Great Management Game
Tue Aug 05 2025 Lord W. Teezy

Some reviews are saying things take too long, and they do take long. However, that’s the ebb and flow of the game. You’re introduced to the games mechanics at the beginning with a “beginner speed boost”- this causes plowing, seeding, crop maturing, and harvesting to operate at dramatically faster rates than the normal game. This is to teach you the mechanics. Once you’ve gotten far enough in the game, the speed boosts will be taken away. This might seem frustrating at first, but it actually gives you something to build toward. You will have to be strategic in the land you buy, the machinery you acquire, the implements you use, the crops you grow and sell, all in an effort to make your farming as efficient as possible. Give the game time, learn the mechanics, understand that you can use your wealth to strategically decrease processing times only to build more wealth, buy more land, upgrade machinery, all in an effort to expand your empire! I highly recommend the game so long as you come in with patience knowing this is a true idle manager sim. If you play long enough, you’ll have more than enough to manage and keep yourself busy!

Good game would be better with further updates though

I’ve been playing this game for about 2 weeks now and so far it’s a decent game. There’s a good amount of crops to choose from and it’s fun to manage the farm. My qualms with it tho are quite a lot. Half the time when I open the app it doesn’t load at all and goes to a grey screen and I have to completely refresh the app to get it to load. Also idk if it’s just in the region I’m in or the time of year but the only good thing to plant is corn everything else give you a lower yield and all of my fields are like this so you’re basically forced to use just corn if you want to make a decent profit which gets very boring very quickly. It’s make more sense if each plot had different plant requirements. Or you could amend them to suit your crop needs. Another thing that gets quite annoying is the amount of time it takes to grow a crop/plow/seed. You get on and plow the fields but it takes over 10mins so you log off and forget to come back to seed/ harvest your crops. It’s not very fluid. Great concept but definitely needs a lot of work and I feel like there wasn’t a ton of test plays before release. I know the game will come out on PC at some point so I’m looking forward to that but I can imagine it’d be more annoying on PC as time won’t progress the way it will on your phone

Great Potential.. just misses a few marks

Wow. What a game! It’s got pretty good pictures and seems pretty realistic. It simply misses the mark in areas. There’s no real point to livestock without the option to make money from the livestock. I understand that’s coming at some point, but right now, it’s a waste of time and money. Breeding is almost like a lottery. Sink in money, wait for a random decider to tell you if it’s successful or not. No real inputs, no real way to impact the outcome. Just a cash grab. Next is barn capacity. It’s pretty unrealistic that you can upgrade the engine on a tractor with cash, but can’t upgrade your barn the same way. The struggle to manage a 1000 ha farm with a capacity of 20? That’s 10 tractor with implements. I get that it’s a way to generate revenue for the game, either watch ads or pay, but a well designed game has plenty of opportunities to do that without tying it to something as basic as the size of your barn. You spend $4M on a farm that has an empty barn and can only hold about 10 tractors and needs implements to function? So much potential to this game. The game economy makes it a drag.

Fun, solid game, but horrendous wait times.

This game is really fun. Really solid foundation of a good game. It’s very detailed and you can tell the developers have put a lot of thought and time into this. However, in agreement with other reviewers, the wait times after the beginner boost are a serious bummer and a rough hit to the game for me. The beginner boost acts a bit like a lure to show you how fun the game is, and once that is done, wait times are horrendous in that you can’t hardly do much in the game. I can understand it’s supposed to be reminiscent of real life, but this is a game, and alot of people, including me, want to be able to play a fun game and advance without waiting hours. You can buy a 4x boost for 24 hours, which costs a ton of points, and it’s still slow. This really puts a damper on the game for me. Which is unfortunate, because I don’t mind spending a little money on a really well made fun game. I’m unsure if I’ll continue playing this because I’m just not sure if the long wait times are worth it for me (sad, because the game has a lot of potential).

Great game, timing needs to be worked on

This game and the idea, depth, and execution is great. I just started playing and from the reviews I’ve ready they keep adding more to it which I look forward to. My problem (which is felt my many now that I’ve read reviews) is after the beginner boost ends the 3-15 minute processes of clearing, plowing, seeding and harvesting now take a few hours which is a bummer. I get this is probably to represent somewhat real world farming but this now reminds me of clash of clans where I only check it once every couple days and I don’t enjoy it anymore. This game has great potential and I in my opinion if the crop side of things (clearing, harvesting, plowing, seeding) took half the time that would make it significantly more engaging. The research timing is fine, the maturing I understand can be more lengthy and waited on. Also the progressive price increase in land and farms as you go is a little irritating. That’s my take I’ll make another review after a month or two of playing.

Fun but not realistic

This game is fun to play, but there are a lot of things that really bug me about it. 1) farm ground gets more expensive as you accumulate more, which is not remotely realistic 2) that farm ground always sells for far less than you paid for it 3) you are limited with silo space by crop, but you can grow as many crops as you want and magically have a silo for each one? 4) if a silo gets full, the remaining grain that you harvest gets lost? In the real world, farmers would take it to the elevator and get paid market price for it. 5) I can’t upgrade the size of my barn by paying in game money for it? There are many other things that don’t make sense if you understand farming and I think the developers could make it more realistic while finding better ways to make money off it.

Eh

I’m a huge fan of farming games. I’ve been playing farming simulator for years on console and mobile. I decided to try this game out because it’s a different concept. Overall it’s a fun game. The only downsides I see are the wait times are just absurd. 8 hours for plowing a field? Come on now that’s just ridiculous. Then the prices for the equipment would be fine where they are but since we have to wait forever for things to get done, it will take forever to grow and purchase better equipment. I like the concept but definitely need changes. I don’t see myself playing this long term because of those 2 issues. I hope in the next update they at least correct the timing to be more realistic for this type of game concept.

VERY BUGGY - Now can’t log in at all
Tue Oct 14 2025 Sunny57078

I’ve only been playing this game for 24hrs. Of that, I imagine I’ve had to close/open the app at least 100 times. My family has a real farm in SoDak, so I’m hoping to learn some of the fundamentals and was excited to see that this seemed pretty realistic. Unfortunately, once inside the game it’s VERY common for the widgets to not respond or to only show blank placeholders. Stopping the game entirely and reopening it from the start seemed to help, until this morning when I could no longer log back in, at all. There is a menu asking me to login using my AppleID, it authenticates me, then returns to the same screen asking me to log in. 10x in a row, and nothing happens, I can’t get back into the game. Thankfully, I only invested 1 day in trying to learn/play via this game. It would be much more frustrating had it been a more significant amount of time! Meanwhile, I’m sure my fields have all rotted. Big LOSS.
