Battle Cars: Nitro PvP Shooter is a high-octane blast that feels like a cross between Rocket League and Twisted Metal. The 4v4 matches are chaotic in the best way possible. There's a genuine tactical layer underneath the explosions; a team with a dedicated 'tank' to draw fire and a 'scout' to grab power-ups will almost always beat a team of four 'glass cannons.'

The customization is where I spent most of my time. Tinkering with weapon loadouts to find the perfect synergy between a freeze ray and a heavy cannon is incredibly rewarding. The controls are tight and responsive, which is a must for a game this fast. My only gripe is that the matchmaking can occasionally pit you against significantly higher-leveled cars, but the skill ceiling is high enough that a smart driver can still pull off an upset.

It definitely has a twisted metal feel to things. It looks like they charge per week for the game, they offer a one week pack for $7 dang guys I could do that for like Apple Arcade. $7 a month’s better . Or maybe $10 a sell it on steam and charge more on the bundles of goods that make you win. The game itself has a cyber punk aesthetic the cars have a main weapon an a melee weapon. They do add a cool look to your ride. I only have two cars yet. I started an hour ago. The cars handle well they blow things up. Gonna go back to explosions now. But for reals lower the price a slight bit a you guys got a good game and you deserve to get paid for it. I’m a game designer myself I’m still in school but I have been a game designer for few years now. But I come from marketing background. It’s a winner. Best regards, -Brad

Pay to play and charges more starting randomly

Extremely unfair matchmaking forcing you into matches with higher geared opponents (often max rank cars and weapons) if you play well at all. The game randomly decides to charge 3x more gold and cash for unlocks. It’s not a set time or progression either, it randomly happened the day after I bought a month of VIP, big kick between the legs. At tier 4 the weapons go from 1300 range to 3500 and cars go up to over 5k. You have to play for months winning every war to afford even 1 item. The reward far underweighs the effort required to put in. Upgrades are a mess. Super inconsistent numbers going towards tier unlock make it hard to know how to prioritize resources. I have an upgrade saying it will award 240 points give me 15, yet one saying over 500 points only awards 4-5?! Your game has been out of beta long enough for these errors to be nothing short of incompetence. These issues are experienced by every member of the group I joined this game with. Support has still not responded at all days later. Unless you like being frustrated and taken advantage of out of nowhere, stay away from this game.

(iPhone user ) I prefer to play without sound effects,in-game music/audio but I can still hear the cars sound effects even though I have them all turned off in the settings ..

Great game. My boy and I play this together and both feel like it's having a little remote control car battle. I think it's fun alone and could be a great family and friends game night game too. I would love to see more maps I understand the pay and play idealism in games but you have to be VIP to get certain vehicles gold can be earnedeasily enough if patient but the VIP package is times so to get those vehicles you have to pay to beVIP for that time period to get the cars that cost gold which you can get for free. I believe patience should pay off Nd would probably help keep the game are und and bring more players who will stick with it longer. Good luck hope to see y'all out there. Slow.

Terrible update

The update is literal trash,spawning of power ups is way to long, most everyone on the community as a whole is wondering why the devs did this. I mean seriously it’s a joke overall. If the goal is get the players to spend to lvl up to higher grade cars and weapons you clearly missed the point and turned into a pay to play game which will fall quicker then you rise. Sure you have the “whales” that spend and wann be number 1 and all. But is that what you really want long run? Game is fun yes,but if you overall progression turns into pay to play then why not just make it a title to pay for,this update is a failure and totally sus on what you were going for. Get feedback from players rather then the money play. That being said I am top 600 global so this is for the people that want to play and not pay and not be forced into an alliance. Smh sorry devs you def messed up in a major way.

The game is super fun, and I can totally see a competitive scene coming out of this. It’s just a bummer that the game developers decided to use AI voices for the in-game commentary instead of actual voice actors. I don’t know who thought this was a good idea, but you can totally tell when you play the game, and it’s a huge distraction from everything. It honestly takes me out of the experience whenever they talk. Other than those complaints, the game is still fun. The art is cute, but the graphics could definitely be improved, but the main thing here is getting that AI voice out of here. Thanks for your time!

Charged more than advertised

Fixed. Issue was with a glitchy ui that was syncing purchases incorrectly. The game is fun, turning off vip turned out to be easy under subscriptions and I was wrong. Thanks.

I’ve played this game for over a year. I thoroughly enjoy this game! You do have to spend $$$ at times, but I enjoy it enough to keep playing and paying. I’m so gland they re-vamped this game from 1996!
