Great game, and one request

An ad that is running currently in your game shows a grandmotherly woman sitting on the toilet. I don’t know when someone decided that was appropriate to show in an ad, but I find it disgusting. If you have any control over what advertisers on your game present, please tell them this is not OK. I’ve had Jigsort Puzzles for quite a while now, and I play it often. I came here to make one request – and the first thing I saw was that many other people have already made it. I really would appreciate it if you could add the name of the country or city that some of these stunning buildings are in, or the appealing streets in a town. Some pictures, like the various arrangements of colored pencils, don’t need identification, but others really make me want to know where they are. You’ve received such requests multiple times over more than a year. Are you actually going to do it, or are you just saying you’ll talk to the developers about it to keep us quiet?
Pay for ad free but still getting ads.
Sat Feb 04 2023 RescuebobISPSo I just got screwed by this game. I have been playing this game for a few weeks now and really like. It was to the point I really wish they had an Ads Free choice, well finally the game offered for $1.99 Ads Free, special Frame and a Masterpiece puzzle. I jumped at the opportunity and paid the $1.99 and then started to play the regular levels on the game. Played the first one and finished it and it went straight to the next puzzle so I thought oh good it worked no more ads. Well that was until I played the second puzzle and finished it and you will never guess what I saw?????? That’s right an ad. Played the next puzzle and yes another ad. So I went and saw the advertisement about the $1.99 fee and I saw where it says ad free and it said ad free for only the masterpiece puzzles. Are you serious? WTH would I want to pay money to get no ads for just a very small handful of puzzles and have to watch ads on the other 99% of the puzzles. I know I should had read the “fine print” but that is pretty low down to do something like that. See the bad thing is that the developers know they were doing something wrong with this advertisement but obviously they still kept it. And before anyone says anything I know it’s only $1.99 but it is the principal. I hope my $1.99 helps the developers sleep better at night.
I love these puzzles
Sun Jul 02 2023 MimklosThis is by far my favorite game from the App Store. Stuck in line at the grocery store? Solve a puzzle. Waiting for your friend to come pick you up? Solve a puzzle (or several). Have to sit down for five minutes in the middle of a hike at the dog park? Solve some puzzles. My favorite thing with these puzzles is how they keep me guessing as to what the picture actually is until it's finished. (Not all, of course, but that's the case with a fair amount of them.) They're never boring - what a great variety of pictures! The one thing that I do wish, however, is that on the scenery pictures, or the insides of a historic building, the location of the scenery or name of the building was given - like it's shown on the bottom of the page after you've completed every puzzle on that page. Thank you to the developers for providing such a wonderful way to pass the time - and please keep on coming up with more puzzles for us to enjoy.
Very upset
Wed Aug 30 2023 Crazee4cowsI was on level 1,000 and something. Had all the frames and all the extra stuff you earn jewels for. Had all the special puzzles also. Went to play one afternoon and the game had froze. I waited a few days to see if it was just a glitch or something. I tried several times to figure out how to refresh game and nothing worked. I final had to delete app ( the only thing it allows ) and then go back and redownload it. It started me back at level one and all my progress was lost. I am trying to get back to the level I was on before. I love this game despite it freezing up and making me start over.
Why is expert level limited????
Wed Apr 26 2023 THOTSI love this app but most of the puzzles are too easy so I choose the expert level but it stopped allowing that option at level 630 with no explanation or direction as to why??? I thought maybe I had skipped too many so I went back and did those on easy, thought maybe I HAD to do the dailies so I went back and did those, thought maybe I HAD to spend those blue stars so I spent a bunch of those, thought maybe I had to complete the screen picture on each level so I went back and REDID all the ones I had already done on expert on easy to reveal the picture. NOTHING I have done has given me back the expert option. There is not even a way to purchase it!! So sad because I was REALLY enjoying this app and I can’t say that about a lot of apps but I am going to have to delete it because I am not going to be left with only the easy option for all of what’s left, that’s way too boring and toooo “EASY”!! PLEASE FIX OR EXPLAIN WHAT I CAN OR NEED TO DO and I will gladly give this app the 5 stars it deserves if not for this one major flaw.

Fri Jun 23 2023 LaurieZXTOTNTSo I was playing and enjoying the game everyday. Then all the sudden - during an ad - the game redirected me to another site where I supposedly “won” like $500. I have no interest in these scams so I tried to go back to the game. The game WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO CONTINUE. Instead it kept redirecting me to the third party site with “hurry you only have 10 seconds to double your winnings”. So I again, tried to go back to the game. Bottom line - I could NOT get out of this loop. If I’d wanted to continue on with the third party and input my email maybe eventually I would have been able to continue the game, but I was not allowed to. So, for a great game I truly enjoyed IN SPITE OF ALL THE ADS - I am left with a negative impression of the game and it’s creator. Really gotta be desperate to be so insistent on trying to trick me into getting my info to give to other companies. In summation - screw this company. Screw this game and truly I have wasted my time. I hope all you fat cats and higher ups are happy with yourselves. You are ignorant and selfish DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS BOGUS “GAME”!
More ads than play time
Thu Feb 02 2023 Handbag JunkieI actually hate to gripe about ads because they are what makes developers able to provide games to us for free. But this is absolutely ridiculous. The puzzles are beautiful but there is a 30-60 sec. ad between every single puzzle. I mean come on! Once in a great while, maybe every 4th or 5th time you MIGHT get two puzzles in a row with no ad between but that is rare. I timed myself and it takes me about 45-60 seconds, maybe a little longer but every single ad is at least 30 sec and then you have to hit “Done” or the X in the corner several times until the puzzle returns. And it doesn’t help to walk away — that nice ad WAITS for you! Bottom line is, I’m spending more time watching/dealing with ads than playing the game. Where is the fun in that? Is there ANYTHING you can do?

Wed Jun 14 2023 CarolAnn115I like the puzzles but the ads come after every two games. I can do the early puzzles in about 15 seconds and then have to watch a 30 sec annoying ad. I probably won’t play anymore and will delete the game. Too bad because I won’t play long enough to try the more challenging levels. There are too many puzzle games out there to waste my time watching frequent and repetitive advertisements. Reading other reviews, I see that even if I pay for no ads, I will still get them. There are games that offer a chance to watch ads for extra points or energy but otherwise let you play. Or offer purchases for real money as an option.
