Thank you for playing Jigsolitaire!
In this update, we've fixed some minor bugs to make the game more stable and enjoyable.
We hope you continue to have fun with Jigsolitaire!
If the developers of this game read the reviews they would see a recurring theme… the puzzles are great (both fun and challenging) but the ads are just too much. People are willing to PAY for an ad-free version, but, nope, you just can’t get one. I found an easy hack for this one… instead of watching long ads between almost EVERY puzzle, I just close the game and then reopen it. While that’s a little annoying, it only takes 3 seconds and I’m back at solving puzzles. Which, by the way, are all solvable. I’m past level 1325 and none have taken as long as some other reviews have stated. And, back to a recurring theme— what are the coins for??? Also, it would be nice to know what/where the finished puzzle is (location, etc,). So… if the brilliant Chinese developers can translate these reviews and make a few updates, we will be very grateful.
Fun game concept. Great place to start but needs massive improvements to hold the players. Pros: I like the mix of difficulties and that the game isn’t overly complicated (two types of play: daily challenge and levels). The pictures are nice with a wide variety of subjects. It’s fun that as you complete levels you make a picture. There are not a lot of settings and controls to figure out. Cons: you earn coins after completing a puzzle but there’s no way to earn coins so what’s the point? You cannot zoom in at all. There’s no way to get an ad free version and the ads are often longer than it takes to do a puzzle. Suggestions: 1) add a restart/reshuffle button while doing a puzzle. 2) make a use for the coins or get rid of them. Potential use is to unlock previous daily challenges instead of watching an ad. Or buying puzzle groups (example: 5 easy/medium/hard puzzles, or group of puzzles with a theme). 3) after completing a puzzle, say what the picture is. Even better would be a clickable link after a short blurb/description to more information. 4) as you complete levels it reveals a collection photo. Instead of revealing the complete photo, reveal a piece of the photo but have it out of order. The last task to finishing the collection would be to make the photo.
This game is really good for people who want to feed there brain with challenges, I would recommend a timer for how long it took for you to complete each one that would only make me want to go faster at completing like a challenge ummm other then my request I love it, It mean has an ad after each one you complete kinda annoying on that but I understand you guys gotta make money I love the game truly I’ve been addicted to it for the past two days I got it it’s really cozy and the pictures are nice oh if you put where they are from like the landscape ones that would be cool too matter of fact I should just make my own game instead of telling you how to improve or maybe you just send me 50$ an will call it even $justforfun836 is my pay pal thanks 🙂↕️
First off if you like jigsaw puzzles or puzzles of any type this game is great. The problem just like with every other game designed for nothing but ad revenue is the ridiculous amount of forced ads after every puzzle and a permanent ad banner along the bottom of the screen. These aren’t short ads either, they’re multi part ads which take 2-3X longer to get through than a lot of the puzzles. No option offered to buy the game or remove ads. Another odd thing is you earn coins for every completed puzzle, with more coins awarded for harder puzzles, but the coins have no purpose. They can’t be used for anything. If they would add an option to remove the ads, make use of the coins, and allow you to choose your difficulty level (some of the puzzles are too easy) the this would be an excellent game that I would gladly support. Unfortunately I will probably be deleting because I can’t stand spending more time watching ads than actually playing the game.
This game is a lot of fun, very relaxing (although not very challenging, even the massive daily puzzles don’t take much time). I like that there isn’t a timer or a life regeneration system like so many similar puzzle games, just play at your own pace. It runs smoothly, and there aren’t too many ads, and the ones that are there aren’t too intrusive and can be skipped in under 15 seconds. Only thing I don’t understand is what the coins are for. You get 15 coins for beating a regular level and 50 for daily levels, but there is absolutely nothing to spend them on. Other than that confusing aspect, this game is amazing! Love it! Highly recommended!
Pros: This is an easy puzzle game that will not frustrate you with being overly difficult. Sounds are easily muted and I can listen to other things on my phone while playing. Cons: Ads. There’s lots. You can close and reopen to bypass ad but that’s frustrating too. The real drawbacks are lack of difficulty. Even something simple like a move counter so you try to beat your score would be an improvement. No incentive to not just simply guess and think through the puzzle. I think what I find most annoying is that you earn coins each level but there’s literally nothing you can do with them. Minimally, unlock special puzzles or go ad free for a day. I literally earned thousands of coins and have nothing to spend on. I’d recommend searching for a puzzle game with a bit more depth of programming
I thoroughly enjoy this app. It’s not difficult, it’s an easy time-passer but with varying degrees of difficulty. The minor change I would request is having progress on the daily puzzle saved just in case one cannot finish the puzzle in a single go. The ONLY significant change I would request is the ability to play the previous month’s daily puzzles. If I miss a daily puzzle here or there, I can go back & complete them. Unfortunately, once the new month begins, those incomplete, more difficult, daily puzzles that I missed are no longer accessible. Please consider this tweak so those of us with busy lives can go back & finish those missed puzzles also.
I like it but there should be an option for no ads. I play another app that is $1.99 for 30 days of ad free play which would be reasonable although I do not know how much ads generate for the developer. Anyway, some puzzles take more time to figure out and I find it more fun that with some puzzles you really do not know what you are looking at. The only crazy part is “what the heck are you getting 15 coins per puzzle for”? Is it just to make you feel like you’re earning something? The pleasure of playing and figuring the puzzle out is like earning something, but you can’t spend the coins on anything so what is the point of coins? And nobody has brought that up in any other review? Crazy
