Bug Fixes & Improvements
• Minor backend updates to support ongoing improvements.
Baseball Hits '26 is the perfect middle ground between a complex simulation like MLB The Show and a pure arcade hitter. The game focuses heavily on the 'hit'—the tactile feel of connecting with a 98mph fastball is brilliantly executed through haptic feedback and crisp sound design. The 2026 update brings much-needed roster refreshes and, more importantly, a new 'Stadium Atmosphere' engine that makes the crowds feel alive and reactive to your performance.
The 'Road to Glory' career mode has been deepened, now including 'Off-Field' decisions that impact your player's morale and sponsorship deals. While the microtransactions for gear upgrades can feel a bit pushy, the core gameplay loop is strong enough that you don't need to spend money to enjoy the climb to the major leagues. It's fast, colorful, and captures the 'hero moment' of baseball better than almost any other mobile title on the market.

The ball will flash a specific color for a split second before the pitcher releases. Red indicates a fastball, while Blue indicates a curve. Learn these cues to prep your swing timing early.
Your player's 'Focus' bar depletes with every swing. If it gets too low, your 'Sweet Spot' shrinks. Take a few pitches to let the bar recharge and increase your chances of a home run.
Yes, the game supports both local pass-and-play and online multiplayer matches.
I just lost one of my level 20 purple relievers because it put a common in my line up. I should be able to select by a color when I transfer players not just all of them. And please add a way to get back tokens, xp and gold back when transferring higher level players. Other wise the game is great I just wish we could set best line up or multiple line ups to choose from plus our batting order
Do not waste a second of your time or a dime of your money on this game. Luckily I saw through it before I got sucked into micropurchases. The game involves 0 skill, nothing you can do, good or bad, effect the outcome of any match you play. The game predetermines whether you will win or not based on a seemingly arbitrary “team strength ranking”. If you “team strength” is lower than your AI opponent, every pitch you swing connect on will go directly to defenders who (literally) appear out of mid air and stop on a dime to get you out no matter what you do or what adjustments you make. The only ways to upgrade your team strength, are play HUNDREDS (literally) of mind-numbingly easy matches (or simulate them for in game currency), or spend real life money to straight up buy better players to upgrade. No skill, all RNG, all predetermined matchups that vacillate between brain cell killing simplicity and literally impossible (without spending money). Do not waste your time.
The game has good, the bad and the ugly. The good part about it is joining a club and meeting new people and playing the different modes. The bad part the higher levels you reach the computer opponent is either 500 to 1000 point stronger than you. Their players strength is level 45 or higher and you can only reach level 40. Your chances of winning is like 25%.. then again I’ve lost to a team percent chance of winning and they blew the door off of me. To be safe, you need to lock all your because I lost a really good reliever because the computer decided to switch players on me without. I understand a lot of games have bugs in it the creators of this game need to make it fair. There’s a lot of glitches in this game.
I do enjoy this game, but the problem is that it’s not like how it used to be the lack of rewards and it’s hard to get new players to my team which I am extremely disappointed. That is what also is kind of made me lose interest in the game, not to mention it’s hard to get past some of the playoff rounds, especially the lack of rewards and gold is unable to help me get new players not to mention as the lack of draw in the player I try to get does not come up due to the RAM system. I will say that I think the original tap sports baseball was better than this one.
Definitely not Tap Baseball. 99% of hits are fielded or caught for an out. Very hard to win a single game after level 4. There’s only about 5 places the ball goes on the field regardless of if you swing early or late. Skill does not come into play. It’s like it’s predetermined where the ball is going before it’s even pitched. Would be great if they tweak the game with updates to make it better, but this version leaves A LOT to be improved upon. Oh and the camera angle is bunk. Every hit looks like a homer, only to end up being a pop fly out. And get ready to be disappointed with lack of HR’s. Virtually all balls hit to the wall are caught for an out. I would wait 6 months before you try this and hopefully it’s improved 👎
Great game it really is, love how the players are real MLB players. The only reason I give this a three star review is simply because you guys have a timer on the streaks for the events, a streak is a streak it shouldn’t restart just because a 14 min timer expires. Especially for those who can not afford purchasing gold to keep going and the timer is so so short you can’t even play each game in time for it to restart so it forces you to use sim at some point to keep your streak. You should be able to just play the game and not loose your streak because of a short timer.
After you breeze through rookie ball, the playoffs for the first pro league was virtually impossible. It was a level 10 epic Yamamoto, and no matter the timing of my swings with my best players, they would either all weakly ground out, or they would hit it to the warning track. And if there’s very little you can do to upgrade your team at that point except to buy gold because the free2play method is to win games! And when you go back to the same playoff game, you have to shuffle through your pitching staff (worse pitchers) while cpu is running out Yamamoto every time. I must have played him literally 40 times before I called it quits. Good luck if you decide to play.
I’ve been enjoying the game mostly, some of the animations and base running choices are a little suspect, but those can be polished and fixed. However, the loot boxes make it hard to want to spend in the game. Getting a common player from a silver pack just feels terrible, and is reminiscent of when Destiny thought it was a good idea to have Purple items turn into Green. It feels even worse when I play 20 games to rank up and then get no rares from three packs. Until they make a change to that, I don’t think I’ll be playing again.
