It do not allow you to win or do not give you the numbers when you are doing fine in time. So if the bingo is not given the numbers why we loose. Either it should check the time of selection or give the enough numbers to win the line for Bingo. If we are in the perfct time it still should raise the score. Why we cant get the enough score to be the 1st in the list. This happens only when we play with real cash I noticed. Other than that the game is ok. But it is impossible to draw any cash for the reason i specified above specially with the free money. It might be possible when we deposit some cash. But then again. The game is not 100% challange. It is still in their hands to make you win or loose. So the competition doesn’t worth. They five you 2 dollars. You loose 2 boards. Back to where you were. If it is a live challenge then it should be fair for timed selection or missed numbers. Not that we do not get the board numbers and we still loose.

I was playing this app for about 2 weeks before they shadow banned me. It was great at first. I have tried dozens and dozens of other bingo apps and this was one of my favs for a bit. At first they throw A LOT of bonus cash at you. Within a few days my balance was around $150 but only $67 was real cash, so I withdrew that. I played some more and withdrew another smaller amount. It was at this point that they took away multiplayer tournaments away. I was left with some 2 player games. Ok so I tried to enter several of those and nothing, I’m not being matched with anyone and the entry fee just gets refunded. I reached out to support and got some canned answer: “We're currently working on optimizing and upgrading the game, so some things may appear a bit different. This process is completely normal and we appreciate your patience as we work to improve your gaming experience”.. this was weeks ago and they have not responded to any of my questions/concerns since. I have also updated the app and couple times and even uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing has changed. The only good thing is that I thankfully did get my withdrawals no problem within a couple days. So anyway there’s no point in keeping this app. Oh and here’s another thing, around the same time I downloaded their other app Bubble Dash and had the exact same experience! Fun at first, make a couple withdrawals, then tournaments disappear.

How the hell do you deposit your own money and when it's time to withdraw winnings more than 75% of the balance is withheld for so called "bonus cash" and they expect another $10+ for a processing fee despite the fact it takes another week at minimum and that's only if u have a PayPal account set up! I have a balance of $234 and can only withdraw $56 after playing this stupid game for more than 2 years! So over $177 is frozen & forfeited to be considered bonus cash! As an avid bingo player there is no way In hell I have received this much bonus cash so imagine the amount spent over the period of 2 1/2 years to only receive $56 in return! U only get bonus cash when u deposit your money or during a free game after 1200 gems are revived but the maximum amount of money that u can win during a free game is only $2.90 (IF U WIN THE GAME) so where is all of this "bonus cash coming from & why is it always more than the amount available to withdraw! The more u play and win the more the withdrawal amount decreases! I purposely avoid playing the matches where the winnings are specifically for bonus cash and still can't avoid being scammed out of Money I spend out of fun & leisure but there is absolutely nothing amusing or entertaining about being scammed and

It took awhile to figure out how to play to win. Once I did. It was going good. When you finally figure it out, and make a withdrawal everything changes. They don’t offer any more tournaments which allows to you win bonus cash to play more. They only offer 4 games now and no $1.00 option game anymore even though all of a sudden it’s much harder to win, if not impossible. And all of this started happening right after I made a withdrawal. There no other conclusion I can come up with then once you make a withdrawal they don’t want you to win anymore. I really enjoyed played this game, even when I was losing. Now it completely changed and I’m super bummed because i no longer am motivated to play. If there are no tournaments, you have no chance of winning bonus cash to keep playing and nothing to look forward to. Customer service just kept telling me they are updating their game. It’s been almost a month and nothing has changed. No tournaments have come back and I can’t get passed 4th place anymore and that is rare!! I don’t expect to win every game. But you can’t go from winning 1st-3rd on half the games to nothing!

I really enjoy playing Bingo on this platform. The only reason I have it 4 instead of 5 stars is they only have one option for a one-on-one bingo game: all the other options are multiplayer which drastically reduces the odds of actually winning a match. So I prefer to only play the 2 player games. I like the idea of having the odds 50/50 and the very good possibility of walking away with a chunk of money at the end of the day!! Other than the lack of options for 2 player matches, the rest of the app is pretty good. Oh, also I’m having a problem trying to redeem, and customer service wasn’t available over the weekend, and I have not yet received a response to my issue- so I will update with an edit and let everyone know how it plays out. Because that’s an important part that people need to know about before choosing games like this. So this is to be continued……

If the buy in is 6 the most you can make is like 30% over your buy In because you don’t get your buy in back so you win the money you put up and this is for first place maybe 3$ onto of what you bet!! If you place 1st you should make you buy in back then make third or second pay for the game other then that the game is fun but we are being taken for our money with a home lot of wishy washy stuff going on and a home bunch of flowers and bows that are only their to take our attention away from the fact that they are hosing us down with the fake winnings we ain’t winning shut and don’t leave without the games finishing you will come back to nothing I started after having a great day I left 5 games on the board in first place came back I lost money when I should have been up 200 I was left with 40!!! Come on I had 50 when I left they are hosing us down for real delete this game

So I used to love this game I never had a problem until this year and now every single thing I win shows up as non withdrawalable bonus cash. I have tried for months to talk to customer service to get the issue resolved and they keep saying generic stuff like oh you need to win first place or oh yes not all winnings are wirhdrawable. And then I send photos of winnings where a I got first place and it shows how much I won and weeks go by and no response! Please I would really like to withdraw my money! See these people don’t pay attention! I just got this reply “Dear player, we are deeply sorry for any inconvenience you may encounter during the game. We are eager to learn more about the issue you mentioned. Please contact our support channel in game. Thank you for choosing us." But I clearly already stated that I tried many times to do that, and kept getting no help!!I provided screenshots and everything! No help

So I would win like between 10-30, so I would withdrawal quickly so I dont lose what I just won. And they pay out pretty quickly, I was amazed. Then after an accumulated around $150 won through multiple withdrawals, I put in to withdrawal $200! Super excited… but it sat there for months. But while I was waiting, I kept playing, got another $500 to withdraw. So I cancelled the $200 and did a $700 withdraw instead… and it’s still sitting there… since they havnt declined the withdrawal attempt, that means it’s valid… but havnt paid me out… so that means…? They dont want to? Either way it’s kinda sad, I was having fun and had those high amounts actually withdrew, I would have invested money in the game. No one wants to invest in a game that refuses to pay out and pretend you don’t exist. So I guess I’m glad I didn’t put money into it. I would look pretty stupid right now. They responded to me on here and told me to contact support in game, which I did months ago, so I did again. Still no response.
