New Features
1. New Esper Ivana (Morana) is coming soon!
Dislyte is a visual and auditory tour de force in the gacha RPG genre. While many games in this category feel generic, Dislyte’s 'Urban Fantasy' aesthetic is incredibly fresh. The character designs—based on mythological figures like Anubis, Thor, and Nezha reimagined as modern-day 'Espers'—are some of the best in the industry. The soundtrack is a standout, featuring high-quality EDM and hip-hop that perfectly matches the neon-lit, futuristic vibe.
Gameplay-wise, it offers a deep turn-based strategic experience. Team composition and turn-order manipulation are vital, especially in the late-game 'Ritual Miracle' and PvP modes. The 'Gacha' rates are fair, and the game is generous with rewards for active players. It’s an RPG that demands your attention and rewards your investment, all while looking like a high-fashion streetwear magazine. It's easily one of the most stylish games on the App Store.
Stunning urban-mythology character designs
High-quality EDM and Hip-Hop soundtrack
Strategic turn-based 5v5 combat
Deep hero-collection and upgrade systems
Competitive PvP and guild-based 'Holobattle'
Focus on a balanced composition: one 'Speed' lead, two 'DPS' attackers, one 'Healer', and one 'Support/Buff' unit. Speed is often the most important stat in Dislyte, as moving first can allow you to stun the enemy team.
Relics are the gear of Dislyte. Enhancing relics to level 15 is expensive, so only focus on 'Flawless' (red) or 'Superior' (orange) relics that have the right sub-stats for your specific hero.
Yes, many of the best heroes in the game (like Ye Suhua or Gabrielle) can be obtained through gameplay without spending any money.
Sure you could pay for content like other games but this game thus far respects the player who is active. What do I mean about active player respect: you can accumulate a ton of player content to make them stronger and more powerful quickly. While the one complaint I would say the pop up screens and text for stories and elements descriptions is constant. But the flip side is I respect the game developers because they are focused on getting information to the player to ensure they have all the information when they need it. They also, refreshingly, guide you with these text pop ups with a lot of text to help to understand what’s going on and guides you when needed to ensure you are following the most direct approach required to grow the appropriate players at the appropriate time. And if you are an active player you will Not be disappointed by the amount and the proper content elements for your inventory that can be used to help you grow a specific player or a group of players as needed. You will enjoy this game if your a true gamer you can, on the fly, play manually or if you need to answer the phone for work or eat you can easily make it play in auto play mode. It’s been a refreshing experience that can make you frustrated because when playing other similar games you realize pretty quick on games that you play that they make you spend a ton of money for player or game growth. Just download and play a refreshing active game that is never boring.
This game is good overall a couple things will really bring this game to the next level. Such as reducing some of the steep stamina prices for levels. Doing one ten run shouldn’t take everything from me and than I have to spend on crystals to refill. If you want people to waste countless hours don’t make the most important piece to that so rare and make refill time for one stamina shorter. Keep me in the game longer and more involved. Make gold more accessible or reduce the price for relic improvements, a million gold shouldn’t be one relic from level 12-15 if your lucky even with the pity timer. A lot of in game resources are extremely rare for no reason once getting past a lot of the easy game play the game becomes so hard to gather resources another way to keep people from wanting to play. I get you want people to buy these things but keeping people playing will keep the game going longer which in turn will make revenue. Don’t be scared to make some tweaks to help the average player experience better, games like this don’t survive on the whales they survive on the casual fan base who keep it popular. Overall game is good some characters need balanced and the devs seem to stay involved which is good for a new game. Plan to play for a while and hope they make a few quality of life improvements to keep me playing for a while.
So I just started playing this game a couple days ago after finally giving into peer pressure from my friends. Though I deeply love the lack of ads, it quickly became obvious that if you really want to be successful in this game, you have to give money...and not just a dollar here and a dollar there. You are asking for $20 just to get enough gems for a 10 summon pull and the chances of getting anything truly of value is incredibly low. Another HUGE issue is that I was not even remotely aware there were different servers until I already started playing and getting progress and I attempted to add a friend. Then when trying to switch servers, it THEN tells you that your data and progress don't even transfer. You don't get an option at the start of the game to even PICK a server. Or if there is one, it isn't obvious at all. That is incredibly annoying. I would have at least appreciated some type of pop up prior to even starting the game stating that you cannot switch between servers without losing ALL of your progress. I would have given this more stars but the clear money grabbing and lack of care to being able to play with your friends made me leave this to be a 3/5. I know dealing with servers is tough but the amount of money that is made between buying gems for pulls and the amount spent in advertising you all do for the game should allow you to at least make it easier for people to add others from other servers. Thank you!
As everyone has seen and i think majority of us agree the graphics and quality of the characters are amazing. Everything blends very well and i’m sure that’s a main thing the company prided themselves in. However, The pre-register reward is not worth it. 10 gold records broken up into several days. The summon rate is very janky. 90% rare 9% epic and 1% legendary. They simply do not give enough records out and the odds of you even getting a epic character is insane. I know i’ve spent money on records just to pull all rares and not even a singular epic. The pricing for them is a little too high as is and all the bundle items as well. For all the minor bundles they have you get almost little to nothing. I know this is a new game but these are very important things. It’s not very F2P friendly sadly. If you want 5 stars you should fix the summons and make more of the rewards better. Most of the achievements are for either gems or gold that aren’t worth anything. Maxing a full character out at 6 stars you get gold for it. Like what? And there’s a record that’s “shining” that you can get and it’s still not even a guarantee epic or above or anything. So these different records still give you more rares than you know what to do with. I know they’re pushing for that rares are just as good as legendaries and epics. I can say that the rare characters do scale pretty well. However once you hit max on them with energy and level the duplicates become useless.
The music is very captivating and unique, doesn’t try too hard to hype you up but also isn’t a snore fest, the rpg elements in the combat is a pretty good selling point for it really does have an impact on what you do strategy wise, the option to automate it is also pretty cool if you can’t be bothered and let the AI choose for you, the summoning process where you “drop the best” is very generous with the short time of playing I have summoned 20 heroes a handful being epics and 1 being legendary, part of me wishes that it was a bit more generous with the legendaries but all in all it is pretty good, how progression feels in this game is actually done pretty well for not everything is unlocked at first so it doesn’t overwhelm the player when they first start off which is a common issue with games like this where the game forces you to do a bunch of stuff and yoink you all over the place, Dislyte seems to be a one of a kind game where the progression starts off linear and develops into you doing whatever you want the more you play, the only thing I can really say is an issue with the game is the summoning odds and the certain points of leveling blockages where people are too strong for my team, but both aren’t really a major issue and more of nit-picks since the general experience is still pretty good. TLDR: Good Combat, Amazing Music, RNG isn’t my friend, keep up the amazing work.
This game is pretty wonderful. The combination of modern music and fashion with old folklore and mythology is a strange but amazing combo, and it works so well. It’s pretty addicting, and is pretty generous to players just starting out. I do request that the age rating get updated and there be better moderation. Anyone who has checked the reviews can tell you they’re almost always filled with horny simps. While I normally would say let this slide (you can’t escape these people after all) I do say that the sheer amount is a little bit nuts. I request there be some moderation (in chat as well, my friend once walked into global chat only to hear a convo about favorite sex positions) or a dislike feature for comments, so the useful ones can be near the top as some tips on the reviews actually do help. I also think there should be a way to archive your espers - so you get rewards from them based on their rarity and level and are still marked as owned, but you can’t use them anymore. Gameplay and storywise, it’s innovative and fun. The characters are funny and interesting, and the design is off the charts. Don’t get me started on the music, they’re all bangers. Pretty great game, would recommend to friends, but be wary of other players. They can be a bit… how do I say this… basically a bunch of them are degenerates. Other than that, sweet game!
I’m not a fan of games like this usually, I like to do the fighting rather than letting them do it for me (such as Pokémon or Monster Hunters which I dislike), so I was pretty unsure when I started playing. But it’s actually really fun! There’s strategy to it and you’re able to upgrade the espers levels, moves, relics, resonance and ascensions. The character design is phenomenal which was what first drew me in. And there so much to do like the story mode, all the different trials, the point war, the newly added holobattle for clubs, bounty missions, and special events! The only complaint I have, as many have probably said, is with the gacha system. I play a few gacha games and it’s never this hard to get a legendary (5 star) character. It’s usually guaranteed 4 star in 10-30 pulls and a guaranteed 5 star in 50-90 pulls. Dislyte doesn’t seem to have a guaranteed 4 star pull meaning you can pull 100 times and only wind up with 3 star espers which is unfortunate. I would recommend adding a guarantee pull for 4 stars, and also lowering the guarantee legendary pull as it seems a bit too much for most players. I know everything is about making money but I’ve spent money on Dislyte and I’m still stating the gacha rates are a bit unfair, especially for those that are F2P. Just something to consider! The game is definitely worth it though, all the 3 star, 4 star, and 5 star espers are all good if you build them and I highly recommend trying it out!
I started playing in January of 2023. When I started, the game was so fun with new things constantly being added but now that I’ve played for over a year I can say this game has gone downhill. We had great story lines until a bit after last years anniversary event. Since then the main storyline has been completely rewritten to a point that makes no sense, the game is constantly using recycled events, and the new characters (shimmers mainly) have become mainly attainable through payment/whales. Also the pulling system is horrible, as long as I’ve been playing I have had to hit hard pity (100 pulls) 90% of the time. Building characters has also become too complicated, there’s getting proper equipment, enhancing equipment, leveling up the characters, leveling abilities, getting their divinity’s (which you have to pull for), half won’t work properly without resonance (multiples of the same characters), materia lab, and other things I can’t even remember. PvP is also a NIGHTMARE if you are an F2P player as its become a shimmer/whale fest and you can’t get rewards if you can’t win against people who are P2W. If I was writing this review last year I would’ve given it 5/5 but now all of the devs have moved onto AFK and has let this game wither away and lose players. I along with many other players I’ve seen talk about this are not continuing to play after this anniversary since the “new events” are recycled from last year and the game isn’t what it used to be.

Also this week: a game that was both announced and cancelled in the same tweet, somehow.
