This game is terrible! What is the point of spending Real Life money, which will give a lot of in game cash, just to lose it trying to beat the quest on easy? I've been playing this game for years and I hate it! When I can't go to a Real Life casino I'll get my fix on here, but I'll find myself spending RL money to beat a quest and at the end of the quest I'm scraping as much change as the game offers from all the little side things like: collecting cards, bonus games within the game, etc. just to barely have enough coins to play the EASY mode on the quest. For god sakes I have 2T coins why does the EASY quest want me to bet 6T, win 1.6T on free games(which takes 20T to finally get the free games)!!?? If you live in an area that doesn't have a real casino, then yeah play this. You know what it's like in Real Life to play a slot and lose all your money. If you live in an area that does have casinos, save your money from here and go there. At least you'll actually, maybe, win real life money!

I’ve had this app 786 days. Level 5387 so I’ve seen and noticed a few things in that time. They try to bribe you for a good review for starters, so here’s an honest review of a real player. At first it’s great, even if you have a problem you contact customer service and they couldn’t be more helpful. It’s all about you making purchases. Once you make a purchases it all changes. If you go to make another purchase they’ll raise the price. But your invested, if your 3/4 of the way to the goal so if you don’t buy again at the higher price your kinda stuck. Then once you stop buying, the game is on. They’ll do anything to make it as difficult as possible. My 2nd task or mission of the day is usually get or win quintillions of coins. Only capable by, more purchases. Well they got me once when they offered a special and they didnt honor it and kept finding loopholes. Basically if I made a purchase I got a bonus. They refused to give me the bonus. Even after admitting I made the purchase. But the final straw was yesterday. I received a notice as soon as I logged in that I had won a contest. It was addressed to me and the prize. The first customer service agent told me what to do to claim it. I did that it didn’t work. Emailed again. Now the story changes. It’s a contest and I didn’t win… but I have screenshots it doesn’t say contest it says you won! So no, I’m done. Play at your own risk. I’ll be making a report with the FTC as well.

They say statistically customers only write a reviews when they have a negative experience and I rather enjoyed this game. They are constantly updating and adding new features, but everyone knows that sometimes when you add new things sometimes old things break. The best way to solve a problem when presented by a issue you created is to admit fault, fix the problem, and try to make it right with anyone affected by the problem. Luckily these developers practice gaslighting and lack accountability to admit fault which created enough resentment in me to give them a one star/ bad review. The developers added a new feature that broke another one which made me actually lose my “In App” purchases. When presenting them with this problem they gladly told me to have fun and deny that the problem exists. I am glad their customer service practices the art of gaslighting, because really what I paid for was me questioning my own sanity, which led me to question why on earth was I giving money to people who have this characteristic. This gave me a flashback to my drug seeking days, which made me realize my drug dealer never cared about anything but the money. This one “In App” purchase gave me a moment of self reflection to admit I have a addictive personality and there is always someone to exploit this for a profit. If they had good customer service I would still be playing and not realize I need to go find the local Gamblers Anonymous.

I played this game for about fifteen minutes and was cheated out of receiving my winnings 4 times. Not the little wins but the big wins,I was watching carefully after reading some reviews before I downloaded the app. Well they were correct, you get cheated out of your wins. Don’t tell me to contact someone because then they will collect my email address,I’m wise to that tactic. Also the tactic about removing the ads by a single purchase which gives you access to their credit card information along the the other info that’s included with that. I play fair ,I watch ads to play free games , and I know you get certain information from my device, that’s where it’s supposed to stop! No tricks ,no sneakiness, no cheating! I’m disappointed! Thank you for responding to my review .I didn’t know that a review would give you access to my email address, that’s good to know for the future, I won’t be giving any more reviews. As for your advice I ckecked my balance before my spins and after my spins and supposed wins , there was no difference, the wins were not added at any time. In order for me to send you screen shots of the problem I would have to take a screen shot before and after each spin and that’s ridiculous. It’s easier to just play another slot app. I do appreciate you responding however.

This game used to be a 5 star game but ever since the last update I have been forced to watch advertisement after advertisement before I can even play. There used to be advertisements that you could voluntarily watch up in the corner, which I sometimes would, to gain more cash. But now I am forced to watch them, a lot of them, even to get my daily bonus. This game was always so fun because it was bright and colorful and it was almost impossible to run out of money because of all of the bonus opportunities they gave you to get some of it back. Now I don’t even want to play because the few minutes I have to get on it throughout the day is spent watching their advertisements. Such a shame for a game to go from one of my favorites on my phone to one I want to delete. And I am not going to pay extra to have the advertisements removed. My real money is worth more than that. I will just find another free slot machine game on the app store. There are plenty out there. This used to stand above and beyond all of the other slot games but now its one of the worst. I play these games to unwind and have fun after a long day of working. But now I spend all my time watching advertisements. Nothing fun about that.

After playing this game for several weeks, I am leaving my review and then deleting.. Like most other slot games, the wins are hot at first. I expect this. I also expect it not to last past a certain game level. But what I DO expect is to ACTUALLY be able to complete missions or trigger wins when I am consistently spending to play. I don’t appreciate spending $20 and losing not only the recent coins, but ALL of my earnings even at low bets because you made the missions IMPOSSIBLE to complete. Why put a mission to win during free spins on a game when the gamer has to spin OVER 250 Times just to trigger free spins! It feels like you set people up to lose so they spend more… I give a game about 30 days of spending and if I EVER hit a zero balance as a spending player I delete the game. In the 45 days I have had this app, I have never hit a zero balance. I did tonight, even after I spent money on your pop ups.. in 45 days I have spent over $100 To keep playing becuase I have no problem paying to play… but $100 is not something I’m willing to pay when I spin over 500 times and only get about 95 actual wins… terrible…

I love to play this game, so much fun. 😊 My only complaint is that customer service is practically non - existent. If you run into problems expect a long response time. They do listen to you and fix things. But it takes a lot of time sending texts , screenshots over and over again. It’s like they don’t read what you text. Or look at the screen shot. It’s very confusing and time consuming. But as long as you don’t run into any problems, you will love this game. It’s fun and has great games. Lots of free coins available and great teams to be on. I’m just so disappointed that you can’t get a timely response from the only source you have to contact. I don’t write reviews, on anything this is my first !! And I’m sorry that it has to be not a totally good one. But I got so upset and frustrated today , I thought that this might possibly help . Sherry I really like the new game Brawny builder , it pays very well. No jackpots, but still pays well.

The game starts fun enough but as quickly as you win your initial fortune, you lose it. Then, if you want to continue to play you must buy more coins. Then you win again, and lose it all again, very quickly. And, the more money you spend, the more quickly you lose, forcing you to spend more money just to play the game. The tasks and missions are designed to run you out of coins so you buy more. The game crashes on occasion. It happened to me once when a jackpot game showed on the reels. I contacted customer support. They asked for a screenshot…like I’m supposed to know when the game is going to crash and I should be prepared to snap a screenshot at every millisecond. I told them I didn’t have a screenshot and then magically I didn’t get a reward I was supposed to get from the package I spent real money on. I contacted customer service about this as well. Since then, I’ve received no communication from the dev. The fact that this is a simulated gambling game that essentially forces you to pay to play then cheats you out of the coins you spent real money to purchase, and then, oh by the way, doesn’t pay on some pay lines it’s supposed to pay on, makes this a scam that borders on illegal.
