These are some things I would recommend if they update the game again. (I am not queer.) I believe that there should be queer options and I know a good person You should probably give the option to date, which is a girl from My ID is Gangnam beauty her name is Eun and she sometimes acts like she has a crush me, but I don’t really know. Another thing is y’all should really lower the gem options because it’s really annoying when I want to click on the gem option for the for the game but I don’t have enough gems for it so like for example, when you are playing and you get an option which is like a free option or it cost gems and sometimes it would either be around 15 or 18 gems, and that really bothers me because I don’t have 18 gems or more I don’t feel like buying a starter pack or more gems cause I don’t want to but I think y’all should lower it to 5 or 10 and that is would someone else said which is a good idea by overall I love the game and it’s fantastic. I do recommend getting it but those are just some things I would recommend changing!
I understand lowering the amount of diamonds you can get each day, you have sales to pitch, BUT EVEN WHEN YOUD EARN LIKE 30 A DAY IT WAS HONESTLY THE PERFECT AMOUNT ?? One episode has at LEAST 3 diamond options and unfortunately now its very similar to episode. What i mean by that is : you have the option to either be kind (for 18+ diamonds) or be a jerk (completely free!) while also having to save up 25+ diamonds for bigger options for whatever character route youre going for. It makes it severely less enjoyable, you can completely forget about reading more than one story at a time at least, the daily quests are nearly impossible if you have a life, and now its starting to feel like every other episode type deal. Paying for episodes early access i would completely understand, given that only one or maybe two stories are even finished, but pushing to pay for EVERY SINGLE EPISODE just to not be a jerk or enjoy your route to the fullest honestly just makes me want to get another app with the same exact concept only finished stories. Still an interesting concept tho yall started strong with those tropes and the original style is much appreciated, but its still just a bit lacking. I’ll forever dream of how it first started🦅🔥
So I think this game is pretty good especially since it just recently came out of course I hate the gem aspect of it it’s dumb the way I have to use them to so certain stuff but I know that the creators must make profit some how so I don’t mind although I feel like after you use gems on an outfit you should be able to choose the same dress again at some point without using your gems also more stories would be nice I think you should get more than one key every time you restock on them maybe three keys opposed to one every like three hours more option character customization like clothes, body types, makeup, etc I think it would be nice if we could also edit the love interests appearance and gender or if not if we could choose a different gender to make our own story a boys love story or a girls love story other than my opinions the game is well made and nice there aren’t ads which is nice but honestly the prices are a bit high for such a small amount of gems if you were to purchase extra anyway Yeah that’s my review
It's a cute game, but I will say it requires way too many diamonds or points to fully enjoy the game even if you wait for more diamonds to be added it still would not be enough and you would have to spend thousands of dollars just to get more diamonds and that is beyond outrageous. Definitely grifting hard for money. 25 diamonds for a choice is crazy, even the outfits are overly "priced" 60 diamonds is crazy. After 2 choices and 2 outfits you're out of diamonds. Also not sure if it's a bug but I definitely paid for 400 and something diamonds and somehow ended up only with 38 after like 3-5 choices which again is so wild to me. Also, while playing, the game started to glitch, literally the screen started to glitch out and it's only with this app.
What a shame I had higher hopes for this game. In this game if you choose the free clothing you have to bow down and apologize for your appearance. I’m not kidding the main character you play as literally bows down and apologizes for choosing the free outfit while everyone berates her and to make things even more disrespectful the main character even criticizes herself for choosing the free option! There is timers on the diamond choices to make you feel the urgency to choose the diamond option, forcing you to spend money after you run out of diamonds. The choices feel very cartoon and one dimensional which is the reason why so many people quit playing Episode as soon as they graduate middle school. I even pre-ordered this app so my anticipations were let down. I should’ve expected this since this company is notorious for randomly abandoning their games within two years without any announcements. I wonder how long this game will last before they decide to also abandon it.
The stories are enjoyable, and I love that each chapter is on the longer side, but the game often feels unfair. In my most recent chapter, the choice was between accepting a bouquet of flowers for 12 diamonds or throwing it on the floor as the free option. That kind of contrast makes premium choices feel forced rather than optional. There aren’t enough ways to earn diamonds, and it honestly feels like the app is more focused on pushing purchases than balancing gameplay. I understand the need for profit, but at this rate, players are likely to stop playing. The ratio between opportunities to earn diamonds and how frequently they’re required is heavily skewed. There should be more choice variety, with diamond options reserved for extra or enhanced moments. When most choices offer only two options—one locked behind diamonds and the other free—it doesn’t feel fair. On top of that, the cost of diamonds is steep. I’ve already made a purchase, but a $5 pack barely covers two premium choices when options cost 15–25 diamonds. From that perspective, this is the most expensive story game I’ve played. I’m sharing this in hopes that meaningful changes are made, because I genuinely enjoy the stories and want to keep playing.
There are not enough ways to acquire gems quickly without spending money. It would be great if we had the option could watch more ads to gain gems more quickly, but we are limited to 2 ads a day which get us only 2 gems total. Each choice you make is around 15 or more gems, so you run out of gems extremely quickly. 100 coins only gets you 1 gem, so it’s not a great form of currency exchange. Since there are a lot of choices and not enough gems, I feel like the player loses the actual ability to choose and is forced to make the lesser decision. Also, forget about outfit choices! Those are 15-30 gems each! Players need more free content to stay incentivized to play, or spend money at all.
This is basically just another Stories game. But a lot of times, the good options are locked behind a gem wall. And unless you purchase them, you don’t get enough to pay. For example, in Operation True Love, we were at the amusement park. Player character sees Ajin clearly wanting to ride the ride with Gwangmin. Then it gives you the option to choose your partner. Gwangmin for free or Eunhyeok for 15 gems. At the top it says “Asking Gwangmin could have consequences for your friendship with Ajin…” Essentially trying to play with my emotions to make me spend gems to make sure my friendship with Ajin goes okay. But I’m broke and I saved up to cute to Dohwa so ack 😂😭 Don’t let how you WANT the game to go affect you too much. Otherwise you will go broke buying gems to look the best and have all the endings. It’s not worth the money.
