75 hours in on one single save and still counting strong. I haven’t even scratched the surface, yet. Been through a few different builds already ( probably why I haven’t made it crazy far but I’m not complaining AT ALL ) and the customization is insanely well thought out. At first when I got the game I was put off ( not sure why, thought it was shallow ). Put a bit of time into it this time around and found some seriously deep mechanics and roots in the game. Now I can’t put it down! Highly recommend if you like playing with different builds ( there are sooooo many ) and power creep. The grind feels good and you can change the difficulty of your realm runs at will. The more difficult the more rewarding, staying alive longer and not wiping also lets you real greater rewards. Got a super powerful trait early on in the save. Converted gear with trait equipped into resources because I didn’t know you could hide different battle texts and I thought it made battles take too long. Using build that ACTUALLY scales well with said trait now, with minion battle text hidden making battles happen much quicker. Been pleasantly grinding to try and randomly win another one because it would literally be the cherry on top to my necromancer build. Cry in the shower.
This game is both very very good and very very bad. Immediately starting out the controls are the worst I have ever experienced. The control scheme can be changed in the menu, but even navigating that was so difficult that I almost gave up and demanded my money back. Once you can change the controls then the game is fine. The gameplay mechanics are very fun and the idea of training your monsters and fusing/equipping them is well thought out and has an infinite amount of options and combinations. However you MUST get used to saving constantly because the game is extremely unstable and prone to crashing suddenly. Save after every battle and pick up, and DO NOT switch to a different app in the middle of battle because the game WILL CRASH and you will lose progress. The game is still getting updates and improvements so based on that I will say it is worth the money IF you want an endless grind game of improving and testing different party comps.
But dang this game is awesome. Took me a bit to get into it, mostly sat downloaded on my phone for months before I REALLY gave it a shot. Glad I did, this game has loads of in depth content waiting for you to sink your teeth into. It rewards exploration of builds and testing out different combinations of teams and monster fusions. Upgrading gear feels basic but before you know it, you have created your own personal artifacts to destroy hordes of monsters with, or protect your team with. Character classes give TONS of replayability as you can switch between them. Overall really surprised this doesn't have more ratings on the App Store, 10/10 worth your money and time. 2.0 Update?? Was not expecting another update, guess I know what game I’ll be playing for the next couple of months. Cants wait to try out the new content!
Warframe veterans will understand the complexity and the process of playing Siralim Ultimate. You’ll always invest a considerable amount of time into acquiring game knowledge (the majority is available in the actual game) and strategizing your party setup. When you finally have your creatures and your gear fine tuned, you begin steamrolling enemies and levels. You start choosing the most difficult and rewarding levels, and steamroll those. You get more loot than you can imagine. You expand your castle, much like a dojo in Warframe, and you can decorate it with a platitude of items, including hundreds of plushies. Minus the multiplayer, this is my stand in for Warframe mobile. Siralim Ultimate shares the occasional string of grind after grind, but always has something waiting at the end of the grind tunnel.
For RPG lovers and theory crafters, I can’t recommend Siralim enough! Literally the best bang for your buck, and worth absolutely every penny. Reminds me a bit of Disgaea, Diablo(rifts),Magic the Gathering, Warframe etc. An insane amount of rewarding content that goes on forever it seems. This Game scratches a certain itch that’s hard to compare to anything. No internet required so I’ll catch myself whipping out the ole’ “Siralim Ultimate” pretty much anytime I have some free time to grind some levels out and clear a realm or ten. I recommend digging around with a handful of changes in the games highly customizable user settings as you get the hang of things to make gameplay more smooth and to your specific liking. If there’s something that rubs you wrong there’s probably a setting to change it.
This game is so good that it feels weird that it came from the app store. It’s a great game with endless replay value, zero bugs so far, ZERO microtransactions, endless combinations of monsters and builds(but not so complicated that it makes your brain hurt), quick snappy battles, it’s not super grindy, has great music, and really fun and relaxing dungeon crawling mechanics. Oh and you can customize your castle too with furniture and stuff. And change your character class at any time. It’s fun trying to come up with the most broken builds. It’s simply a good game that is more than worth its price tag. If you like rpgs, roguelikes, dungeon crawlers, and monster collection games I highly recommend this.
Only 4 hours in, and overall the gameplay is a fun, addictive loop. 5 stars and worth $10 if they fix the crashing. The game is more like a turn based version of Diablo/war frame/etc in the sense that you’re constantly grinding for materials for upgrades and new summons. However, there is no auto save and the game constantly crashes, resetting your progress. It happens every 30 minutes or so. I’ve tried to be more diligent with saving, but it still feels bad losing randomized drops. I’m sure end game it would matter less, but my current experience goes like this: playing pyromancer>saving frequently> finally get a drop that interacts with burning debuff>game crashes and it’s gone forever. Will likely refund, but if the bugs get worked out I would absolutely play it again. I don’t have high hopes this long after release though.
I’ve played the whole series and I loved the previous installments and Ultimate brings so much more to the table. Ultimate even combines features from the first game with features from the second and third. This game provides endless amounts of content that will satisfy you for hundreds of hours. I’ve sunk only 20 hours into this game and I haven’t hit any major bug/problems besides one. Right after I hit the 20 hour mark in my Reaver play through I saved the game and when I came back the save file was gone. I wasn’t saving via cloud and I didn’t delete it. It was a minor annoyance but I restarted and I’m still playing it. I would recommend this to anybody who loves RPG’s or who loves to spend hours optimizing a team.
