Lost my "money" and all the games I had opened over the last two years. Who wants these problems. Dec 2024. Just terrible we have to spend so much money to not get a bingo nor complete any dishes. I know I got keep trying and spend hundreds more and still continue to lose at this game.

Played a $3 game and they said “sorry” by giving me 200 gems!

I play for fun. I don’t play to get rich or even expect to win big. So when I played and played and actually had a little over $12 , I entered a game with $3 entry. As soon as it was finished “searching for players” the game loaded and I played the entire game. No problem. I actually had a decent score and I hit submit. That’s when the problem occurred. It loaded and loaded and loaded… the name of the game disappeared and again said “searching for players”. The bottom of the screen even said it was a 10 gem entry fee. They don’t offer a 10 gem entry game! And my amount of money was now down to $9 and change! I submitted my problem, explained what occurred and sent screenshot. And what did I get back? A “sorry” and 200 gems!! I lost $$$ not gems!!! I was really enjoying this game. Thought it was different than the rest of the rip-off ones. Apparently I was wrong. Don’t waste your time and definitely don’t use any of your own money! I deleted the app!!!

Disabled my account

My account got disabled for no reason & I have been contacting support through their chat & email & I have not gotten a response about my account yet. Literally put money into this game & still have money on my account & they disable my account & right before I was about to complete the puzzle event. If this is how you treat people who actually like your game & put money towards the game to the point where you can’t even get a response from support then this game isn’t worth it. It’s a shame because I actually liked this app/game, it was better than a lot of other bingo games until this smh. Also sometimes the app crashes or you’ll start a game & then never load into the game, it’ll get stuck at the loading screen & then when you close the app, your entry money is gone & your score for the match is 0 even though you never even got to play. Do not download this game, this is what they do. UPDATE: They gave my accounts back just for it to get disabled again & I contacted them again & they activated it again & then it got disabled again & I honestly think if you’re winning too much (1st/2nd, 3rd for some matches) that they disable your account which is ridiculous, they’re disabling accounts because you’re good at the game, I don’t know if I will continue to play this game anymore

Enjoy the game but they do rob you and play stupid

I love this game. Recently a glitch happen I lost out on $18 and another amount. Due to the fact I can’t remember the other amount I contacted support about the $18. They ask for leaderboard ID. I’m thinking it’s my gamer ID. Low and behold this is during the glitch so I have 2 different game names. They say it will be moved up to second level support. A couple days later I’m speaking to someone and I explain what happens. They tell me where the leaderboard ID is. I look up the leaderboard ID and low and behold all my games from between 2 & 10 days are missing.? Well I made deposits. I won first place for the week and last week I won second place. But the games are missing? Support says AGAIN they are sending to second level support. Now I’m being told they must know the leaderboard ID. Explained again and now waiting. I doubt I’m going to see my money I won. Now I have to find an honest bingo game. Just don’t be stupid like me and add money because they don’t want help when their game glitches. Play all you want. Just don’t give them your money. You will never see it again. Also their cash out is sketchy. You can’t add a way to take your money out. Just a warning. Don’t fall into the game and believe they are trusting with your money. It’s a money pit game.

Doesn’t pay

I have been arguing for 3 days with them because I never received my withdrawal. It says i takes up to 28 days for the withdrawal to go through so I waited and the money never posted despite never having had a problem before. I contacted them and after a whole day of back and forth they finally told me to restart the app and the money should be back in the account. So I did and still no money anywhere. The whole conversation I had with them got deleted when I restarted the app. Thankfully I had taken screenshots of everything. I contacted them again and they told me that the withdrawal had been cancelled and I had used my credits. ABSOLUTELY NOT. I told them and sent the screen shots showing that had never been the case and they said the ticket had been escalated or whatever but thats what they had said the day before and their solution was turn it off and on again basically. At this point I have zero hope that I will be seeing that money Update: I gave up. I sent them all the screen shots and they continued to say i had spent the money on games yet when I asked for them to show me where they were seeing this they did not (again i could show that I didn’t). I decided to just give up and delete the app. Lost the money but whatever.

Never Again

I really liked this Bingo game because it has a lot of pieces to it yet very simple. Then, it started taking my money, especially when I would decide to do a large bet. Keep in mind a large bet for me is $8-10. Here is what happens. I click the start button, the balls start rolling and then it goes out completely to my IPad home page. When I go back it it starts to completely reload and my money is gone. When I go to the page that shows your winnings it will show me as winning $0 for that particular game. Who wins $0. Nobody. I have taken pictures and emailed support almost every single time and they tell me it must be my internet. Well it is not. I finally had enough when I tried to play two games the other night, one for $8 and one for $4 and lost my $12. When I reported it they sent me $1.50 and some diamonds. Really. I began to read other reviews and seems to be happening to other people as well. They don’t care. I went to take my money out, which at this point is $3 and every I hit “collect” it keeps telling me that I need to put an amount in to collect. I put it in 3 times and it never let me collect. I am not a person who generally writes reviews, but I had to. Good bye Bingo Bling!

Scam

When you are playing and you get a time modifier that is suppose to add 10 seconds. There are times it doesn’t. They do this knowing your looking down at the numbers and not up at the time. Many cash games I lost because I was never given my plus 10 seconds when I got a time bonus. They also have it set up so when the time has ran out if you still hit a number on the board it gives you a penalty. Well if your getting down there in time and u make a daub and you get a bonus modifier you quickly hit the bonus modifier trying to beat the time but it has ran out and right after hitting the modifier that didn’t register you hit that last number you need for a full house but the time has ran out so your bonus modifier didn’t work. Instead you get penalty for hitting a wrong number even though the time has already ran out. Which then has cause me to lose multiple cash games cause when you getting to the final fractions of a second your not going to stop and see if the modifier was activated before you hit that number on the board.

Game Bugs

I’ve been having this problem for weeks now where the game decides randomly to not reward anything for watching the videos offered for free rewards. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled, checked for updates, turned my phone on and off, switched from wifi to cellular and when the problem decides to be a problem, it persists regardless of any of my efforts above to fix it. This is very frustrating as I do enjoy the app, but this taints the experience and after a while creates a sense of not wanting to play due to the lack of confidence the app is functioning correctly enough to want to play. It also instills a fear that if you do play your cash and win, will it pay? I haven’t have this happen yet as I do quit playing for a long period of time when this issue arises but it’s not so fun feeling like you can’t play a game you enjoy playing due to technical problems. Is there anything I’m not doing that can prevent this? Is this something you guys can look into? Again, id like to keep playing but its not worth it in the end if you feel the game you’re playing is malfunctioning and cant trust if its functioning true enough to gamble.
