I have played this game once or twice before long while back and I’ve circled back to it now. And I must say I’m pleasantly surprised and impressed! This is due to the frequency of large payout of single individual spins so that was more than what I’m used to an average and I was able to trigger or benefit from either a bonus or some extra feature within each game and didn’t go through all my chips as quickly as I do on other sites so that’s why I was exploring other slot games because the couple that I’ve been playing for a little while and stuff was just like I’d have coins and they’d be gone like within less than 1520 minutes or something. It was just ridiculous and with this one now I’ve been playing for the last two days haven’t had to buy anything it’s just been nice so I’m impressed. Keep up the great work guys.

In the very beginning it was fun winning bonuses, collecting stamps, blue gems, etc. Now? Your lucky if you win anything at all! It’s starting to look like they just want your money. The game glitches all the time and when you contact customer support, they berate and belittle you. Some games are stuck in “mini jackpot” mode. You might get a minor, but it’s rare. Customer service will tell you it’s a game of chance or luck…. Yeah if I was playing for real money, I can understand that but I’m not. The mission passes and the challenge passes in the mini games are getting too expensive, but once again, if you contact customer support they will tell you that it’s the algorithm of the game on how much you spend. Everything should be a set price and then if I want extra, then I can pay for it, if I have the money. Collecting and trading stamps should be a little bit easier as well. Without having to spend too much money… after all we aren’t winning real money or getting anything back in investment. This is something to just pass time. Things are getting too expensive nowadays, these developers shouldn’t be greedy on their players (customers). A lot of us are spending $100s to $1000s just to have fun, with nothing to show. No investment, no real money back and it’s becoming a problem with losing constantly. It used to be easy to get points for VIP, but not anymore. It’s extremely hard to get, unless you spend, spend, spend. $$$ I really thought about leaving, but I like the people in my club. I’m sure I probably will get a response from the developers, maybe not.

When I first started playing the game, it was exciting new and fresh a big change from all the other casino games that are on the Internet today. Then Covid struck the whole world. Most people were stuck at home trying to find stuff to keep busy while staying healthy Being separated from all peers friends colleagues everyone. The game changed then the developers and the CEO become very greedy. It seems like the game’s all about sales now and not much fun. The jackpots are very minimum most times you get many if you get one at all The cards for the albums that you collect the complete there’s tens of thousands of repeat cards. Very few are lucky enough to finish the album by the end of the allotted time to do so the more you spend the better you get for cards and that’s about it because of pure greed they just brought out a new game today and you would think being a new game you could get lucky on it. I spent all my coins that I’ve had saved up mind you my level is not very high. But it’s a lot for me and I’ve used every last coin on this new machine with no bonus spins and dead spins so if you’re reading this and it helps you to pick something else I’ve done what I had to do, but if you don’t mind spending thousands of dollars. On an app that won’t give anything back and this is the one for you if you don’t keep looking.

I I was playing, paying for things here and there. I built up to almost 200 billion $ and I logged in. Their app went to a game and then glitching back and forth. It would not let me click on anything. It kept switching back and forth for about 40 seconds. Since I could not have any control of it and I couldn’t even see what it was doing I shut the game down. I thought there was a system issue. So I waited till the next day to sign back in. When I did I was down to $28 million. I wrote the game and they said they can’t do anything about me hitting max bet over and over and over. I kept asking them to look back through their records to see when I have done that sort of betting, and explained again about the glitch. They asked if I got a screen shot of it. I asked what a screen shot of it going back and forth would show? I was messaging with them for a week on this matter and long story short they just belittled me and said At they would not do anything for me and that I needed to adjust the bet level before I pressed to spin. It is as if your just communicating with a AI. They did nothing and I told them they are losing a customer that has spent money on a free game. They didn’t care since there will be thousands of other new customers. So play at your own risk.

If you landed on this app through HeyCash or FreeCash (etc) where you can make money climbing the levels, I’ve been playing this religiously for like 2 months now. I think if nothing more than to prove a point. I climbed the first few levels fast. I’ve now climbed, no joke, 3 levels in the last month. I’m on level 183 and need to get to 200 to make the next prize of about $6. On a recent day off I literally played the WHOLE day. Most spins result in absolutely nothing. I’ve deposited my own money. Nothing. I’ve watched a gazillion ads. Nothing. I’ve written to customer service. They change subjects and remind me to consider taking breaks if playing is becoming a problem. Like , I just wanted to know what I’m doing wrong that I keep losing all my coins in seconds 😂. Now, they just ignore my messages and close the conversation … shady scammers! So yea, it’s a ‘free’ social casino but definitely a waste of time unless you like losing all day long … oh, and thr ads are LONG. It’s bad enough they repeat but they’re SO long and about 1/3 of the time they free so you don’t even get the bonus coins you were supposed to get for watching the same ad about another casino lying about how their games offer real prizes and no ads (as I’m watching their ad 😂). It is what it is. SMH

Everything about this app is rigged to “encourage” players to spend money. Blackjack is so blatantly rigged it’s pathetic (dealer will more often pull a 21 when showing a six than busy, for example. No joke, I tracked it). I have rock solid proof that they are using bots (keep in my mind they know what the next cards in the “deck” are) to throw off hands and force real players to lose. This is a cold hard fact. IT IS NOT RANDOM AND THEY WILL INTENTIONALLY TUIN HANDS AND YOU WILL LOSE. You will never win 2 hands in a row. You will lose 5+ hands in a row frequently. I’ve played hundreds of hands and I would say your odds are somewhere around 20% vs REAL blackjack which is high 40s. It’s is genuinely THAT rigged. Add to that the blackjack game will glitch (I have proof) and force you to lose. Customer service does not care even a little bit, they will do nothing to rectify the situation. Slots will pay when you’re betting small. Once you’ve won enough to increase your bet… nothing. It’s all cyclical and if you play enough (I advise you don’t waste your time) you will notice. Can’t say enough bad things about this app, the people that made it, and the customer service. Garbage through and through. The fact that this app supposedly has 4.8 stars is suspicious. I’d wager most of the reviews are fake (look at most recent reviews, they’re all bad). Add to all of this they advertise that you can win real money and cash out..? That’s not why I played but seems like this is, or at least should be, illegal. I’m aware of a law firm building a case against SpinX (the creators of this app) for unfair business practices. Frankly they deserve to be sued, nothing but dishonesty and greed from the developers of this game.

Overall a great game, a lot better than any other slots game I’ve played so far. This one is just much simpler and the way it is set up just makes it more enjoyable. However after getting up in levels past roughly 1,500-2,000 this game starts becoming basically a pay to play game. Sure you get money from the club ever couple weeks and little bits of other money here and there but it’s only enough for maybe a dozen spins or so at a bet high enough to still make that money back. Even the travel stamps take soooo long to get that my friend who is half my level is basically on the same ones as me. Again the game itself is awesome, but at this point if I don’t spend money. I only get to play every few days, maybe. Even If I keep collecting the daily rewards and every little thing I can.

This game I will admit is addictive but there is a limit you reach after spending real money to buy coins cause you lose a lot and then after losing what you bought the people that has the Cash Club literally gets free money … I’m in the wrong business , but anyway I’ve spent so much money buying coins that I have come to a conclusion that enough is enough and I have also talked with others that has done same thing and there is a lawsuit coming simply for this , it’s wrong the way Cash Club does and they actually control who wins and loses , I’ve talked with quite a few people that spent very little real money to buy coins on there and they are way up in coins like in the Q amount and on up , whereas people like me are steadily losing real money plus the coins and hasn’t been able to stay like the others have up in coins which tells me Cash Club controls who wins and who loses period!! I rate this game one star and if I could I would rate it as a big fat 0 cause you just don’t win like you should betting less as possible or even betting the max doesn’t matter you lose !!
