because of 1. Clueless players and most importantly, 2. Clueless developers. The character design is also losing its originality since the constant revamps: every hero is starting to look the same, all the skins are over designed, hiring artists with gentrified takes on old hero models will only hurt you more.

Great game but horrible matchmaking

I don’t generally leave reviews but for this I will make an exception. I have been playing this game and the game before for a few years now. I have made it to mythic, 50+ stars and the matchmaking seems to be getting worse. I have 3 characters I’m ranked globally. I have played in tournaments, played on teams and played with friends. I thought the dark system jokes were just that, a joke until the last few months. I can play 20 games non stop and loose 10 in a row in ranked. Have 2+ feeders or low skilled players in mythic, be mvp, be positive KDA, play any role and still get matched with just brain dead first time players. I can look at their profiles after the match and see they have fed the last 10+ games. I have a perfect credit on this game, never leave, never feed, never harass, never flagged yet I’m still stuck with these people. The developers really need to do a better job. Also the report system is complete trash. If 2 people report you for distracting team, even if you did nothing wrong, you’re cooked. Really guys do better. You have 100,000 active people talking about how bad your matchmaking is on forums. Fix the game, match me with people who are in my rank, my league. I’m not a try hard, it’s just a waste of my time to play a game that wastes my time and tanks my rank. Just do better. Also if I want to que solo, MATCH ME WITH SOLO PLAYERS. Not a 2-5 man team.

So I’ve been playing this game for maybe 6 years now. Bought so many starlight passes and diamonds in game and never off a “third party”(I don’t even understand how that possible). But today I tried logging in and it’s telling me that I’ve been permanently banned for a “Third Party Recharge” once again. I’ve never tried to purchase anything from a third party site and haven’t even contemplated it. I’ve spent probably close to $100 playing this game and all of my progress has been locked and taken away from me without any notice. Yesterday was my mom’s birthday and I was busy cooking her dinner and making sure she had a good day. I enjoy this game but I’ve never even thought about using a third party to accomplish anything in this game. The game itself is amazing but the company running it is trash. I’ve been harassed in this game multiple times due to my race just because people could see my profile picture and even after reporting clear abuse of their Terms of Service they do absolutely nothing. Basically they keep the game running, collect money and do next to nothing to actually protect players or enforce rules. Once again amazing game and made some actual friends from playing this but this game has an extremely toxic community who knows the Developers won’t do anything and allows them to be racist, toxic and overall negative. Don’t bother downloading spend your time and money else where because whoever is in charge doesn’t care about the experience of majority of players they just want to keep the pockets full from the game store and their joke of an esports league

I give the game five stars only because I’ve played it for so long and I honored the game, but I feel for others who are just getting to know the should really take their time and actually learn how to play strategize yourself when you’re in the game what you gonna do to the opponent what they’re reflecting back at you everything within the game is both a view point standard with anybody understands computer games I go back since league of legend days so myself personally I already how plays out there’s no different than any other 5V5 game. I like this one it’s faster you can choose one to end the game things to mess up. I honestly say when it comes down to any account issue, make sure you secure take screenshots of your account and store it somewhere or even in the clouds, whatever phone you have, but the game is really good It’s even fun when you have friends and family around to play with you as well. By all means everybody else as their way of what games they got, but I love this one. And I always come back to it.

I’ve been there since like 2020-around the start of covid and the developers try their hardest to make the game better but the problem is the community, you have people who throw a tantrum over the smallest things in the team even when drafting, solo queue is horrid and even so when you play with a team sometimes you get matched up unfairly but they have yet to fix the system and get it working for people who don’t play with teams On the other hand even when the team is decent you’ll have one player on either team who just screws it up for everybody just by being toxic or intentionally throwing the game and these players aren’t noticed by the system and pass right through with nothing happening, you can mass report someone for doing nothing and they get punished, but a player who has done everything to sabotage besides actively feeding passes through if you’re the only one to report, ex. Cutting off lanes to give you a harder time, taking the lane itself, taking buffs, watching team fights happening and spamming quick chats, and the works. Another thing to note is the entirely overpriced skins that they won’t be changing ever, for a skin you want it’s going to cost around $100 with no discounts and say you wanted more than one? With full discounts more than $150
