Our Expert Score

82/100

Super Tiny Football is a masterclass in 'just one more try' mobile gaming. It takes the complex American football experience and distills it into a series of bite-sized, physics-based puzzles. The core mechanic involves drawing paths and timing throws, which feels incredibly tactile and rewarding when you perfectly lead a receiver for a touchdown.

What surprised me most was the depth within the simplicity. You aren't just flicking a ball; you're reading defenses and managing the clock in high-pressure scenarios. The art style is clean and charming, avoiding the cluttered UI that plagues many sports titles. While it starts easy, the later levels require genuine strategy and precision. It’s the perfect companion for a commute or a quick break, offering a satisfying sense of progression without demanding hours of your time.

Q&A

The game focuses primarily on offensive play-calling and quarterback execution rather than deep roster management.

Game ideas

Very Fun game, and very fun to replay. Nothing’s wrong with it, but there are some things that would make the game better. 1. Franchise Creator: You can make your own franchise with it’s own Logo, City (Where it’s located), Colors, and Patterns. that can either compete against every other team, you should be able to make up to 8 teams that can be part of different divisions. 2. Add Defense mode: add the ability to take over a star player from your roster to play defense, like being able to cover zones, blitz, etc. 3. Franchise saves can be able to interact with other franchise saves: If you make one save of one franchise, and then make another franchise save, it would be cool to play your other franchises in your saves in one of the other franchise saves. 4. Conference Realignment: If people don’t like the current conferences and divisions, then it would be cool for people to be able to realign conferences and divisions to their liking. You should be able to change the number of teams in a division/conference, or the teams in the divisions/conferences. I feel like these updates would make this game the next madden and I think a lot of people would like it. So could you please keep this in mind when making you next updates as ideas? Thanks

Great Potential, but needs a little work which I think it will get.

First off i’ve had a lot of fun playing this game and I appreciate that the developers are constantly updating the game to fix bugs and add new features. However I still thing there are some changes that should be made and it needs to countinue to be updated. Overall the game needs to be a little bit harder in my opinion. After playing for a little while I can win the super bowl on my first season with a brand new terrible team on the hardest difficulty. The first thing that comes to mind to fix this is adding in fumbles. Obviously it’s frustrating to have something completely out of your control go wrong but I think players with low strength should fumble more and add another element to the game in terms of planning and play calling. I also would like to see more added in the way of stat records like being able to add players to a team hall of fame or something like that to see their stats after they’re gone. I would also like to see the introduction of defensive stats like sacks forced fumbles and interceptions. All around I enjoy the game but I hope they countinue to make changes and improve the game otherwise I don’t see myself playing a whole bunch longer. Just nothing left to accomplish.

Fun game, big issue.

I was really enjoying this game and I bought premium in my first year. At the end of the year I got to the draft. My pick was at #4, however, there was a running back at pick #2 I wanted so I traded up. I drafted the running back and then I wasn’t able to do anything. I wasn’t able to draft any more players, sell my pick, or trade up. After my first pick I still had both my 2nd and 3rd round pick. I ended up trading my 2nd round pick for a player in the trade screen. However the pick was still stuck at 36 and I couldn’t do anything. I’m also not over the cap and I have roster spots. It seems like a few other players have gotten stuck in the draft so it’s not just me. I’d love to see this bug fixed because I did enjoy the game. Also it’d be a nice addition if the developers added things like yearly awards, league wide stats, seeing impact players on the other team and the ability to simulate games. Right now it takes a long time to get through a season. Especially in the early years where the team isn’t good. Anyways I’d love to see a fix for this issue. Thanks for reading

Great game with a couple issues

Very solid game and definitely one of the better/best mobile football games out. There are a couple small issues/fixes that could be made to greatly improve the game. 1. There needs to be an option to run with the qb better aswell as better/more solidified skill move buttons (juke, spin, and trucking animations for example). 2. As much as I love the idea of a full season and the ability to play 18 games there absolutely must be a sim button cause playing 18 games with the worst team in the league is excruciating to say the least. 3. The trade block could definitely see some improvements to allow players to add multiple players/picks to a trade to make it easier to go through(none of my players are good enough on their own to trade for even a 3rd round and there’s no way to add them both to a trade). Other then that great game yall and honestly it’s so refreshing to see a mobile game that actually has some effort put into it!

Glitch
Wed Jun 18 2025 Pharaoh760

I encountered a possible glitch in the game. I went 12-5 and finished first in the AFC as LAC. Immediately after winning my last game of the season I got the pop up that we tried hard and have better luck next season. Then it wouldn’t let me play any playoff games. I was supposed to play Buffalo in the divisional round but it only showed the playoff results option for me in which it simulated the playoffs for me. This resulted in it making me lose the game against Buffalo. I’m not sure if this is a team specific glitch or a 1st seed glitch because I haven’t seen any other reviews of it yet. Great game overall I actually like it more than retro bowl but obviously this glitch sucked as a season ender for me and I don’t want to continue playing if that is just going to happen again.

Fun but really needs work

It’s a fun game and feels more challenging than retro bowl, but it has a few big downfalls that need to be addressed. First off running plays in this game are a waste, the controls don’t really allow for running backs to basically ever get past the line and they always go down on the first tackle. Second receivers CONSTANTLY drop passes put right in their hands, I understand drops happen in football, but you’ll go like 10 passes in a row where you hit an open receiver and they just drop it. Third star ratings simultaneously mean nothing and everything, I had a 1 star offense put up 54 points on my 3 star defense, but play a five star team and good luck scoring more than 21 points as your team gives up 50. Lastly the game is loaded with microtransactions for stuff that should either be included or should be part of a bundle for the same price. Retro bowl is this game’s main competitor and even with all of its flaws is a more polished and consistent experience for the player.

Great game but could be better

I really enjoy this game! But as I’ve been playing there’s some things I wish you could add for example defense stats I’ve noticed not a lot of ppl said it but it would be really nice to know who on my team is doing good compared to others. Another thing is make coaches have contracts so you can continue to manage your team instead of constantly racking up coins because I already have so many young great players, other than that I can’t think of anything else as of now but still a great game!!

Built to force losses
Tue Jun 03 2025 Crusaduh

I’ve been playing a few days now and have noticed a pattern EVERY GAME for me no matter the difficulty no matter the overall will try and force you to lose I was up 29-11 then the 4th quarter happened a 16/16 catching WR DROPPED EVERY PASS not just him either I couldn’t get any of them to catch IN OPEN FIELD every single sim for defense ended in touchdown plus 2 point conversion for the cpu I HAD A 4 star defense against a 2 1/2 star offense yet in the sim EVERY SINGLE TIME td + 2 point conversion I ended up losing 29-30 after being up for 3 quarters cause I could only run for 2-8 yards I wish I could say every other play but that could still end with a td and I didn’t so
