With the recent changes, the algorithm has gotten even worse. It is almost impossible to win anything now. Huuuge Casino is fun.....if you have a lot of money to throw away. $99 can be gone in minutes. The odds of winning anything significant is slim to none. When you start winning, the game will begin spinning for a bit and then you lose again. The higher your level gets, the more you lose. The more you spend, the more you lose. The club events don’t help the club - they make everyone go broke trying to complete the events. I have played for a while. At first, I would win pretty often and only purchased about once a week. That gradually changed until I had to purchase multiple times a day to play just a little while. Anytime I won a good amount, I would immediately get on a ‘losing streak’ until it was gone. I’m not even sure how this game is legal. You are spending real money to gamble it all away - and quickly. It really is sad because in the beginning, I enjoyed it (when I wasn’t losing all the time). With what it costs to play this very expensive game, you could pay for a trip to Vegas and have a chance to win something. It truly is a scam. The positive reviews have to be fake. If you ask anyone who has played, they will tell you that the developers just continue to get more and more greedy - everyone loses more - and they don’t care if they lose you as a customer. Bottom line, if you want to spend a ridiculous amount of money to play a game where you lose most of the time, this is the one for you.

My Favorite Slot App!!!

This App is my favorite for a couple of reasons. The first being the club, league and social aspect of the game. It's great to find a team with which you mesh then developer online friendships through daily interaction. This aspect of the game could be improved by enabling private player messaging/chat. The Slots on this app are the best I've found also and Ive tried countless slot apps. The slot graphics are excellent and many offer jackpots that pay quite well when hit. The win/loss ratio in this app is a bit mysterious! The ratio doesn't seem to be consistent over time. I've had periods of weeks where I Bought chips regularly and lost the quickly regardless of what slot I played & what I bet. I've also had periods of a few days where I hit on everything I played regardless of what I bet. I've been told that these algorithms are set and adjusted for each player and that they change depending on circumstances relates to purchases and even communications but this is merely rumor and speculation I'm sure as it hasn't been "proven" at this point. Player Support is great for this app also because they record ALL in-game play and transactions so they will refer back to play logs to resolve any gaming issues. They have solved issues for several clubmates by finding the issue in their in-game logs then compensated them fairly. Support does respond to ALL requests and messages. Overall this IS THE BEST SLOT APP THAT IOS OFFERS, NO DOUBT! I'd recommend this app for anyone who enjoys online Slots. Play responsibly.

I’m not new to Huuuge. Level 2947 with HUUUGE title so I truly have history with enjoying the games. I guess I returned to play after a 3year break thinking that I could enjoy the games without having to spend my hard earned cash for fake chips. But what I found is that without spending personal money I will not progress with wins. I’ve noticed that I’m only able to play recently off of chips from Betty bonus and bonuses from other members jackpots. I only see trillions when I shop “sales”. As I type this I have determined that I will never make another purchase and I am okay with knowing the days of winning jackpots or Huuuge wins are over. We won’t have to expel club members, they will leave freely because they cannot enjoy Diamond 1 status without paying to play, so sad! UPDATE: Your latest update was a WTH happened!!! Diamond 1 club lost 50% of team as of today, moving to Diamond 3. Everyone complaining chips are disappearing too fast & no one should have to purcha$e using real money for a fake game, Huuuge you won! Plus, your response to me was fake. How am I supposed to contact you regarding my concerns, how does this happen?

I see reviews that were written a few years ago and the developers responses claiming to look into bettering the game etc etc whatever you want to hear was said but not really done, so if you’re a developer reading this I’d greatly appreciate a non response from you, thank you. To whomever reading this contemplating downloading this game….. It’s a casino app, real currency for virtual currency, bottom line. Casino slots, blackjack, poker, and other games in another area, I play at work and sometimes at home. The main issue is low payouts and wins coming few and far between. One would expect better odds of winning since this isn’t real but it’s the same as a real life casino. I see a lot of people pooring money into the app, they have packages from $2- $100 that can be burned through in 2 days due to lack of pay outs. Personally I just collect the little rewards given to my club and play off of that at a low bet and ignore all the purchase pop ups, I’d rather go to a real casino if I’m going to spend what is needed to get ahead in this game. They make thousands off of my club members alone. Overall it’s a fun app, the developers are extremely greedy and stingy and it looks like that’s going to be forever so I’ll give it 3/4 star depending on how I feel after I put this period at the end.

Change is not always better

I have been playing Huuuge Casino for almost a year. When I first started playing, you would receive LPs for any game you played in the casino. Jackpot bonuses on club walls were $1000 each, and the lottery was something you could win some very decent chip amounts! Club Events were complete in 30 minutes. They were fun, not daunting like today, We have 86 people in our club, all of whom play daily. The events have become so difficult, we are either finishing them right as time expires, or some not at all. And the chances of you going broke playing the events are extremely high. We have actually told our club not to do the events because we don't want anyone to lose all their chips. Customer service will respond by saying that the game is about luck, its an algorithm and no one is set up to lose. The algorithm has been changed though. Green puzzle pieces are almost impossible to win anymore. I am level 769. Ive been playing a while. I have been on the cusp of leveling up for the last 2 weeks. Leveling up in the higher levels was always a little slow, but it takes forever now!!!! You only gain LP´s from slots now. They are taking away the option to gift chips to others using your diamonds. Lottery used to pay out really well, not anymore. And worst of it all is when you contact support, they are condescending, won't give a straight answer, and leave you some stock answer they’ve been told to leave. I really loved playing this game. Change is not always for the better.

For over two years, I have been trying to get my last silver puzzle piece. I have gone through hundreds and hundreds of silver and gold tickets and all I ever get is a bronze puzzle piece. I have never won a top jackpot, just the little ones.. lately no matter what game I play I cannot win a thing and I’ve gone through trillions of credits. there are great games with multipliers, but don’t count on ever receiving them. I played for three hours during the promotion for the black tickets and I did not receive one. It’s a shame they take the joy out of something that could be so much fun , evidently like other players are saying , all they care about is the money they receive. If there are many players out there who are spending lots of money., go to a real casino where you have a chance of coming home with real money. Update things have not gotten any better. The other day I upped my bet from 1T to 3T and didn’t get one decent hit. I lost over 2Q in no time. when I bet low, I can get some hits even though I’ve never hit a top jackpot. Can’t complete a charm pack even though I need many pieces all I get are duplicates. Also have gone through hundreds and hundreds of gold and silver tickets I still can’t get the one to complete my puzzle. Boy do they have these games rigged to lose. It’s a shame cause they take all the joy out of playing, especially with your teammates.

They tell you it’s your luck, BS…sometimes you can’t lose other times you can’t win spinning a hundred times. Designed to take your money only. Beware don’t spend your time or your money on this game. The only algorithm is let you win if you spend a lot…then they shut you off and take it all. Apple should be ashamed to even sell games like this. Huuuge Rip-off Casino. Do yourself a favor and Boycott this developer…they lie about everything and think that we are stupid….I played this game 2 plus years and it got worse and worse. Cocky attitude the developer has to boot. Save yourself a headache and bypass…I quit playing not with the aggrevation. 2nd review…they are liars without remorse..if you have money to throw away then this the game for you…they lie about algorithms once they hook you it’s merciless take your money without rewards. Huuuge stop and think who would want to -Kay a game they constantly lose on? You are stupid ignorant people in my opinion, aragant to boot…what a shame Apple lets you sell on their app page..I guess Apple has no honor either. Response to developer…I have been playing the game now for at least a couple of years now…funny how after a few purchases your “luck” changes for the better and you get Huuuge JP’s until you decide that’s enough with no additional purchases and shut off any JP’s. I would like to say that I love the games on Huuuge Casino I really do it’s the first Vegas kind of slots that are fun yes you have to be careful when you buy your chips because some are higher than others but the whole thing is the game, and the fun that you get from it, remember when you eat that cheap food at the drive-through in and out you don’t get much for it for your money I would’ve rather blow it on huge casino than that,and get fat from it, if you’re enjoying it stay with it they try to help as much as possible they have help me when I’ve had problems and they resolve them talk kind to them and they will try to help you,there has been some problems that I have seen and they are trying to fix them but it takes a long time I do wish it would be quicker and that they would not keep changing the games to be on their side instead of ours once in a while they could pay better they’re not really losing money and you would still buy the game so they’re in a win-win situation no matter what I just think they need to give better wins in bonuses that you can actually see and not get taken away the next day after you win it,I started playing about eight months ago and the slot machines paid really well but now they don’t,cut them down probably 30 to 40%of winning now very hard to make big chip wins like it used to be I’m sad that it seems like every corporation is the same greedy greedy greedy they can never get enough I had a business company and I never did that to anyone and I was so successful I used to give instead of take and do extra things for people and I was so successful so many people used to come to me instead of going to the other guy if they could do that they would be so loaded with people that they wouldn’t know what to do with it all, be smart be wise and have fun.
