RTS Siege Up! is a rare gem in the mobile gaming space: a true, old-school Real-Time Strategy game without the predatory 'pay-to-win' mechanics found in most modern mobile base builders. It feels like a love letter to classics like Age of Empires, offering full control over unit movement, resource gathering, and base construction.
The game features a surprisingly deep campaign and a robust level editor that has fostered a dedicated community. The graphics have a charming low-poly aesthetic that keeps the game running smoothly even when there are dozens of units on screen. Whether you're defending against a siege or launching a naval invasion, the tactical depth here is impressive. It’s easily one of the best RTS experiences available on the App Store.
Traditional RTS gameplay with no timers
Full offline support for the campaign
In-game level editor and community maps
Diverse units including naval and siege engines
Always build several workers at the start of a match. Assign them to food and wood immediately to ensure a steady flow of resources for building your barracks.
Use walls and towers to funnel enemies into 'kill zones.' Placing archers on top of walls gives them a range bonus, making them much more effective.
Yes, RTS Siege Up! supports cross-platform multiplayer for competitive matches and cooperative play.
Add a sandbox mode that has unlimited resources and all the building options available for both yourself and any enemy ai. That way we can customize our own battlefield and scenarios. The icing on the cake would be to add a good level designer so we can construct our levels as well by placing trees, rocks, river, sea, etc. the game is decent for the price but I’d be willing to pay more for these added features.
Saw the game on Reddit and decided to give it a try. I am very impressed with what I’ve seen as I am half way through the campaign. I love how the game can be played in portrait! The controls are alright, but can be a bit cumbersome when trying to do things quickly. It can eat through the battery on my XS, but I have it on 60 FPS on Low graphics.
Went to grab the game and it didn’t charge me the $4, is there a way I can donate or something? I’ve only played about half hour so far but I’m enjoying it, and I definitely want to pay the developers.
This game is Lego-like in appearance. Good game for middle schoolers to learn real time strategy but being an adult player of Ages or Empires PC games this does not compare. Hopefully, some day we will see one with more realistic graphics.
Simple graphics and gameplay controls. But still incredibly complex and entertaining!!!
Very solid game. Campaign was fun. Spent a lot of time playing this and don’t regret it.
I love the game every way imaginable but why doesn’t iOS get the cheat’s option but android does, I’ll gladly buy that but other than that this game is very addictive and great to pass time! 10/10 for and strategist out there
When I’m playing multiplayer and I try to move a army of units they don’t move and I just get invaded.can you add a trading system
