Great Customer Service

For months now the promotional bonus cash links I get for various things like July 4th or Labor Day for $5 here, $3 there, have not been working. They open to the App Store or to a blank black page. I have updated everything I know how, to no avail. The issue hasn’t been fixed, BUT I’m writing this review to praise their customer service team, specifically “Leo”, who usually winds up helping me. Every time he adds the bonus cash manually, and he actually talks to me, you can tell it’s not a bot. He has been attentive, kind, and helpful. People posting here that they haven’t been helped, I don’t believe it. Maybe they don’t go much past the automated links & don’t bother to select the option to talk to a real person. If you follow through to get that link, they are really helpful. I’ve been playing this game and Bingo Stars for years. Their ads, I agree, are deceptive in that you are not gonna make tons of money, but I win on average once a week or so, maybe once every other week, and they pay out quickly. I’ve been playing for over 2 years. I think they are pretty darned good people.

Bots win!

Don’t get me wrong I love the game and play for fun. The frustration comes when I see winner scoring literally impossible numbers. I also play a different (non-cash) Solitaire game that provides a a solution view of games that I couldn’t win. That game gives you a birds-eye view into how quickly a software program can complete the game. I think this is how those winners get such high numbers. That said, how would a regular person program the game? The answer is, they’d need to have some sort of developer access to edit the game which sadly indicates the game isn’t legit. I’d play it anyway because it’s fun but if there are folks out there that have founded a legit way to cheat at the game at the very least the moderators are clearly not mitigating those accounts. For this reason I choose not to submit cash to play.

You can play free… but

The game doesn’t directly tell you the difference between “bonus cash” and real money. You can play and win tokens and eventually you will see cash at the top of your screen. But unless you have actually paid the game cash out of your pocket most of it (if not all) will be “bonus cash”. You can play with this and eventually after a long time you will be able to play cash games. To find out how much Money you can withdraw you will have to sign up and go to your account. It will show you your withdrawal amount. The catch is if you are only using the free stuff you can win real cash to withdraw. But once you withdraw you lose any bonus cash and they charge you for the withdrawal. The worst part is if you have finally won money and see it in the withdrawal amount… if you play another game and lose real money they deduct it from your withdrawal amount. So if you win all the time you can actually win money without putting anything in yourself. But I wouldn’t hold my breath. You have to play a lot and be very good at the game. But it can be fun just for fun.. and you won’t get rich here.

Challenging

This is a really fun and challenging game. I do feel like it could be TOO challenging at times in the sense that as soon as my skill level got better and I started putting my money into it regularly…I stopped winning altogether. I would win 1st and 2nd occasionally and the rest of the time it would vary. Now, I rarely even win 3rd and almost always last or 2nd to it. My score has been consistent and/or way better. The only difference is I regularly put money into it now. I’ve decided that I’m not going to anymore. I just wished I could go back to the days without having done it. It was wayyyyy more fun when I at least had the chance to place in the games, but was still absolutely challenged. Just seems like the skill level match isn’t matching anymore. Maybe it’s all the level up stuff? I’m leveling up regularly because I play the game often, but my skill level has only slightly gotten better. Now, I’m playing with absolute pros whom I could never ever beat? 😅 IDK.

Tried another game to see if it told the truth

I gave this four stars only because I didn’t play very long, but I did notice one thing. At the beginning, they help you along they give you those little token things and then you use the tokens to play for cash. You win cash and I won the top prize $.60 to play with. I played the game with the 60 and and again I won and I got up to four dollars. At this time is when the page came up and said deposit. I closed that out and after I closed that out, I lost every day since or at the most third place which was at most $.50. I’m guessing this is another one of those games in order to win anything good you have to deposit a lot of money. I wonder if this is related to Solitaire cash and Solitaire clash both of which I have as well and have never really want anything big on them, but I think on the cash one I did get enough to cash out and I cashed out and I never received my money

Lies on top of lies!

No, you will NEVER get to a point where you win hundreds of dollars and yes, you are pushed every single day to deposit money, sometimes several times a day depending on how often you open the app. The most I made playing was $20 and it was after I can back enough to get a few dollars in daily rewards to play an actual cash game! Was never able to cash out because of the $40 minimum balance so it was gone after playing a few games. All of these apps are the same! No one can quit their job or make enough to pay their bills just playing this. Stop lying to people! And don’t you dare write me back talking about skill. You say the same thing about bingo but what skill do you need to push on a number called by some random program that dished out the same random card? Stop lying! Pull the ads and take some responsibility! People are struggling enough when they download your game (that’s why they downloaded it!! The advertising literally tells them they’ll win it big without a single deposit), you just make things harder and you should be ashamed!

Scam

This game is the biggest scam. Here are my issues with it. As soon as you start to go on a roll winning games, they step in and give you unbeatable games and make you go on a losing streak. I’ve been playing relentlessly for months. If it had happened a few times, I wouldn’t think anything of it. But it happens daily. Second issue, they take way more than their fair share of each game. Go look at the entry fee and multiply that by the number of contestants then subtract the total payout from that number. You’ll see they are keeping a ridiculous amount per game, often 30% or more. They’ll probably say they keep this much so they can hand out rewards to users for completing various task however there’s a major catch. When you go to cash out, you cannot cash out any of the bonus money you received. Questions. How do we know we’re not playing against bots? How do we know everyone you’re competing with in a given tournament is being dealt the same shuffle? I repeat, game is a money grabbing scam.

Scam

This game is an unequivocal scam game designed to make you think you can make money by just being good enough. Likely the “other players” are fake or at the very least are using bots to get impossible scores. I saw a score that was completely impossible, and would have required a human to solve the Solitaire in less than a minute. So even if it’s a real person, it’s someone exploiting/cheating. But more than likely it’s a fake person, like all the fake people leaving reviews. You will not be good enough to make money, so don’t deposit any trying to win big. At best it’s a slot machine that will let you win occasionally to make you think you’ve got it. Every time I finally got a 10,000+ score, there were 3 other people who scored more… just ridiculous. Thankfully I tested it a bunch by using the bait money/welcome cash to “practice” and see how likely it is to win. Answer: rarely. They let you win just enough to maintain your tokens, and give you confidence, then you move to the real cash and it’s just loss loss loss.
