Cooking Journey is a high-speed time-management game that will be very familiar to fans of 'Cooking Craze' or 'Cooking Diary'. What I like about this entry is the 'Journey' aspect—the progression through different world cuisines feels distinct, with varied cooking mechanics for each restaurant. Grilling burgers feels very different from preparing delicate sushi or baking pastries.

The difficulty curve is steep; the later levels require near-perfect memorization of customer orders and multitasking. The upgrade system is well-balanced, allowing you to improve your kitchen equipment or your ingredients to earn more coins. While it can be stressful when the rush hits, the satisfaction of clearing a 3-star level without burning a single dish is exactly what keeps fans of the genre coming back.

the three restaurant isn’t loading and I love the game but you need to fix the bugs so it will load I got this far in the game and put a lot of money to play so please fix the bugs so I can continue to play I had to reset my table know I can play the level I was on they want me to start all over a can if you can fix this I would like all the money I put into this game so what your going to do I done send the message to you and you had not fix the problem I was on Turkey the third and had purchased a lot of gems and was up there now I have nothing but you want me to start over I’m mad as Heck

Hopefully the developer will take the time to read the reviews. I’m not sure how the rating is so high, as it is barely functional. If a game is free, I am willing to let quite a bit go. The unfortunate thing is that the App Store is flooded with games exactly like this. Just like most of the others, it has an ad after literally every level unless you pay to remove them. I can tolerate that, but the ads freeze the game. Then, every time I restart, it makes me choose between a phone save and a cloud save. Annoying. After five ads and five levels, I had been frozen or kicked out 4 times. One of those was after the very first level and I was forced to start over again. Then, I was frozen in the map screen. Unable to select a restaurant or the store or anything. This did not change when I reloaded. At this point, I am no where near committed enough to attempt deleting and reinstalling. This should not have been released in this state. It’s not playable, it’s down right frustrating.

As much as I love this game, the developers do everything possible to make you repeat, and repeat, and repeat the same game over, and over, and over again. This is way I refuse to purchase anything for this game. If you treat customers like this when they’re not spending money, you can imagine what they will do if you spend money. I shouldn’t have to play the same game over, and over again just to get a key. This is really to bad that you treat people this way, it’s a really fun game. I keep up grading you’re taking my hard earn coins on not up grading 😡😡😡😡😡😡This game is absolutely fun,buuuuuut it’s going to make you spend money and lots of it In order to play. It will purposely let you run out of time, not give you enough customers, customers moving slow so your time is ticking and so much more. I really enjoyed playing but it’s time to delete!!! FYI, all the cooking games like this do the same, some even worse.

Do not download this game! I’ve been playing it for months and actually loved the game I’ve even made several purchases because it is almost impossible to pass some levels without perks. 3 days ago I attempted to make a purchase and it said “purchase cancelled try again” so I tried again and again and again and got the same message. Never received my items. So I tried changing some settings tried again same message “purchase cancelled”. Then I find out the app was in fact charging me for all those attempts but not giving me items so I filed for a refund which was denied by apple so I have appealed. Today I see two more charges on the app from TODAY the last time I even tried to make a purchase was two days ago and it’s still charging me today? I believe this app is a scam and I will probably not get my money back. So be careful if you play or make purchase and watch your bank account because they will take money.

Cooking Journey is a fun game but as soon as you put it as you like, want to play something they just act it just comes with a different. It just comes with a lot of things that you want some to buy and for them if you could change their girls clothes but ice. I got that I got this last year and I said I only have two stores open and, and I never even got to open up a new dress and give it a three star because it’s kind of like it’s a fun game it’s fine. You just have to pay for stuff and I don’t like that because because my mom doesn’t some stuff for 299 which is three dollars which is I don’t like some things are like 999. I don’t like that I don’t like I like the game. I just give it three star.

Love but too many flaws

I love this game and dealing with ads is one thing but first of all it makes you watch an ad whether your getting double coins or not which is annoying but now I don’t even want to play anymore because an ad plays after every single round and keeps getting stuck and won’t move on, can’t download the ad game can’t close it, nothing, so I have to hard close the whole app and restart the whole thing everytime, that’s just too inconvenient and the streaks are not sticking to get awards because I have to close the game every round ughh

cheats/money grab

…downloaded this game awhile back; decided to give it a try… hate ads so i purchased “ad free”. i was enjoying it until i noticed the game will cheat when you aren’t spending your coins or using the prizes. it will sometimes give you less customers than the level requires, then makes you spend ONE HUNDRED diamonds for more customers…then even the 3 customers you bought will be like ONE customer short still. or it’ll have you upgrade all of these food items, but the customers will MAGICALLY only want to buy the ONE item you didnt upgrade. like…the game was awesome, but i hate greedy developers. im spending all of my gems, then im deleting. fuuuuug that.

Forced Ads freeze up the game

After each level you have an option of playing an Ad for double coins or skipping. If you play the Ad for coins it plays the Ad and advances to the next level, if you choose to skip to the next level, it will play a Ad anyway, but the Ad always freezes and will not advance to the next level. Hopefully this glitch will be corrected. I have to close the game and reopen it just to advance to the next level or play the Ad for double coins just to advance. Maybe it is a convenient way to force people to play the longer Ad for the developers pocket. Either way fix the glitch please.
