Dear JMS players! Check out our new update with better performance and more fun.
-New slot game is released.
-New event is on.
Have a lucky spin!
Jackpot Master Slots is a high-energy casino simulator that focuses on the spectacle of the 'Big Win.' The variety of slot machines is impressive, with themes ranging from ancient Egypt to classic Vegas neon. Each machine has its own unique bonus games and mechanics, which helps prevent the gameplay from feeling too repetitive. The social features, like the 'Clubs,' add a competitive layer that keeps things interesting.
However, it's important to note that this is a purely 'for-fun' casino game with no real-world payouts. The constant barrage of pop-ups for coin purchases can be overwhelming, but if you can look past that, the core slot mechanics are quite fun. The daily bonuses are generous enough that you can play for a decent amount of time each day without spending money. It’s perfect for those who enjoy the lights and sounds of a casino from the comfort of their couch.

If you’re okay with spending a bit of money. I love that JMS is free to play, but to get the most out of this game you really do need to purchase the upgrades and occasionally hit the coin store. If you’re looking for 100% free play, you’ll probably get frustrated with this game quickly, but if you’re okay with an occasional purchase this game can be a lot of fun. The graphics are really bold, bright, and colorful. There are endless different slot games to choose from, and they’re constantly introducing new ones. I find the rules and the pay lines here are much easier to follow than some other slot games I’ve tried. If you enjoy the challenge of objective-based games and a bit of competition like I do, JMS has the Quest option where you can race other players to hit specific objectives in specific games and win some pretty substantial rewards if you score high enough at the end of the race, which typically runs every two weeks. They also have the Dash option if you like objective-based games but aren’t into the competition of a race against other players. JMS also has plenty of other rotating bonus features and side games to keep it fresh and offer other rewards and incentives besides endless spinning. You have the option of joining teams for extra rewards and some camaraderie, and there’s a great online community on Facebook, where the admins are fast with feedback and post daily free coins. This game is definitely a game of chance, so there are going to be slow days with lots of losses, but there are also days with lots of wins and some really big jackpots. If you enjoy the true win-some-lose-some of slot games and aren’t looking for all wins all the time, give this a try!
Awesome game, fair, no ads!!!! One of the main reason I go to this game 1st every day is the lack of ads, I don’t have to waste time watching the same ads over and over. Almost all of the other slot games have ads after ads, and it finally gets to the point where enough is enough. Although almost every time I log in I have to go over the same routine of what sales are going on, why I should purchase more coins, gems, or gold, diamond passes that just speed up the process. I did actually have a little addiction to this game a few years ago and spent WAY TOO MUCH $$$!! I think you should never “waste” money on these sites because you can’t actually win real $$$. Why spend $$$ here to boost your odds or benefits, when there are thousands if not more of almost identical games, with basically the same slot machines, the same bonus games (bingo, jungle slumps, packs of cards, stars, etc.). If you could actually win real $$$ here I would not trust it in the least to be honest! The slot machines definitely don’t pay out what they should, although I have noticed that if I play during the daytime Monday-Friday I usually do pretty well! At nights and on the weekends I usually don’t play because I think the odds are terrible, you lose too quickly and I seems like the game is trying to force you to make a purchase to keep going. If this is the case then it is a smart business strategy on your side, although it is a bit shameful to try and prey on loyal players. I could go on and on about how to make the game better (adding fireball slots for one!), and I have many other ideas that would lead to more people playing longer, but I am not on the payroll, so I will keep this to myself. I hope this survey helps and I really do LOVE JMS Slots…despite some of the criticisms! thanks, Ann and Michael Simmons
I’ve had this app 786 days. Level 5387 so I’ve seen and noticed a few things in that time. They try to bribe you for a good review for starters, so here’s an honest review of a real player. At first it’s great, even if you have a problem you contact customer service and they couldn’t be more helpful. It’s all about you making purchases. Once you make a purchases it all changes. If you go to make another purchase they’ll raise the price. But your invested, if your 3/4 of the way to the goal so if you don’t buy again at the higher price your kinda stuck. Then once you stop buying, the game is on. They’ll do anything to make it as difficult as possible. My 2nd task or mission of the day is usually get or win quintillions of coins. Only capable by, more purchases. Well they got me once when they offered a special and they didnt honor it and kept finding loopholes. Basically if I made a purchase I got a bonus. They refused to give me the bonus. Even after admitting I made the purchase. But the final straw was yesterday. I received a notice as soon as I logged in that I had won a contest. It was addressed to me and the prize. The first customer service agent told me what to do to claim it. I did that it didn’t work. Emailed again. Now the story changes. It’s a contest and I didn’t win… but I have screenshots it doesn’t say contest it says you won! So no, I’m done. Play at your own risk. I’ll be making a report with the FTC as well.
They say statistically customers only write a reviews when they have a negative experience and I rather enjoyed this game. They are constantly updating and adding new features, but everyone knows that sometimes when you add new things sometimes old things break. The best way to solve a problem when presented by a issue you created is to admit fault, fix the problem, and try to make it right with anyone affected by the problem. Luckily these developers practice gaslighting and lack accountability to admit fault which created enough resentment in me to give them a one star/ bad review. The developers added a new feature that broke another one which made me actually lose my “In App” purchases. When presenting them with this problem they gladly told me to have fun and deny that the problem exists. I am glad their customer service practices the art of gaslighting, because really what I paid for was me questioning my own sanity, which led me to question why on earth was I giving money to people who have this characteristic. This gave me a flashback to my drug seeking days, which made me realize my drug dealer never cared about anything but the money. This one “In App” purchase gave me a moment of self reflection to admit I have a addictive personality and there is always someone to exploit this for a profit. If they had good customer service I would still be playing and not realize I need to go find the local Gamblers Anonymous.
This game used to be a 5 star game but ever since the last update I have been forced to watch advertisement after advertisement before I can even play. There used to be advertisements that you could voluntarily watch up in the corner, which I sometimes would, to gain more cash. But now I am forced to watch them, a lot of them, even to get my daily bonus. This game was always so fun because it was bright and colorful and it was almost impossible to run out of money because of all of the bonus opportunities they gave you to get some of it back. Now I don’t even want to play because the few minutes I have to get on it throughout the day is spent watching their advertisements. Such a shame for a game to go from one of my favorites on my phone to one I want to delete. And I am not going to pay extra to have the advertisements removed. My real money is worth more than that. I will just find another free slot machine game on the app store. There are plenty out there. This used to stand above and beyond all of the other slot games but now its one of the worst. I play these games to unwind and have fun after a long day of working. But now I spend all my time watching advertisements. Nothing fun about that.
I played this game for about fifteen minutes and was cheated out of receiving my winnings 4 times. Not the little wins but the big wins,I was watching carefully after reading some reviews before I downloaded the app. Well they were correct, you get cheated out of your wins. Don’t tell me to contact someone because then they will collect my email address,I’m wise to that tactic. Also the tactic about removing the ads by a single purchase which gives you access to their credit card information along the the other info that’s included with that. I play fair ,I watch ads to play free games , and I know you get certain information from my device, that’s where it’s supposed to stop! No tricks ,no sneakiness, no cheating! I’m disappointed! Thank you for responding to my review .I didn’t know that a review would give you access to my email address, that’s good to know for the future, I won’t be giving any more reviews. As for your advice I ckecked my balance before my spins and after my spins and supposed wins , there was no difference, the wins were not added at any time. In order for me to send you screen shots of the problem I would have to take a screen shot before and after each spin and that’s ridiculous. It’s easier to just play another slot app. I do appreciate you responding however.
I have been playing this game about a month now, it’s become incredibly obvious it’s a well done cash grab. If you think maybe it’s possible to sustain and play this game a lot without constantly making purchases, it will not happen. The returns on the slots are terrible 90% of the time, you must keep up with all the side quests just to hope to have enough coins to keep playing. If you think you can just bet really small, the game locks all the top prizes and bonus functions when your bet is too small. Even if you get lucky to hit a big jackpot(which I did once in hundreds of thousands of spins), after that these games will completely die and you will go thousands of spins without anything more than a 25x win. II’ve completed a few long quest-lines (aided by purchases) to get massive amounts of coins, only for them to be completely gone in a day of spinning since the games are 100% dry afterwards. Also, as you level up, purchasing perks becomes more expensive. At the level I reached to access all top prizes and slot functions, it essentially is $4-$5 a spin which is an absolutely ridiculous price I will never pay for fake coins. A 700% value pack is $35 for 250 billion coins, which when the slots are dry will last about 15 minutes. Absolutely shameful. It’s astounding to me developers can be so greedy with fake coins. Do not believe that they say it’s all based around luck because it most definitely is not. They have perfected the psychological art of getting people to buy their perks to get more coins so they can keep playing. Shameful really. I will give them credit for the games being decently fun and moderately entertaining when you do actually have coins, which is why 2 stars.
Don’t be fooled. This is a pay to play game. If you are unwilling to spend an absurd amount of real, hard working money on this game, do yourself a favor and find a different game to download. This app used to be fun and players could win plenty of coins to keep playing, however, this has turned into the most greed hungry company. I’ve never seen anything like this with any other game. Steer clear. If you download, be prepared to get angry often, have little to no banked coins and expect to pay real money for a small win, which won’t last long….5-10 minutes IF you’re lucky. The forced bet levels that frequently change make it a very controlled game versus a game you want to play at your own comfort level. In addition, there are constant popups asking/screaming/begging you to make a purchase, often 6-7 times in a row. Give it a rest already, JMS! The old adage “the customer is always right“ definitely does not apply to Jackpot Master Slots. When there is a problem such as a glitch in the system (which happens often), their customer service will say your account was credited correctly, when in fact, it wasn’t in most cases. This is the most stingy, greedy, money hungry company. Beware!
