When I first downloaded this game I was kinda skeptical it would be like any other warship game to download…. I was wrong. This game is AMAZING! I can tell so much work was put into developing this game. The graphics are awesome and the physics of this game is amazing. I love how every part of the ship is being used in battle. Radar, guns, rockets, air defense… the list continues. Their is one thing I have to say tho. I wish I didn’t have to get to level 25 to play most of the cool ships. You spend a lot of time on this app and can’t appreciate the finer ships. I guess it gives you time to explore and upgrade but I feel like level 25 is a high number to get too. For me at least. I’m at level 21 and I’m trying lol. Also I wish they could add more maps. Playing the same set of maps over and over again gets kinda boring. You find good hiding spots but I feel like we need more maps to play. Also. Would be cool if their was an intense storm map like crazy weather and waves. Would be fun I think. I’m not complaining at all. This game is incredibly in all honesty. But doing the same thing over again is kinda a loss we gotta deal with I guess. Also warships need more protection from submarines haha. I can defend my ship but it’s kinda hard just with my grenade launcher lol. And when my helicopter gets shot down all I can do is wait for them to resurface. But other then that keep up the good work! I hope for some cool updates in the future. Thank you all!! 😎😃

Dear Modern Warships developers, Hi! The game is very enjoyable! Every player that is new to the game should have 100 titanium. But, when I look in the ship shop. No ships can be purchased with titanium. Well, I read the info on the titanium. It says it can be used to purchase special ships. But, where exact? The market? No, that’s for Art coins. Ship shop? No, only purchasable with money and gold. So, where else??? I see that you can get titanium from the leader board in some specific tournament. Please tell me, I am a bit lost with this titanium resource. Oh yeah, forgot to mention that those vault coins I get are terribly useless. Why? Well, think about people who are young and don’t have job and are playing this game. Same here. Instead of using real money to have access on old battle passes. Can’t I just use gold. That makes life much easier. Free to play over here, so…yeah. I understand that if you have a lot of vault coins and have the access to use gold to access old battle passes, like I mentioned earlier? Sorry if I’m getting you lost, it’s a pretty long reply to read. But, still, at least make those vault coins more useful to free to play people. This game in undeniably the greatest most well made game on the market. It has high performance paired with high graphics and massive amounts of well detailed content. I remember the description of the game saying that there are a total of 30 ships, but after playing it for a week I can confidently say that there are closer to 100 fully customizable modern (and 2 ww2 era) warships. Ranging from missile cruisers which can destroy any target from across the map to aircraft carriers with fully controllable aircraft. Every ship and each of the 100s of components are carefully adjusted and balanced to the point where there is no one best or worst ship or weapon, instead you chose ones which beat represent your style leading to a very diverse community in terms of ships instead of everyone spamming that one op ship like in other games. There is an offline mode in case you have no connection and custom mode where you can tweak a game mode to your preferences to play with friends. The pay-to-win aspect exists of course, but instead of shoving ads and “limited time offers” in your face you can go through the store and the game at your own pace in a no pressure environment that doesn’t require you to pay to continue playing. Overall, good gam.

Not great for iPads

This game easily deserves 5* except you can not customize the controls/ Button positioning. So it’s next to impossible to fly the jets on iPad with out accidentally launching misses or switching to another aircraft. That is one of the many issues that arise during game play from not being able to move controls around. Super Frustrating because other than that the game is amazing. Not sure how customized controls not part of it. Seems to be standard on all other games. I will be back to update stars if they ever update the controls. Works better on my iPhone but I didn’t buy an iPad Pro so I could put it down to play a game on my iPhone. Update: No no customized controls yet. But I do have to mention that with the hundreds of mobile games I have played this game (as far as cost) is fair and relatively affordable if you take advantage of the specials. The vip pass is 15$ for the month. Premium is for 3$ a week but the game includes plenty of free premium passes. This might seem like a lot to have some but compared to other mobile games it’s next to nothing. This game is amazing and not a standard pay to win imo. I have no problem dropping 15-20$ a month to support this game as the updates seem pretty good. Still no customizable HUD tho. It’s the perfect game one they introduce that:)

Hello guys I myself free2play have accumulated over 600 ac and spent 594 ac not only that but it’s super easy to get a good load out for example gold is easy to get too I spent 10k gold in a zumwalt regretted it because of weak aa only plus side 2x cannons and 27 knots but for example a very good ship if fitted with the right gear RF Admiral Ushakov is an excellent example I have fitted it with a load out worth 17 million dollars plus 200ac aa-22 grenade launcher a type 12 torpedo 2x fully upgraded buckshot cannons with one of the fastest reload speed in the game if not the fastest with less than 3 sec reload not only that it’s damage is over 50k and it’s excellent for a brawl ofc I have not completed my load out yet Im still missing a 730 type c aa and DF-17 missile along with the buckshot cannons and upgrade tokens all of these will make a decent gear for online and powerful enough to solo a team by yourself offline that’s all and there are more incredible ships which you can save up ac for example Basisty it’s a good ship exactly like admiral ushakov but with some things that are a better. Also ships are extremely cheap a x wave rider alone = 10 million dollars and if you want carriers 40 million that’s cheap I accumulated 50 million in a week

As a big fan of the community and game it has just started to die out in my opinion, mainly cause of three reasons, swordship and Massachusetts killed off around 5 percent of tier 3 players including a little but good clan I was in, second reason is the game fix serious bugs like getting hit with 4 bulavas and doing no damage do to it taking to much damage before shorting o ur the game and causing it to lag out the damage input, my third reason is the amount of pay to win it is, they expect you to want to spend a little over a hundred dollars on a ship that can guarantee you a win 2/3 times you play a match (Massachusetts) and that the time it takes to grind the 30k gold is around 2 1/2 years if you play around 10-20 matches a day, I got the game late 2021 and all together have only accumulated around 10k gold in all. It’s very pay to win and another thing I’ve noticed is the devs only focus on Chinese stuff most of which if you search up you can’t figure anything out and they just end up giving drones railguns nukes overpowered missiles and super carriers, all in all if you want some good fun time I recommend staying in T2 until they can fix some major bugs that occur in T3. But it’s still very fun and they host fun events and battle passes (which aren’t to hard to get all the way through) anyways thanks for taking the time to read my review.

Not as good as it used to be

I started playing it when it first came out and loved it however as time progressed I’ve noticed a variety of issues. One being the greed which the developers exhibit. Many of the so called “free to win” events they’ve pushed out ended up costing money and along with this when it comes to air superiority they never add any more in game currency aircraft. Then you have the market system which is absolutely abominable. It’s been a while since I’ve checked however there is about a.quarter tax for everything you sell which is atrocious and along with this the prices for some objects are absurd. Slowly over time it has become more of a pay to win game which is most disappointing. Along with this we need to discuss the graphics. Optimization for this game is horrible and the devs seek no way to change it as a matter of fact I think they’re deliberately trying to make it hard to play on mobile most updates they push out max out the graphics to the point where even playing on the lowest settings makes the game unplayable. It seems as if they’re trying to make the switch from mobile to computer however that’s not fair for me and other mobile players because we spent money on this game and dedicated time and energy to it.
