Ive been playing Jackpot Magic Slots for over 5 years, Double Down & Hit it Rich for over 10 #Junkie…Ive deleted DD & HIR, still have JMS only for the social aspect but Im totally OVER that app!! I download this app about 2 weeks ago, Ive found it to be quite generous with wins, the scratchers/abilty to level them up, Ive hit some decent wins..I still dont totally understand the cards or the chests, the daily missions sometimes are impossible to hit, but I think this is the best casino app Ive downloaded and like a lot of you have downloaded my fair share + your fair share :0) …Some games I can win 1 daily/get lucky on then the next its COLD, I’ll either drop my bet or just stop playing. I like this app..Will stay as my new go to and just plunk on JMS a few minutes <==Well like you have a choice with them! I enjoy the graphics, the music/sounds, this morning I was playing and accidentally hit the bunny egg and laughed with it changed to a carrot..very clever. I don’t think this app is greedy at all, its up to you what you bet, dont go looking for the big one all the time, just enjoy spinning and the wins you get. Thanks guys

I love this game. The graphics are great and the slot variety is fantastic! I love that there are plenty of ways to earn coins without having to spend money on the mission pass, even though I sometimes do make that purchase. My only complaint right now is the Reach the Top bonus. It is ridiculous that you either finish at the bottom or fall off the top. I have never made it to the upper tier, so what’s the point? Most of the time I feel like I should just skip playing it but I guess coins are coins. This is exactly the way I felt about the Pachinko bonus but you must have made changes to it because I don’t always end in the lowest multiplier. Maybe you could do something similar with the Reach the Top one. Overall though, love the game, love all the different graphics and game mechanics in the different slots. It’s the best slot game I’ve ever played!

I’m a disabled individual who plays games to help distract my brain from chronic pain which causes uncontrollable movements. For well over a month now I’ve been fighting with Jackpot Crush over false advertisement…the app offers Special Benefits with purchases; but, they REFUSE to give you all the extra benefits included with each purchases! Technical support writes Speedy hours from “special benefits do NOT accumulate!” Now @ the end of the last Mission Pass my extra emeralds disappeared & were NOT found in my inbox as they did from previous mission passes. In my opinion, this is FRAUDULENT & I’d like others, before they choose to play &/or make any purchases, from this app to know this information up front! I’m feeling like a mushroom…left in the dark to be fed B.S. from Jackpot Crush’s dishonesty! I can ONLY hope this review will HELP others to choose a more honestly ran app! P.S. with each new purchase Jackpot Crush steals ALL previously accumulated speedy hours to be replaced with 72 hours speedy. My game in the past has shown for example 40 hours speedy & with a new purchase the 40 hours magically disappear/replaced with 72 hours….total FRAUD! I should’ve had 112 hours after my purchase did NOT work out that way. This all sounds like a legal case to me bc Jackpot Crush refuses to give me ALL my Special Benefits or refund ALL my money!

Yes you can spend real money for coins and such but there’s many ways to get free coins and I appreciate that immensely. I do spend money sometimes but it’s nice to not have to spend to play. Thanks for the many freebies coins and gems Updated review: the game has become greedy and longtime players are getting very tired of now having to spend money to play and get any actual winnings. The new games are a joke and cost more in coins with less payouts. The daily missions are becoming almost impossible to complete and completing stamp sets/trading in the fb group returns “no friends found”. Ive been playing this game for years now and I, along with many others that are longtime players, are getting to the point of deleting the game entirely! Do better JPC. Make necessary changes and actually LISTEN To the long term players or lose money. You have so far only lost stars in your review. Yes we understand developers are trying to make a buck too and most of us don’t mind buying passes and such but when we buy them and historically we got gains but now we don’t, it’s not a matter of skill level it’s sheer greed. This can become another former game I played and spent money on really quick.

Unless you buy coins you’re not playing. As you progress up levels your minimum bet also increases at a much faster rate than you’ll ever earn free coins. In fact, you can collect coins all day and still not have enough to play for more than a couple spins. In addition, if you do make a purchase, make sure you screenshot the deal you purchased as these aren’t always correctly applied. Especially the one that ensures you’re reimbursed for all losses during a specific time period. You aren’t. Instead of adding back losses in real time, they subtract your wins from your total spend during that time period and reimburse you that amount. So you can’t get ahead during that period. Additionally, as you move up levels the odds of you getting a super, spectacular, or fantastic win is nonexistent. I’ve played for several weeks now and once I got over spending trillions with a minimum bet of billions the most I’ve hit on any game is a huge win. May be coincidence, but judging by the difficulty of every task, it’s more likely this is a setup in the game. The only pro is there are some fun games to play. Just realize you will not be playing for free.

The graphics to this app is fantastic. Better than most casino apps out there. That’s what’s been keeping me a supporter. (and actually spent money). But after receiving this response from customer support, I’m looking for other apps. I inquired about a coupon I was going to use that was labeled “60%”. I thought it meant 60%off any slot package. No, it does not. And apparently I’m dumb for assuming it was 60%off. “Hello, according to the screenshot you provided, the coupon displayed in your screenshot only shows the store coupon at 60% and does not show 60% off. Additionally, the coupon has a expiration date, which may be due to your failure to use it. We suggest that you pay attention to the expiration date of the coupon. Thank you for your understanding.” This is not customer support. This is berating a customer. Who has a coupon that says 60%, but it doesn’t mean 60% off?? I never used the coupon because it showed up in my inbox as “1.6x coins”. Yet, it’s my fault for not paying attention to an expiration date to a coupon that was delivered as a totally different one… They refuse to correct THEIR mistake. Do not spend money on this app.

This game is fun, addictive, and deceiving. Granted it’s my own fault, and I understand it’s a slot game and supposed to be random. However it’s slightly upsetting when you can play and play yet it never gives up much more than a Mini, or that it gets so close yet you’re so far from getting anything else. Sometimes it’s hit and miss. That’s not the worse part of it. I get that it isn’t going to just give you everything all the time then it wouldn’t be fun, but to reach the goals it’s setting out to collect anything you have to spend money, or there is no way you’re going to get all the stamps needed, or the hammers, or what you need to collect mission goals. I will admit I have spent a tiny fortune on this game to get the goals, and yet I still come up short. I will continue to play, and I encourage others to download because it’s fun and it makes time go by. Just don’t get your hopes up on making all the goals. 3 stars for me because I’m sour.

Obviously you must work or have a interest in this company. Everything you said about the game was positive. The rest of us find what you positively said about this company to be the opposite. You apparently detailed everything everyone is complaining about and putting a spin on it and saying that is why you like this company opposed to other game sites. For example, if you write and say you have been double billed, their response would be for you to send them a receipt, whereas, they are doing the billing. When you say that you bought a certain package and only received part of it, you are told that they will check into it and they will get back to you, and a couple days later will send you a notice for you to “screen snapshot it, hoping for you to just say “F. It “ and move on. So for you to say your company in comparison to other game company is the best is not being truthful. Next time have a real reviewer (s) do the review, not someone associated with the company.
