Edit after initial review 1 week later: I did get a response and a suggestion to log out and re-log in to the game with my user name and password and it worked! Hopefully no more issues! Previous review: I have deposited ALOT of money into this game and now have a good amount of cash I would like to withdrawal but every time I try, it tells me I need to make sure I “collect all Game rewards before I withdrawal”. I have NO pending games or bonus cash to collect at all. And there is no way to bypass this message. I only have the option to cancel my withdrawal….or “go to” the screen that shows all of my games are completed. I have messaged multiple times and the only response I get is to “collect all game rewards before withdrawal”. I also tried the email on the opening screen for “support” and it bounced back as undeliverable. Do NOT give this game any money…if you win anything back, they’re going to keep it. This cash cow is moving on.

I have played this game for probably about 4 to 5 months now and honestly I have one a lot and truthfully I have not withdrawn anything because I just like to play the game. I did a test of saying how long it took to draw and they get back to you within 24 hours which is actually super cool they freeze it so that way you don’t touch it but you can always touch it within 24 hours after that they process it. I think the only downfall and reason why I gave it 4 to 5 stars is because there’s no bots and you are waiting for real people to play. You’re waiting along time for games to see what place you are because some games you wait maybe 5 to 10 minutes other games you may wait 22 to 48 hours really depending. but if you have patience, this game is great. It’s easy to learn and best of luck!

Sad but true

Played the game for a bit for free w/bonus money I won when I first downloaded the game, was fun & thought it was good. But when I deposited a tiny bit of money to continue to play the game, it then told me i had to sign in & was unable to make an account to keep my money safe (that they now have) because my device exceeds the limit.. (or is over limit for the solitary games, that I have signed out of and deleted accounts/games due to poor app/scams, so not sure why they would take money first, and then make me sign in after depositing to protect), and then have NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM regarding the issue! Plus after that notification comes up, there is no other way to go back or get to the home button, NOTHING! Seriously don’t do it! Once you deposit money, it’ll be gone if you possibly play other solitaire/bingo games!! Can’t even sign in w/my account that I’ve used!! But hey, maybe you can have some hope to get $ back if you have more time to call all over the country for a phone number/email that most likely doesn’t exist, good luck!

This app used to let me withdraw my money with zero issues. However, like other people have said, it’s consistently NOT allowing me to withdraw, and it’s saying that I have to collect all game rewards before withdrawing money. I have no other game rewards. There are no pending games. I have $100 sitting in the app that is rightfully mine and I can’t withdraw it. To the App Team - Do NOT reply to this review saying that I need to reach out in the app support channel because like many others have also said, it fails when you click it and says it’s unavailable literally 100% of the time. There’s also a Contact Us “link” but, you guessed it, you can’t click it. It’s not actually a link. This is theft and fraud. I have put hard earned money into this game, like many others. Please respond to this with an ACTUAL phone number or email address where you can be reached to resolve this immediately and provide a legitimate explanation as to why this keeps happening to so many people.

Disappointed

This game was fun until at first. I won and lost. Never made any profit. Then as I kept playing, the cheaper play options disappeared forcing me to play more expensive games. I purchased a $10 recharge and was supposed to get a free play in a Bonus game against one other person for an $8 reward. I played the game and it was a ridiculously low scoring game (I am a pretty good player). I waited and waited for another player to play against me and it never happened. I’d say at least 3-4 days passed. I saw a message that it had timed out and it showed I won $5. To this day I haven’t received it. I have contacted customer service and they responded asking for the id number for the match. I gave it to them and haven’t heard from them since. This has been going on a few weeks. I doubt I will hear from them again and therefore I am done with this game. I will use what’s left of my balance and delete.

This game is fun but frustrating. You will win more from side events than the actual game of solitaire. Most hands are unsolvable. Especially if you are playing with cash. From the first few cards that you play, you will be stuck with nowhere to go except submit your score. Then on the ones you do finish super fast, they will claim you lost. It kills time but that’s it. If they throw you a bone with a few dollars know that they will take it back immediately. I have never came close to withdrawing money. If there are a few that do it’s only because they are trying to make it believable. You have more of an honest chance of winning on other solitaire apps. They are all scammers but this is the absolute worst. My skill level is pretty consistent on the other apps. This one will make you feel like you don’t know how to play at all. I’m deleting it but thought I would give my honest opinion first

Not fun after a while

This game was fun at first. I won quite a bit, and to be fair they pay out quickly. I only deposited once, and that was a mistake since they are based in Singapore, so I was hit with foreign transaction fees. I’ve never had that happen in a game before. So, I never deposited again after that. I still won with the free games which credited 30¢ for a win at first, and then it went down to 15¢. Still not bad if you can play for $1 & win enough to cash out maybe $5 or so. After I won several times, they took away the $1 game. Ok, fine, the $1.80 game was still there. Now they’ve taken that away. I’ll play a few more times to see if they take away the $3 game. Once they do that I’ll delete the app. I discourage anybody from depositing. They make money from the ads, and you will be hit with foreign transaction fees if you try to make a deposit. So, let them earn money on you running the ads, and then play your games & win what you can while you can.

I legitimately am not a person who rocks any boats, but this app is a complete and total scam. I tried a few times when I started to withdraw my winnings and it wanted my license picture. I was not really comfortable with that in order to get $50. So I kept playing. Well, now the past couple of days, I was willing to give them the info they needed because my winnings were really good, but I get a message saying that says “For your benefit, please collect all game rewards before you withdraw your money”. I have no active games, have collected all of the bonuses I can including the one that I have to watch a video for, and have gone through all of my winning notices and still get the same message. I tried to contact the help and even though I had a “dedicated” costumer helper, I have gotten nothing. If you can, use your money to go to an Avia (I wish I could tag them!) game! They are legit and I get any reward I play for!
