First of all I just wanted to say that I LOVE this game! It is so amazing and it has several of different restaurants, you can build and design your restaurant and cook the food to get stuff to design. If you like designing and cooking this is the PERFECT game for you!! I would decently recommend this game. Reading some other reviews they say there are some hard levels which is true but you can get through them and it is actually fun to have a hard level here and there to give you a little challenge. Please don’t give up on such an amazing game if you don’t like hard and challenge then this isn’t the game for you. Do give bad reviews because the levels are hard, that’s just you being lazy and if they fix it and make it easy for YOU that makes it boring and easy for other people. So when playing this game or any game be considerate of other people. It is helpful, be a kind person it will benefit you. Anyway if you are up for designing, cooking, and a little challenge I would recommend this game. I will say it again, and again I LOVE THIS GAME!!

They Set You Up For Failure

***I recommend playing with wifi off and on airplane mode. If you need wifi on, its much faster to close and reopen the game then it is to sit through and attempt to close the ads*** The gameplay itself is fun and the decorating is decent if basic. I’ve never lost a level, or even had an food burn. My gripe is that it is literally impossible to upgrade your restaurant resources unless you watch an absurd amount of ads to earn coins, at least in the first two “chapters” so far. The developers have made it literally impossible to complete the upgrades and unlock the puzzles at the end. I could *maybe* understand this as an incentive to watch ads voluntarily, if they didn’t play an ad after every single level. They also stunt your ability to earn coins in the levels, you can combo up to 5 but then it resets to 1?? Its literally easier to rack up gems, I’ve never run out, but I'm constantly out of regular coins. It baffles me that there’s just not the very basic ability to continue playing levels within the same restaurant even after you have all the stars for the level. It can’t be that difficult to program in more levels that generate orders within reasonable parameters without human input. “We know you don’t like ads but thats what enables us to keep the game free!” There are plenty of other similar games that have a *quarter* of the ads in this game, and they don’t deliberately handicap their users

NOPE!!! I just started but have issues

Why do we need to spend gems and coins for upgrades? I’ve played several other cooking games and have NEVER had to do this. Watch ads to increase rewards which is NECESSARY to upgrade. Then watch a forced ad after. The first 2 ads I had to watch were the same. We all hate ads but know they are necessary, unless you play Township, Monopoly Go, Monopoly Solitaire or Chef & Friends (which is an awesome cooking game btw), but to watch the same ads over and over plus one right after the other is so much worse. The tutorial does not allow you to opt out of selecting what it tells you to which is another thing I don’t like. The story isn’t anything interesting. The gameplay isn’t anything special either. Even though I just started playing having to use gems for upgrades, the fact that it is necessary to opt to watch ads to upgrade or advance and the fact that nothing has kept me interested is the reason I will be deleting this game after this review. I will say that it is not hard to land on the 5x rewards when opting to watch ads even though it really doesn’t feel like much of an option. Developers really should make coins enough to purchase upgrades and save the gems for boosts when they run out like most other games of this sort. Having the option to watch ads for boosts instead of making them necessary to get anywhere would be a great improvement as well.

Absolutely love it!

Finally a game where the levels actually consist of you ... well, cooking things in order to complete them! And then you proceed with the interior decorating. I think this game will be a smashing success as players have waited for a game like this fir too long... where instead of having to pass pointless (and many times rigged!) match 3 games, or something similar, you actually get to do what you came to the game to do. I’m only 12 levels in, but I love it... the graphics, characters, design selections. Thanks so much to the developers for finally making an app people want! Can’t wait to play more! :)

I really want to love this game but….

Updated: 3/9/24 So I decided to pay for the ad removal (no biggie) but now, the game has just stopped. Only 10 cities?! Wow! I’ve been waiting for 2wks to see if they’ll add more levels, but nth. So after all of that, I’m forced to play the same levels over and over with the daily contest that are essentially pointless! This game is really a joy to play. I like how you get a chance to double your winning after a level. I like the renovation feature and the story line. The only con, despite all the ads are when you play a city and complete that level, when you have to travel—they take all but $2000 of your coin earnings. Don’t get me wrong, I understand that the objective is for the developers to make money but that’s crazy! Games I like, I spend money on them anyway, especially to get rid of ads but, this feature I don’t like.

Useless upgrades

Love the game, I find it very fun to play. My only problem is that it lets players purchase upgrades after the level is complete that they don’t get to use. That’s a waste of the gems and I can’t complete the puzzle for that level because the only way to bring up that screen is by playing the levels. I would recommend that you initiate a separate screen to purchase the upgrades or add infinite level after the level is complete. Sometimes I struggle with the newer levels and would love to play the old levels for fun, especially after upgrading everything. Seems like a waste of gems and oof to anyone who actually purchases gems.

Really fun!

The mix of cooking and decorating in this game is perfect, the cooking difficulty is manageable throughout the game and the upgrades are timed well with the coin accrual rate during each level. It’s definitely not a pay to win type of game, the graphics are great, the design components are nice, and the storyline is predictable but solid. When they run events, they sometimes give unlimited boosts over a time span which helps with completing difficult levels and earning coins. I’ve been playing it consistently for a week and it’ll be a regular for me! I hope they continue to come out with new content!

LOVE this one

So out of all the cooking games this has to be my favorite one… I do notice there is times you do need to spend money to update the kitchen appliances so you can have faster dishes to be made which I don’t mind, but I wish there was a way to go back to the completed places to play more games to earn coins that way rather than spending money. Is there a way to play your completed places again? or also if you beat the game are you just finished or can you play the places you beat already? I would love to know!!
