Our Expert Score

85/100

Marble Master takes the classic 'Zumba' style of marble shooting and elevates it with modern polish and a massive amount of content. It’s the kind of game that is easy to pick up for five minutes but hard to put down for an hour. The core mechanic—matching three or more marbles of the same color before they reach the end of the path—is satisfyingly tactile. The physics feel right, and the power-ups provide just enough of an edge to get through the more frantic levels.

What I appreciate most is the variety of 'scenes' and the frequency of updates. With thousands of levels and new chapters added regularly, it doesn't feel stagnant. The competitive aspect, with worldwide leaderboards and special events like the 'Mermaid Realm,' adds a nice layer of community engagement. It’s a bright, colorful, and highly polished puzzle game that perfectly fits the casual mobile niche.

AMAZING

What an amazing game!! It’s just like Zuma, but there are HUNDREDS and I mean HUNDREDS of levels!! There’s also clans/groups, and it makes the game more enjoyable! I’ve already spent some money on the game, and it’s worth it mostly. Only thing I would say is if I’m being honest the pass that you buy for $10 every month is too expensive. You don’t even get enough for $10 in my opinion. I feel like it should be like $5-$7 for the pass. Cause if it was, then I would DEFINITELY buy it. Also, the dialogues with the boss fights are weird. For example the wording that the boss characters use is really weird. Like towards the beginning of the game in the ice map, there’s a yeti that when you defeat him he says something like: “I can’t go to sleep, wake me up!” Or something along the lines of that, which just doesn’t make sense at all and it’s really weird cause it’s daytime and it’s ice themed. So yeah, PLEASE change the wording of the boss characters, because the wording is really weird. Please make these changes, that way I’ll be more committed to the game and I’ll definitely be willing to spend more money and stick around for a long time!! Thank you!!

Too expensive, designed to make you spend

I would have given this game five stars at one time, because it is one of the most enjoyable games to play. But once I got into the higher levels, I realized they made it impossible to pass the hard levels without buying coins. And you simply do not get enough coins for your money. Also, you have to pay extra for accurate aim, and even then your marble doesn’t go where you aim it. They throw extra marbles in the mix randomly, and they speed it up. The reverse sometimes lasts only ONE SECOND! I timed it! They will lime you out even with only a split second left to reach the end, so you pay to keep that hard-earned progress and as soon as they get the money they give you the win, which means it was less than a second that they made me spend $9.99 on. The past few weeks, it keeps freezing after I pass a level, so I have to get out of the game and get back in, and sometimes it doesn’t go to the next level, I have to play a difficult level over again and spend more money to maintain my progress. I am not a wealthy woman. I am disabled and spend a lot of time at home, so movies and games are my entertainment. I hate when these young app creators get too greedy. Most of the games I play are fair and reasonable. Marble Master resembled Zuma, another game I loved, but this must be by the same people, because Zuma was too expensive, too. I’m telling everybody I know it’s not worth it, and the creators are robbing old people.

Get it

Please get it. It’s wonderful. When I first started playing the advertisements were getting on my last nerve. After every game, there is an advertisement unless you had like a mini game or there was a chance to win a prize you saw an advertisement since then, they’ve stopped showing the advertisements after every game, and now they’re showing the advertisements at the bottom of the screen, 24 seven I must admit, this was a genius idea. This is made my experience with the game 100 times better I was considering the leading the game because of all the advertisements but now, since the advertisement are not interrupting my play, I will keep the game in the past once an advertisement came I just left out of the game and came back hours. Maybe days later at times thank you to whoever thought, putting the advertisements at the bottom of the game constantly and just letting them run that was a genius idea and you need a raise.

I don’t know why this happens!

Let me start by saying that I have been playing this game for almost 2 years, and I really enjoy it, but I don’t see anybody playing with me anymore, I used to have a team, and they would send me lives, and now there’s only two people that I ever get lives from, and sometimes I don’t see anybody for weeks playing this game. So where is everyone? Sometimes I am stuck on a round for three or four days, and the only way to get around it is SPEND MONEY IF YOU WANT TO ADVANCE TO THE NEXT LEVEL, this is supposed to be free to play, but if you cannot advance without buying upgrades, is it really free? Of course they’re in business to make money, not to make us happy, but if a person cannot pass a level after playing it for over a week, come on now it’s rigged so that you have to spend money, just sayin’.

Just gets worse!

Ads—yes they’re annoying but obviously I have persevered since I am at level 1354. The game is a fun time waster in spite of the ads. That’s why I still give it 2 stars. Players—read the reviews. Never spend real money on this game. Reviews indicate that’s a scam. Updates—one word—horrible. Worse every time! Updates should make a game better. Developers—you take away something every time. Like the treasure dig, the blast power-up (is it really more powerful?, doesn’t seem to be), increased number of duplicate turrets for rewards, etc. Updates are too frequent and players don’t get notifications. Players—if you can’t pass a level check for an update. Chances are you can’t pass that level ever without installing update. Take away. Uninstall if you can’t tolerate ads. Uninstall if you’re tempted to spend real money. Uninstall if you get disappointed with every update rather than encouraged. Uninstall to free up storage space on your device. If none of this bothers you then keep playing. I’m still playing but probably not much longer. I’ll see if I get any positive response from my review.

Almost like Zumba… but…

So I played Zumba for, well, since it came out, what? 10 years ago? On cd (laptop and trackball!) Pretty darn good at the game, if I do say so myself! This game? So close. It is unfair, though, compared to Zumba. Somehow it seems to push the balls, setting them into the hole in a much faster, detrimental way than Zumba ever did. Now I like the game, don’t get me wrong! I’m almost on level 3000. But it really does set you up where you need to spend money to move on. And that, I wouldn’t mind so much, if it were fair and gave you points, and power ups, that you could use at will along the way. But it doesn’t. It’s VERY cheap with power ups and points given throughout the game. But really the big thing for me, is it sets you up, either with speed or lack of the correct color balls to get the job done. This really could be the perfect “balls” (Zumba replacement) game, if it were only fair with us players. I wish it would change to be so.

Pay to win

Honestly I truly enjoy the game it’s great and brings back memories of a PC game from when I was a kid. But once you get up to a certain point it’s clear (even through gameplay videos I’ve seen) that the only way to beat the level is to spend real world money to get yourself power ups to help you win. That’s lame and greedy. I already spent $5 to get rid of ads because I found the game that enjoyable. But then you lose a level a couple times and they tell you you have to wait a chunk of time to even have hearts to play more, then they tell you you have to spend real world money for coins or more hearts or power ups or to continue. That’s really sad and reminds me every day that all games are just a money scheme and not a purchase of a good experience. I’d rather pay $10 or even $20 for a game that is addictive and actually beatable by skill level rather than a slow drip out of my bank account that would add up to more than the game is even worth. Just buy Luxor on PC and save yourself the anger.

Holy ads
Fri Jan 30 2026 Moss:P

I 100% understand needing ads to keep a game free but there’s a huge difference between keeping something free and then just straight greed. I like that you can progress fast in this game, mostly bc I use mistplay and want some gift cards for rotting my brain on my phone, but holy ads. I have never genuinely had to sit through 2 1 minute ads after each level on any other game before. I went through the support, I tried purchasing to remove ads, I can’t even find where to remove them. I’ve searched everywhere (there’s only so many places to look) and I can’t find anything to buy besides the little shooter. I shouldn’t even have to look at the support tab to be told where to purchase to remove ads. It’s should just be right there. It’s not in settings, not in the store, not on the profile page, it’s actually just no where. There’s plenty of other games that will give you less ads and be enjoyable. So many other games make huge amounts of money off of ads while still letting you breathe between levels. Best fiends, tuber sim, vita mahjong, literally any sudoku app, any coloring app, office cat, wifi free mobile games etc etc. Stuff like this is why mobile games are being so heavily regulated in certain countries. I shouldn’t have to finish a level in less than a minute only to be fisted with the most brain melting ads on the planet for 2 minutes straight. Don’t respond unless it’s an actual explanation on why it’s so hard to remove ads and how to actually do it.
