As a long-time fan of the console version, I was skeptical about how the complexity of The Show would translate to a smartphone, but Sony has largely stuck the landing. The graphics are stunning for a mobile title; seeing the sunlight hit the grass in a perfectly rendered Fenway Park is a treat. The animations are fluid, making every double play and diving catch feel earned rather than automated.

What truly sets this apart from other mobile baseball games is the depth. The 'Momentum' system adds a layer of chess to the physical action—you can't just swing at everything; you have to manage your resources. While the card-collecting aspect is central, the marketplace feels fair, and the new 'Seasons' mode provides a satisfying solo progression path. My only minor gripe is the lack of a horizontal mode, which can feel a bit cramped on smaller screens, but the vertical UI is very responsive. It's easily the most polished baseball experience currently available on the App Store.

Good at its core but buggy

I like the core gameplay and the collection system. Sure, cards like love Judge and Ohtani seem super out of reach but I like that you are incentivized to find some diamond in the rough 1 momentum cards. Currently I can’t play moments because I get stuck on the loading screen for each one. Also games will end and I will get stuck on a black screen, and sometimes you will choose a batter to hit and the middle of a completely different player will appear (with the correct stats though).

The game has great bones just need to iron out some bugs and gameplay features to make it feel a bit smoother. I would also add some things to make it look and feel more like the console game

It’s a fun game, just not a lot to do and there’s been plenty of bugs. Most annoying is that I can’t even listen to music while playing the game and have to have my volume all the way down if playing it out loud. I’ve turned off all the volume sliders but every time I open the game or a moment or a pack, my music pauses and the game starts playing its own sound effects

This game is really buggy and crashes a lot but I’m hoping the developers fix the issues soon otherwise it’s fun to play Edit: every time I try to play a season game the app crashes and I have to close it. When I relaunch the app it counts me closing the app due to crash as a loss so I am currently 0-4 due to this. When the game isn’t crashing it’s struggling to run and burns my phone red hot.

I wish you could connect to PlayStation and your your actual dynasty team but it’s fun and it’s passes I also wish the players weren’t so expensive and the the fee ones weren’t so bad

I’m addicted. Playing all the time even on my breaks at work. Only thing I wish I could do is challenge my buddies so we can prove who’s better. MAKE THAT THE NEXT UPDATE

I need to recover my acc

Since the latest game update, I noticed that I was no longer logged into my original account. The game is now treating me as a new player and is making me complete the tutorial from the beginning. When I try to sign in, I am not given any login options at all, so I have no way to access my original account. Because of this, I cannot recover my progress or continue playing on the account I was using before the update. Could you please help me restore access to my original account and investigate why the login options are no longer appearing? Thank you for your help.
