I love this game! I see a lot of people complaining that they don't win enough or get enough free stuff, but they need to remember, this is a game designed for the developers to also make profit for all their hard work. Everyone is constantly expecting things for free, but remember it takes them time, energy, and money to create these fun things that we use for our pleasure. I highly recommend this game to any of you who are not sure if you want to try it. I'm one of their biggest fans and when they reward me, I reward them with a small purchase back, after all it's only fair. You don't have to go broke doing it. I made the big mistake of several purchases for coins, to play the extra adventures where I could earn more coins and some 10 min bonus time etc. well, after paying for the adventure a few times, I could never even start! The first game wouldn’t download!!!!!! Then, Once I made a purchase, all the prices went up and they go up every time you purchase a coin pack, break the pig, etc. I contact them they the chat several times asking for refunds and was told to u install and reinstall, and a few other things that never worked. I bought 2 huge expensive packs and I watched billions of coins disappear hundreds of spins with not a single bonus, winning hand etc. I have very few coins left and once they are gone I will delete this app. Find another app if you want to play. Read the reviews, I didn’t with this app and it’s really a shame. I’m at home recovering from my 5 brain related surgery and this was my vice to get me thru, not being able to leave my house for several months. I really enjoy and like these games and I have tons of fun, and it takes my mind off Everything else, but I do not feel they delivered what was advertised in the app. We should get all our $$$$ back for the app not providing the experience and services that was paid for. Don’t waste your time… or money!

However, every time that I would build up big the game would then slowly take everything away. Switching slots, waiting days, and other things did absolutely no good whatsoever. Then, I messed up and made a purchase. Several purchases. Every time I bought, coins would build up and then the game would slowly take them away. Coincidence? Since the latest update, nothing works. Simply can’t get going. This is a game!!! I don’t mind paying to play - to an extent- as long as the user experience is fun. It’s not fun to constantly lose. The game offers absolutely nothing in return except for the possibility of having fun. TAKING MY MONEY AND NOT LETTING ME WIN IS NOT FUN!!!! I have reached out to the developer via email and “Live Chat” (which is a bit that ultimately does nothing at all except get your name and email then go silent). AVOID THIS GAME AS YOU WILL NOT BE REWARDED WITH A FUN WINNING EXPERIENCE IN THE LONG RUN. Like others, I should’ve read reviews. I wish I could get all of my money back.

Wed Feb 16 2022 CowWWFI installed this app on my second IPad because I was enjoying it on my other tablet and I wanted a backup while my other was otherwise engaged. I’m still betting low because I just started, but I’m similarly disillusioned by the disappointing dollar amounts appearing on the carriages on the cash trains. It’s hard to get excited about upgrades “up to $1m each carriage” when the numbers I’m seeing are as low as $1k! I left a review about this issue on my other IPad, & soon saw an improvement in the amounts, although still not anywhere near the millions that I’m told I could potentially win per carriage on the upgrade notifications, so what is the point of interrupting the game with these notifications if you don’t follow through with the potential winnings? I sincerely hope you improve the game by abiding by its notification design to increase the potential for continued & progressive play.

I was actually enjoying your game, playing at MaxBet (10,000,000) in the VIP room Black Diamond 5X on my IPhone .My credits were somewhere over 3,000,000,000 . I decided to switch to my IPad. Obviously my devices were linked from my Facebook account. When I opened the app on the iPad my credits were now 1,128,000..... meanwhile my iPhone still read 3,000,000,000??? As I was refreshing the iPad hoping the credit will reflect the correct amount the iPhone amount now showed the same credit totals of 1,128,000????? What the heck! This is not the only instances that have happened. I have sent your Support department 2 emails regarding erroneous Tournament rewards! On numerous occasions my play had allowed me a 1st place prize, but I was awarded 2nd or sometimes 3rd place prizes. I asked for an explanation via an email reply as well as correctly rewarding me with what I rightfully won, but have gotten NONE! The thrill is now gone. I can’t believe the credits disappeared. I’m sorry but I can no longer support or recommend this App .

Jackpots are few and far between and your don’t give away freebies unless your spend money. I am back to using your freebies again because to buy is just to costly. I bought again over the last few day thinking things might change but your reels skip and never pay the big one. I have been a player for a few years and may be hit once or for the money I. I had coin over a billion a few months back and you took it all back in less then a few days and I was only betting 200k at a clip. Mr developers don’t tell to face the challenge when you just continue to take peoples money. I swore I would never give you guys another dime and still continue to spend with nothing to show for it spent a lot of money with guys for what. It’s embarrassing and seems outright desperate to make 99cents or $1.99 for billions of useless coins. And you can’t X out of it. Ads are too long and when the x appears finally, it’s disabled for at least a minute, and then it’s so tiny, you have to hit it exactly to the hair of the center of the x or you will be sent to the App Store to download the game in the ad. You will spend more time ignoring or crossing out ads than you will playing the game. And when you finally reach a slot machine after sitting through 3 minutes of 50 ads (no joke) there are still more ads on the slot machine and video ads that interrupt your play. And don’t you dare switch machines - you will have to endure ads when you leave the game and then start the process all over again when you click on a new machine to play. Horrible waste of time

Every action you take seems to trigger another ad, making it nearly impossible to enjoy any continuous gameplay. It's incredibly disruptive and breaks any immersion you might have. On top of that, the game constantly pressures you to make in-app purchases. Essential items and progressions are locked behind paywalls, and the constant reminders to spend money are both annoying and disheartening. It's clear that the developers are more interested in squeezing money out of players than providing a fun and engaging experience. Overall, this game is a perfect example of how not to monetize a mobile app. The excessive ads and aggressive in-app purchase prompts make it unplayable and unenjoyable. Save your time and money—look elsewhere for your gaming fix.
