I believe the game shouldn’t be online and if it is when there around any type of Wi-Fi outside or inside they should connect like the train or walking in the street’s. I wish we could wizard, Zombies, Witch, Werewolf or mixed breed from their perspective and if it was on DS, Switch, Computers IPad, Laptop or maybe If the game was like Tomodachi Life when it was raising the children and sending them off on their own but they come to visits or stay to fight along side their parents. I enjoy playing the Game of Vampires: Twilight Sun its is better but it can be way better by several reviews point out problems that could make it better: the game often feels pay-to-win because advancing in events can require spending a lot of money, which leaves casual players at a disadvantage; some users experience glitches, crashes, or freezing that interrupt gameplay; the competitive structure can sometimes create a toxic environment where bullying or unfair advantages appear; and a few players reported that when they tried posting negative feedback, their reviews didn’t always save or show up. Addressing these issues would help make the game fairer, more stable, and more welcoming for everyone. I also believe that to keep long-term players engaged, introduce story quests, cosmetic rewards, or side challenges that aren’t tied only to spending money. This gives depth beyond just competitive pay-to-win battles.

It’d be perfect but…

I’ve been playing this game for more than a year and I’ve spent a lot of money on it. I used to be very into it but my interest is waning. I have 2 chief complaints: 1. The mini games/ special events are limited time action. From morning till night with 8 hours of time you can’t play them. Seems small, but I can no longer play these because I have a baby to take care of. The only time I can play these is during the hours they’re not available. They also took away one of the funnest games and replaced it with something that straight up gives me anxiety. Some of them are fun but some not so much. The official reason for the 8 hours of downtime for that is that the team wants players to spend time with their family and sleeping. This is what is explained when someone posts about it in the official facebook group. I find that insulting. I can manage my time. I don’t need the creators of a game to dictate my daily routine. 2. Rite of War. It’s slow, it’s boring, it’s a money grab. I would spend more on it if the items were reasonably priced. They’re not. Plus they start you out with such a meager stamina and it takes so much and takes so long to travel around the board. All so you’ll spend $5 on a potion that gets you there faster. I’ll still play, but I’m not going to spend money anymore because they’re just to greedy.

Negative reviews not allowed?

I’ve reposted this review with updates and yet each one may or may not actually save…that should tell you everything you need to know about the game. Criticism is apparently not allowed. Everything is severely expensive and all the people who have money are very greedy with all the rushes, not allowing other people to grow as a server. It is very hard to get lovers and wardens unless you have the bankroll of Bill Gates or the patience of mother Teresa. Graphics and story are decent, but the ends certainly don’t justify the means. Of all the games I have played similar to this, this is definitely the most depressing and has the least amount of rewards for spending money. What could be an amazing game is absolutely trashed by the gratuitous amount of money needed to actually feel like you are part of it. There is so much drama too. The game as a whole just isn’t worth it. And the fact that I have had to repost this review with updates and they rarely go through just goes to show that the devs are just here to make money, and the game is nothing more than a money grab. The art and music is pretty much all this game has going for it. The rushes/rush rewards are awful, and having Rite of War every week instead of biweekly or once a month at most again shows that this game is nothing more than a money grab as you need to have diamonds for literally everything or you get little to nothing as a reward.

If you don’t like Pay to Play, go elsewhere.

I’ll go with the bad first. Like the title says, if you want to win any sort of competition you’re either going to have to spend a LOT of money, or hoard items like a madman for months. And either way, you’ll always have a risk of someone swooping in and dropping a cool $2k out of nowhere. So if you’re competitive and get frustrated and are also on a strict budget, probably you should play something else. Now, the pros: the game looks and sounds beautiful. The graphics are lovely, you really do feel like you’re in a supernatural city, and unlike some other games who shall not be mentioned, the writing and dialogue is interesting and really fun. So if you just want a game you can spend a little time in, put down, and come back to a few hours later, it’s a good option. Really the only thing holding me back from giving the game 5 stars is the fact you have to spend SO MUCH MONEY to compete. I get that it’s the business model, but I wish they would sort out servers so the really competitive people who spend tons of money were in their own space because we “normies” can’t hope to compete and get cool skins otherwise.

Be prepared to pay

I started playing about a week ago and have become somewhat addicted to it. The graphics are amazing, and storyline is great. There a few reasons why it doesn’t get 5 stars from me. If you’re not familiar with this type of format of a game there is a big learning curve to it which I’m still learning. The support guide is not really helpful, basically just leaves you asking more questions. Then when you ask those questions, the support is not there from the developers. You sort of have to rely on other players to actually guide you and that’s if they want to help. Another thing I have come to realize is that you are never really going to be able to come out on top during the ranking events without spending a hefty amount of money on items to get you there. Not sure if it’s the same for all servers but if you don’t have the ability to spend, you aren’t ranking anywhere close to the top. Most importantly, if you do spend money on something be prepared to get taxed on it. Oh, and just a little heads up, if you want proof of what was bought, they can’t provide you with that information also. 🙄

Bullies, Gamblers and Time wasters.

This game lures you in with a lot of instant gratification actions at the start of the game, yet almost immediately ramps up to blocking any significant progress behind paywalls. If you don’t pay for anything, you will almost always find yourself at the bottom or middle ranges of the leaderboards. The costs of coming to the top levels of VIP is the same as putting a down payment on a house these days. Not to mention the amount of creeps and bullying that this app puts you at risk for. Any reports usually go unheard or are just a temporary slap on the wrist for people to come back and pull the same shenanigans again. The cross server wars create unnecessary drama between different servers, and a lot of guilds don’t know the bare minimum of good sportsmanship. In addition to this, after you spend a fortune, if you choose to, the servers die out eventually to a point where they’re all severely inactive. Any talks of server merges are also immediately shut down and sometimes even a bannable offense by the games support teams. All the events are just reworks of the same thing multiple times, and are all pay to win with the incentives of FOMO. Don’t get sucked in by the ads that have absolutely nothing to do with the game.

Expensive to play

It is a good game but if you can’t afford to make purchases you won’t advance. So unless you just want to play periodically and are not interested in advancing your player much, if you can’t afford to make a lot of purchases I would look elsewhere. I have been playing for quite a while and it is a very social game so you will get some people who take the game way too seriously and can become bullies. I actually had to leave the guild I was in for that reason and it doesn’t matter if you change your name, the players can still figure out who you are with just your player ID number. Unfortunately, you can’t switch servers either without having to start all over from the beginning. I do wish that they would change that. It can be a fun game and I have made friends with a few but if you can’t afford to make purchases those bigger players who can afford to spend big bucks will win everytime. You don’t stand a chance against those players who can afford to spend hundreds or thousands of dollars on the game. So, just be aware of that before you decide to put in your time and money.

Losing A Lot Of Players Across Servers
Sat Sep 14 2024 Dinosorse

I love the graphics and play of the game, but as someone else mentioned, you have to pay to play. I’m from S-73, and we’ve already had so many people quit our server because it’s no fun anymore when you participate in an event for a title and as someone else mentioned in their review, the rich greedy jerks drop $2k and take it from you last minute. I made a suggestion in the game Discord about a title cap and my suggestion was immediately shot down and deleted because it “would discourage people from participating”. When in actuality, it’s the greedy title hogging people that are discouraging people from participating. Not to mention they bully you in everything you do just to make sure you don’t take a title or anything from them when they already have 4-11 a piece. So it’s causing people to quit left and right. The thing about the title hogging is that every title expires 30 days after you get it whether you equip it or not and one lady on my server recently won 1st in all the events and now she has 9 titles, but only has one equipped since you can only equip one at a time.
