Double Hit Casino

First I want to thank you for all of the freebies you’ve given me. I really do appreciate them. I love all of the games I’ve played on Dbl. Hit but there are always new games so I haven’ even begun to play them all. I try to play Dbl. Hit everyday but lately I’ve been really busy with my my 4 Grandbabies ( 1 boy-12 yrs. who has played baseball since he was 4 years old and loves it- I do too but he’s in Majors now so it’s really time consuming between practices and games. I have 3 Granddaughters ages 10, 5, and 2. My 2 yr old loves her Grammy and likes spending the night and she’s so much fun that I’m afraid she takes up a lot of time too but she keeps taking my phone while I’m doing other things and she’s watched me play the games enough that she actually makes a lot of matches and wins for me. The 5 & 10 yr olds have tablets so they spend a lot of time on them and if my baby is napping I can actually sit down and play for awhile since with their tablets they don’t even know I’m around! Anyway, I do love every game I’ve tried but you put so many new ones out I’m afraid that I’m getting behind. I’ll try to keep up and thanks again for the many freebies!

Quitting soon

As much as I love this App I’m sadly going to have to quit playing or at least stop buying coins. I’ve played DoubleHit for years (probably close to 10) with no complaints. Lately I can’t seem to hit enough to keep playing. I buy coins pack after coin pack to play because it relaxes me but within a few minutes the coins are gone and I have to buy more. You would think that for customers that spend in the HUNDREDS every month they would allow for a few good runs to keep you going but the rarely happens anymore. I used to hit enough to keep going but never anymore. I love the graphic and at one time this was the best slot app out there. There are to many available to keep spending my money on one that just takes your money and doesn’t give you any play time for it. It’s very sad for me but it’s time to stop wasting my money and not get any entertainment value for it.

If you don’t love this game like I do then I wonder if you’re playing the same game. Also even though I wasn’t thrilled with the response, I did find customer service to be prompt and courteous. Keep playing and you will surely feel rewarded. By the way I’m not a big time buyer or better but I don’t think I’m treated any differently than a big customer. I watch the commercials because I know that it’s a large part of the revenue stream so it’s the right thing to do. Thanks, giving 5 stars!

Disappointed

I like many of the reviewers here are very disappointed with how the app is going. It has not been this challenging to play this app for the last several years until recently. I have never had to contact the in-app help-desk as much as I have this year since I’ve had it downloaded. If it’s not bugs and glitches, it’s freezing, it’s as soon as I purchase a pack of coins they are already gone. The bonus spins winnings won’t tally up in the total and everything I have won is lost. They also keep changing the minimum bet to participate in the 3-day clash specials it is always something. The only response here lately is it’s my fault something with my connection, something with my storage, something with WiFi 5G or 4G, rarely it’s an issue on them or compensation provided. Since it’s me I’ll play this app a bit less or none at all soon while playing the other app that I’m not having any issues with and take my money over there as well! Beyond upset and disappointed!!!

Why choose this app?

With so many slot apps available to play, it seems smarter for the developer of this one to make it competitive. Small payouts and slippery wording in the pop-up box is not a great way to keep your users loyal. If you want to just lose your cash lightening fast and never get a decent payout or play for days to hit the bonus and it boots you out of the system-then you are in the right spot. At least the other apps let you win knowing you’re more likely to reinvest the money before it takes it all back. That’s gambling. Can’t even get a dopamine rush or adrenaline boost from the intermittent rewards and that’s what makes us addicted- I mean loyal. This developer is not playing the long game. They are greedy and rigged out to make a fast dollar. No thanks! There’s way better slot apps out there. Don’t waste your time and money.

I play many slot games and just started this one that’s why I only gave 3 stars. My first wheel spin was only $10,000. Other games give much more. I’m on disability and games are really the only entertainment I have. The first game I’ve played, I’m not winning much at all for the amount of bet. Goldfish Slots, Billionaire Slots all give bigger bonuses for everyday day game play. Will try this but have so many other slot games paying WAAAY more will be my first choice. I’ll give this a chance but after reading most reviews I will not be dumping money I don’t have into a game that doesn’t pay accordingly to bet amount. As I said, just started so I’ll give it a chance but if it stays the way it is I’ll be deleting quickly. Graphics are great though.

Unbelievably poor customer service

I was treated so poorly by the customer service here, that even though I was up to Sapphire level & still going, I deleted the site. I was insulted by the first responder more than once & they drug out the issue for days. Ultimately, I was correct so they gave me 3mil coins for all they put me through, what an insult! I’ll take my business where I’m appreciated & valued. Oh really? They say they don’t want to lose you but it’s only here they say that to look like they care to new people, but they don’t care if they lose you or not! The games were fun but not so fun to put up with their horrible customer support. They can’t even do the right thing when they make the mistake! And they talk to you like you’re an idiot! What a joke this place is! So many way nicer apps to play on.

NOT MUCH FUN

I have tired this slot game off and on for awhile and can say there is very little fun for your dollar. Buy coin and it is gone within a few minutes. Way to many spins that don’t pay and the ones that do pay are way below what you are betting. No point on just wasting money for no action and no fun. Not enough time playing to waste time and that’s the main reason I play not to lose money for a game of fun. The other I hate the most is the worthless bonus these games give you. If your a big better and you comeback for the bonus and it’s just a few coins compared to what your betting it just joke. I rather not have bonus and be allowed to play. When I am betting 500,000 or more a spin and the bonus give 20,000 what a joke. Bonus are worthless when you play big.
