We've changed our payment model to ‘Try Before You Buy’!
Deep In The Woods is a poetic and visual triumph. From the creators of the Isoland series, this game feels like an interactive oil painting. The point-and-click mechanics are standard, but the implementation is anything but. You aren't just clicking items; you are swiping and dragging through scenes that feel alive, exploring the changing seasons and the passage of time in a way that feels incredibly personal.
The puzzles are well-integrated into the environment, requiring you to really observe the art rather than just hunting for pixels. It’s a meditative experience, though it occasionally challenges you with mini-games that require a bit more reflex than you might expect from a 'relaxing' game. Overall, it’s a beautiful journey that proves mobile games can be high art.
Stunning hand-painted aesthetic
Unique season-based puzzle mechanics
Deeply atmospheric soundtrack

Pay close attention to how the environment changes between seasons. Objects found in autumn might be necessary to solve a puzzle that appears in winter. Use the 'zoom' feature to find hidden details in the artwork.
The game uses unique gestures like dragging and rotating objects within the painting. If you're stuck, try interacting with elements that seem out of place—they usually hold the key to the next area.
The game encourages exploration and observation, but many puzzles offer visual clues within the environment to guide you.
I really enjoyed this game. It’s different than ISOLAND but once you get use to the different control and atmosphere of the game it is beautiful. I really enjoyed the scenery and different seasons. It was challenging and relaxing at the same time. It was enjoyable to interact with all the great puzzles. And the interacting games at the end were simply the best
This is slightly different than the rest of the Cotton games, but it was really enjoyable, and I highly recommend it. The puzzles were definitely challenging and the story was fun. Definitely give it a try, just a really lovely little game. Thanks for the hard work.
It was a beautiful atmosphere with challenging enough puzzles. What a great change of pace. I highly recommend!
Cotton Games is my all time favorite developer. But this isn’t the first time they ruined a game by including mandatory arcade mini games. Not everyone has the ability to compete scenes that require tremendous dexterity and quick reflexes. I’m unable to advance any further because of this and it was a waste of my money. If you’re going to include puzzles like this, there should be an option to skip it. Please be more considerate of players who may have mobility issues.
So intuitive, yet with great puzzles and beautiful scenery and graphics! One of the best from cotton games! Thank you! Please make more soon!
Beautiful, unusual, relaxing and energizing! If I could give 100 stars, I would!
As expected…but really a stand out. Can’t wait for the next project.
Loved this, was very challenging but finished the whole thing.
