I had an issue last night, I purchased a coin package and wasn’t able to claim the whole “Buy one, get two free” deal. Within 12 hours, the team had the issue resolved and sent me the remainder of the deal in my in-game inbox. This has been my favorite slot game for over a year, consistently logging in every day. They have good coin package deals, multiple ways of building up your bankroll without needing to pay for packages all the time, and some of the best original slots I’ve ever played - I actually wish some of these slots were in real casinos, and find them better than most Aristocrat, Konami, IGT, Light & Wonder games. Because they were on top of their customer service and super quick to resolve my problem, this is beyond a doubt my favorite app to play. Thank you so much, JackpotLand team. 😊

Greedy game

This was fun and what not but when you play long enough you start to realize they are greedy. I purchased a double win reward where they double your highest win which is pretty nice, but while that was pending to pay me more coins i purchased another double because i was going to use the double reward coins to get a bigger double reward. The second double reward didn’t go through because they said my first one, which was a smaller reward was still active, yet they advertise to purchase again but don’t mention that it don’t count. And it was a payment of $70 which was a bigger paying reward and that didn’t even get calculated into my previous winnings. They said the most they could do for me was say have a nice day and offered 480B when really it should have been 100 Trillion plus. Because if you want to level up you have to bet higher what’s a lousy 480B, that’s 1 spin. Also I notice when you hit a big amount it slowly takes it back, you hit the stop spin button and it lands on anything but what was flashing on the screen. Or the game knows before the reels stop that you won something, kinda sus. Anyways they couldn’t help a paying customer out so I am done with this game don’t waste your time and money.

I live in an area where there are lots of High end Casinos. I assure you this game is greedier than any real casino I have played at. The real issue I have is the claims they make to be more like a real casino game. No they are not. You will win at first as a beginner but then after you buy your coins and you will have to coins if you want to continue to play, you start a never ending streak of losing. It’s not because your a bad player, it’s because they got you now and you will pay to continue to get back what you have lost. The problem is you will never get back , you will never break even. You would be better off giving your money to a mooch on the streets. This game will suk you dry. I win all the time at the real casinos but never win on this game. Trust me please when I tell you to close the game and never look back. Go to a gaming store buy your own game , it will be much cheaper. I have been stuck at home the last week because medical so I played this game . Never again will I fall for this type of extreme greed ever. Please listen to what I am telling you. I enjoyed the app the first day and only the first day, hit a few nice wins. It’s just there way of drawing you in tho, since then I e had no luck what so ever unless I spend money on the game, if you spend money you’ll hit a decent win within a few minutes, still never any grand prizes or big jackpots, it’ll never happen. I’ve got video screen records of me playing one of my more enjoyable games, the Atlantis one, where I’ve spent over 30 mins in the game with all 3 chests green, purple, and red full to the brim with coins ready to activate, after spending 300billion on 2b bets I’ve still yet to hit a chest spin. If you play the game you know what I mean. It’s complete garbage If I could rate it less than a star I would. I’m tired of having to spend real world money on the game to hit an extremely small win, idc if you ai calls it a legendary win or a big win etc, it’s still not a grand prize or a jackpot or anywhere enough coin to continue to play the rest of the day on, you run out within 30 mins just placing smaller end bets like I’ve done keeping it at 2b a bet when my max bet amount is 20b

Frustrating At Best

I’ve been playing this game since September 2023. There’s a lot of frustration involved. If you don’t pay real money, and the well-known “honeymoon” phase is over, it’s definitely over. It’s deceptive. You could have 25 bonus spins in a game and you MAY win once. And it’s not like you’ll win what you lost, either. There’s also convenient game freezes which hinder your wins and the Lucky Wheel is anything but. Your multipliers you’ve worked so hard to raise and spent hours doing it will vanish while in-game. I still had 6:00 left while at a 4X multiplier and it fell right back down to 1X multiplier while I was spinning. I don’t understand it. There’s a big scale up to 10X and I don’t think it’s even possible to get there - since they time your multipliers and take them away when you have time left. The game is really unfair and believe this - if you feed/bathe the cat - it’s a guaranteed NO win. I’ve flip-flopped from Gold status to Platinum only to go back to Gold with NO rhyme or reason, the next day. It unlocks new games it seems once a year. Player Beware.

This is a fun game. Almost every 3 or 4 spins you win something. I like it. It replaces my go-to slots game on my phone for miles. I’ve downloaded over a dozen games and deleted them when I run out of coins but this game my coins just keeps growing. I’ve never won a trillion coins in all the games I’ve downloaded but this game I think I will reach in a couple of days. Until then I am having fun watching my purse grow on my way to that goal. If you download this game and you experience what I am saying here today I think it’s only fair to come back here and write a review to let others know. This company that put this game out is giving me real pleasure as I occupy my free time playing this game above all others. Have fun winning. I know I am. Thanks.

Pretty messed up that the daily login reward isn’t even enough to get a spin. It would take me a full month to get enough points to spin 1 time waiting for that to happen. All of the little side games are a joke as well. The minimal spin amount is so flawed that it gives me maybe 2-3 spins a day and I have to keep my fingers crossed and pray to every deity out there to get a win that can keep me going for longer than 5 seconds. I don’t want to waste any money paying for coins on here because boy oh boy am I gonna lose all that spinning in the game in the same amount of time it took just to process the payment!!! It is quite irritating that all these slots games are so money hungry and don’t really care about the actual customers enjoying the game so much.. The slots themselves are great, they are detailed and have awesome graphics, but the payouts on the extreme vast majority of them are way too insignificant and even at the best and greatest wins as well as frequency - are mediocre at best nonetheless.. I would give only half a star if I could..

The games are really fun and the jackpot and free games happen more than any other game I have played. The selection of games is awesome and they are always adding new games which makes it fun and keeps the game from getting boring. I also really like the FB groups that the games offers. You can make lots of friends and contacts so that you can share cards, share experiences in the game, and just brag about your latest jackpot. All in good fun. The only negative to this game is the fact that it is very very addicting. I find myself playing ALL the time. Other than that I find the developer's keep the game very interesting. Always having new games and holiday specials. I would highly recommend downloading the app and start spinning!!
