Seven Knights Re:Birth is a stunning modernization of a mobile RPG titan. The visual overhaul is the first thing you'll notice—the skill animations are absolutely cinematic and among the best in the genre. I started playing the original Seven Knights back in 2016 and played all the way up until the second one came out and the original died. This wasn’t my childhood, but it was my teen and young adulthood. I played the original with my best friend who sadly passed away two years ago and was both so happy and so sad to see this come out because I missed it but I can’t share the experience with him. I had such a strong emotional attachment to this game and to see it revived and see Dellons and Kris again and everybody else…I about cried. I am also so happy it started in the beginning before awakening and mythic awakening and before a lot of heroes have come out, because it feels like how it was when I originally started. I can’t wait to see Orkah and Kyle and Surtur and Kagura and Branze/Bransel and Bathory and all the other heroes I loved so much! I’m so happy I get to take this journey again from the beginning and I am so excited to see where it goes again. Thank you so much. ❤️

It’s a bit boring. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a decent game to play when you’re bored and such, plus the character designs and stuff are pretty cool and there’s a bit of story to read; but it’s just lacking in things to do. The extent of the game is just fighting, leveling up Heros/pets, and then fighting again. There are plenty different things to fight, but the gameplay gets pretty boring and repetitive. Plus, one feature I found annoying was the “repeat battle” feature. If you’re doing anything other than Ruby farming-which doesn’t really give a lot of rubies-it forces you to keep it on screen all of the time. If you try to exit the game assuming it’ll just continue to battle it’ll make you restart the game and won’t save any of that progress. Other than the fact there is a bit of story, I will say that I’m inexperienced with the franchise and don’t have comments on the actual contents. Plus, leveling up characters is practically just repeat battling for a different goal. Also, personal grievance, I had two legendary-rare cards from an event and I used them and only got rares. But, aside from that, I’m just talking about the game itself (not mentioning story contents). It was fun at the beginning, and I’ll keep playing it; but overall the game itself has potential, but it’s lacking in incentives/goals for players and diversity of gameplay options; plus it’s repetitive and a bit grind-y.

I love gacha games, but normally most of the fun comes from pulling your favorite characters and it just becomes a hole in your wallet. This game is different. It’s literally throwing rewards my way so I can pull characters that I like and upgrade them at will. It’s not blasting me with pop ups to give them money. It has a great afk system and what I really like is that many of the social features are locked behind game progression, so if you start a guild or anything you won’t have to worry about those players that play for a couple days and then never touch the game again. Last thing, the production quality is amazing. Great music, good voice acting, and beautifully animated cutscenes. Definitely worth a try!

I get it’s a “rebirth” of the old seven knights they let die years ago, but it definitely is not what I thought it was going to be. Unfortunately it has the same issue it had before their management changed which is being money hungry and now they’re trying to look like other games when years ago before they dropped the old seven knights they had a special, unique, simplified look to the game. Costumes cost an arm and leg which it wasn’t like before. Summoning legendary hero’s was never so hard before and it’s like now u HAVE to summon over 100 times to absolutely get it rather than luck. Not to mention even IF you do summon over a 100 times u still can get a common character who they labeled “rare” or an “uncommon” character for people who have never played seven knights before. Gathering resources is more complicated now and I’m already bored of the game. I had such high hopes and was extremely excited for 7 knights to come back but if this is what they planned this whole time they should have just never remade it. So disrespectful to the old version of 7 knights which had way more life to it than this. Instant uninstall.

Game went EXTREMELY P2W during its 2nd half of its 1st year anniversary. If you’re looking to become F2P, don’t. You’ll be looking to manage your very scarce resources to try and bridge the gap that’s between you and any P2W player that still stands after today’s update. The new awakening system requires you to have a unit (1 copy), transcend to 6 (7 copies), enhance to +5, max out skills with FOUR brilliant skill enhancement crystals (MONTHLY purchase), and the new resource which varies on rarity that takes a month to probably get 14, if played consistently. Then after awakening you’ll have to spend even more brilliant skill enhancement crystals to upgrade your skills again because it reset them, on top of that your awakening skill needs to get enhanced. So in total it’s 13 BSECs, 4 on base, 4 on awakening, then 5 on the awakening skill. I don’t even want to talk about the new dedicated equipment thats going to come out. Just stay away from ALL Netmarble games. They clearly don’t play their own games and only cares about their profits over people’s time.

Mannnn I waited a long long time for netmarble to make an upgrade beautiful version of this game. I can remember waking up just playing the Og before going to school but was sad a few years ago that they closed down the servers to one of my favorite games. But thank goodness they are back and ready for us to farm and become the best player. It’s quite free to play friendly and if you’re a whale then you would get ahead of a lot of people and clearing the game. In the future of this game hopefully they add a few of my favorite characters from the og version of this game. I haven’t look at th codex to if if Lubu is here with a few other characters but just glad I’m back to SK!

Glad to be back I played the original seven knights and loved it all the spin offs they tried never quite hit the same as the original so I’m happy with this revamp they added a lot of features to make the game easier only things I’m not liking is they took out Guan Yu he was my first character I imagine they were just unable to get the licensing but still unfortunate and the only other thing is just now they had the last banner up for two more hours and they started maintenance an hour early I was grinding for the last dupe to hit level 40 or what they now call full stars and we went down for maintenance and I didn’t get to use my gems on the banner before it’s gone that’s unfortunate but I love everything else

Every gacha game is just that gacha it is a chance to get the units you want and play without guarantee. I like this game because of the grind to constantly replenish your stash of gems by leveling up units you get with the pulls you do or that you get from adventure itself. They have a lot of characters from history and legends which I love about the game such as LuBu and WuKong who I am waiting for. The people complaining about the old game it was outdated graphics and it needed a revamp instead of overhaul the old game they made an entirely new game. The game has a grinding mechanic that nets you premium currency and can replenish more every day by buying keys daily with gems or in game currency.
