Fix for local multiplayer on new OS versions.
i LOVE this app it is so much FUN!!! the levels r so challenging and addicting but also very calming along w NO adds. I feel like this is the one game that has not been like changed w the time yk… all games have so many adds and they r just for profit but Osmos is SO MUCH FUN WITHOUT ADDS i feel like the developer just wants people to have fun w it. ofc there’s the 3.99 but i had an apple gift card that i dug up from somewhere to buy it. the game unlocks treasured childhood memories of playing this game w my grandfather and dad and sometimes brother, and i love to play it again, make new memories with family and friends, and to relax. totally hoping for an osmos 2 but i think the appeal of this game is that the creators are like no where, (they haven’t created any other games) and that these r the only levels that have been made. PLEASE download it… it is worth the money, and do not believe any of the reviews on here sure it is challenging, but it it’s satisfying and rewarding as well. they also have quotes along the way (i don’t wanna spoil it lol! very tempted though :) PLEASE download and review to show support the creators deserve it for creating such a perfect game 💓💥❤️💞 (^•.•^)
The visuals in Osmos have a unique and special style. Everything about the gameplay design is perfect. It is a very fine-tuned type of experience in the world of games. If you intend to purchase Osmos for kids there is a chance that they might find it too slow (it is a slow-paced action/adventure game but not too slow). The music appears to be standalone electronic songs that were not created with the intention of being used in Osmos but the developers have somehow managed to choose music that does not feel out of place when compared to music that was composed specifically for a game. Very impressive ✅.
I wish this were a more likable game. It pulls you in with its mesmerizing audio and video elements, the purely physical logic of control and gameplay... at first blush, seemingly close to perfection as a game. Then, it takes you from those soaring heights to the bottomless pit of despair when there is a difficult level to pass. The problem is, there’s no randomness worked into it. On some of the free-floating levels, if you start out with a slightly smaller bubble just out of reach, to reach which you need to expend an amount of yourself that will result in your no longer being larger, that’s it. You’re screwed. The level will never begin even slightly differently. You have one chance. My blood pressure, after trying this level over and over again for ten minutes, is too high to continue. For my own safety, I am deleting the app. I like the game enough to watch for future improvements. But for now, it’s not worth playing.
I love this game. This is my go-to game these days. It’s beautiful. I think the music can be good, but I love the game without it too. Need something to wind down with before bed? Slow down time (you can do that with this game) and just let the current and the pretty lights take you. I do like some levels a LOT more than others. The ‘Sentient’ levels are by my favorite. I’ve played them all 1000x by now, and they don’t really get old for me. I almost wish they’d beef this game out with an expansion. I’d definitely pay money, especially for more Sentient-like levels.
I am still playing this game in 2022, I only paid $.99, I turn up the speed to fastest play I can play it,much more difficult, I wish they would develop osmos 2 or the next level, visualing stunning. Sometimes it feels like the game is alive, I even feel sorry for them when I have to take them out. I let them live as long as I can…Please make a new one I’ll be your first to play it, even beta test. Don’t charge a subscription service, I boycott those games. People would be flocking to it!
I really love this game. I've had it for 24 hours and have played it for 16 of those hours. If I didn't have to sleep I would have played it for 24 hours! Realistic physics interaction. There are no flaws. Beautiful trance-like music. Gorgeous graphics. I need 100 more games just like this one. There are about 30 levels and none of them are frustratingly hard. About 5 levels are kind of challenging. And EVERY level is a joy. Bravo to the developer.
super chill game. i bought this years ago and bought it again when i got a new phone. never had a single crash, lag or any other issue. honestly i read some other recent reviews about being stuck on levels.. some of them are difficult, but none are impossible. this isn’t a game to fly through every level on the first, or even third try sometimes. it is challenging but not challenging enough to make you feel defeated. well worth the small price they charge for the chill soundtrack and great graphics. not many games can still look and run seamlessly years later but this game stands the time. my only note is that i would love to see some new levels added! well done devs. keep it up!
This game pisses me off to an unreasonable extent, I play a ton of puzzle games and fly through them but this one has them levels i get stuck and have to retry forty times and take a break and then retry another seventy times until i finally get it and idek what exactly i did differently to win it that time. Phenomenal experience, definitely worth the four dollars
