Worms 3 is the pinnacle of the series on mobile, successfully condensing the chaotic, turn-based warfare of the PC classics into a touch-friendly package. It retains the dark humor and destructive environments that made the franchise famous, while introducing 'class' systems and a card-based meta-game that adds fresh tactical depth.

The gameplay is as hilarious as ever. Whether you are nudging an enemy into the water with a poke or calling down a devastating Holy Hand Grenade, the physics-based carnage never gets old. The new classes—Heavy, Scientist, Scout, and Soldier—actually matter, as they change the movement and health stats of your worms, forcing you to think about your squad composition.

I’ve been playing since the Worms 2 days on PC back in the 90’s. They hit the nail on the head with this one. Controls are easy to grasp and it has all the fun wacky crap you’d expect if you’re an old fan. The game is all there, the only micro transactions are for extra costumes, not content. It also has turn based multiplayer like words with friends. I convinced several people to download and play with me online but the lack of notifications that it is your turn really makes the online play a drag. I have to text them that I finished my turn.

When Me And My dad go to a restaurant we would order then play this game for like hours till our food came out. I recently got a iPhone XR and I downloaded Worms 3 and opened it and found out it doesn’t have iPhone X Support. ☹︎ But I have Worms Revolution on my PC and my Xbox 360 but I also can’t play the Xbox 360 version on Xbox one so this was my best way to play since my PC is terrible. This was the best game but please make iPhone X Support. ☻

How is this game both better and worse than Worms 2? I’ve been playing worms 2 for forever and this game is objectively better but just has some absurd oversights when it comes to gameplay. Why is there no way at all to play AI only matches and why is the team creation limit at 10? Why are the controls so clunky? Why is there no sense of progression? I really want to like this game but it has all the bells and whistles but just seems to be missing the basics. Not having more teams or AI only is not hardware limitations, it feels like an intentional decision to limit the player’s experience.

This game is awesome it has action packed weapons it has skins it has voices and so much more this game makes me feel happy, although it takes forever to play online it is only because the game does not have many players so I definitely recommend this game for all ages and it is a great way to get joy

I like the game it’s fun but there’s one thing what is really bad what could that be you ask the online it let me down I just got the game and the online needs to be fixed it takes forever for somebody to just make one move so please team 17 fix this :(

Multiplayer is terrible

There are a lot of updates that need to happen with multiplayer. First, why can’t we fast forward through an opponents turn? Also should be able to skip and replay watching turns. Not only this but this is no way to replay your own turn. Also there is no way to stay in the game and have it actively refresh so that you don’t have to constantly quit, refresh, and then go back in to play. Also the controls are really hard

Dear developers, fix your game!. What is with the flimsy lagtime when battling friends online?. One has to constantly enter and exit. If you techies want to market the app, then consider making it functional for the consumer, otherwise grow up Silicon Valley. Also, the game becomes frozen forcing each player to forfeit matches, Do you really think this type of product is satisfactory? The other features are fine, both campaign and random.

I got this game in hopes of restoring a nostalgic feeling of playing worms. However, any of the “Worms” games are seriously outdated and no body plays them. I spent 30 minutes looking for a game in both worms 3, and worms 2. Needless to say I only found one match and it did not pass round 3. As sad as it pains me to say. You can still have fun with local games, just don’t expect multiplayer games ever.
