Clusterduck is one of those rare mobile games that is both deeply weird and incredibly hard to put down. The premise is simple: you hatch ducks. But as you hatch more ducks, they begin to mutate in increasingly bizarre ways. You might get a duck with a sword for a head, or a duck with a human arm. The goal is to collect all the rare mutations.

The game's humor is dark and surreal, especially with the 'Hole' in the center of the screen where you sacrifice ducks to make room for new ones. The minimalist art style perfectly complements the absurdity. It’s an 'idle' game at its core, but the drive to see the next crazy mutation keeps you constantly checking back. It’s quirky, hilarious, and surprisingly polished.

Really fun game I’ve been playing for years now since before the pit pvp mode was added 🤘 only issue is that recently all the audio cuts off randomly not too long after I open the game. It would also be cool if when we’re looking at our sets we could look at the parts of the ducks we completed but other than that keep up the good work! EDIT: Love the new update! Seems like the developers do listen to their audience! Love being able to change our nests and such giving us that much more customization makes it a lot more fun to play the game for longer periods making it more visually appealing. It would be sooo sick if eventually we could change backgrounds or add decorations that come with different soundtracks something like that would be awesome. Small side note though the audio cutting bug still happens, though not as often and also theres an issue where the game won’t let me take certain ducks out the lamps I own and I’ve noticed that it seems to be the older ducks I’ve had since years back so maybe it’s just a problem with those older ones? Only downside to the updates are way back I purchased the ad remover along with everything else that is purchasable that said we could upgrade egg rarity and cut times for free and it worked for some time but lately it seems like I’m forced to watch a video to upgrade the egg even on the first one instead of the free upgrades and time skips for buying everything in the game? Kind of feels like a slap in the face but if it’s just a bug then keep the updates coming! It’s not often you see a mobile game developer not try to drain your wallets for money 🖤

I really enjoy this game. It is totally addictive, especially if you don’t mind not doing much. I really like just looking at the ducks mill about, and my favorite is hatching the eggs. All the ads are voluntary, so if you don’t mind waiting some of the eggs out, you don’t have to watch a single ad. For those people who dislike sacrificing the ducks down the hole, eventually you can have duck-offs where the duck you sacrificed are there. Even if they lose during the duck-off, they still just peaceably float off down the river. I really don’t mind the duck limit although it could be higher, mine is just twenty five and it’s a bit limiting. One thing that I’ve noticed is even if you sacrifice a duck and you are at 24, the ducks won’t lay eggs until you are at 23 which is weird cos I can have like 26 at time (25 strictly, but sometimes it lets you) so if this is a glitch maybe try fixing that. Also it is really hard to get matching pieces! I didn’t see any way to breed the ducks and it’s so random it takes forever. I mean even if you have all the parts on separate ducks, you will have no way to get them together, which can get frustrating. Also egg wait times are a little long. I mean three hours for a demigod egg? Seriously? It’s alright if you don’t mind waiting but that is TOO long. But actually this is a super enjoyable game, but pls fix these things. Thanks if you have read this far! I hope you try out this game bc it is super awesome! *fair warning: you will probably just be looking and weird ducks with mismatched parts for 90% of the game. If this does not sound good to you, maybe try something else, although if you feel daring, try it out!* anyway I’m done now guys bye!!

I like this game a lot, I think it has a ton of potential… but I have some suggestions on how you could improve the game. #1 you could lower the waiting times on special eggs and normal eggs in general, I don’t know about you but I do not have the attention span to wait around for these eggs pls make some way to help improve the waiting time, like more times I can watch an ad to help speed it up and stuff like that, you could even add a feature you can buy to speed it up or demolish it completely . #2 MORE CONTROL OVER WHAT DUCKS BREED WITH EACH OTHER like if a nest is open you could drag two ducks over to breed them so it makes them easier to complete ducks, my anxiety can not take the fact its nearly impossible to get a complete duck, I would definitely play this game more if it was easier to complete it. #3 why do the ducks have to die, if you could show that they all end up at a cozy little pond that would make it so much cuter and joyful, and I don’t know about you but I don’t like playing games that make me a little sad inside.#4 more customization for the duck colony hub thingy where all the ducks breed and stuff, I would absolutely loveeee to make it cuter. I have a couple others but I can’t really think of them right now. OVERALL I loveeeee this game and I think it has a tonnn of potential, have an amazing day and please consider these points 🫶🏻

Ok, don’t get me wrong. Clusterduck is a really good game to play when you are bored, but… there’s one big problem. The egg wait times. (The eggs I’m speaking about are the god tier, demigod, and participation eggs) the first one you get is like, 4 mins wait time, but the second one is two hours?? I mean, the god tier ones are FOUR HOURS THREE MIN WAIT TIME?! Yes yes, I know that I can speed it up by ads, the ads take off 30 mins. on the demigod, it only takes off 30 mins twice, and you still have to wait a whole hour before you can hatch it. (Participation eggs do the same thing) the god tier eggs, you can take off 30 mins 4 times, but you still have to wait for two hours before you can hatch it. Why is it like this? But I mean, the devs are on to something because the new celestial soup feature, the egg only takes 5 or 6 minutes to hatch. Other reviewers may complain about the sets and how it’s practically impossible to get them, nobody ever complains about the wait times. CLUSTERDUCK I NEED ANSWERS PLEASE ANSWER WHY THIS IS. Also you may be somebody whom is looking to download this, take the other reviews into consideration aswell, as my point of view is coming from a very impatient 10 year old. I will rate the game a 4/5. The art is perfect for the game and it is constant. It makes me want to continue to find new body parts for each duck. The game is a simple way to pass time. It is relaxing and is comical with the funny little quotes on each duck. I do enjoy not having to absolutely work towards a goal, but it would be nice to have one for those who do enjoy having to unlock achievements or goals. The missing star is for the quotes that somewhat don’t seem to fit some of the ducks. It is also because I wish there was a way to create your own duck with the unlocked body parts. Also having something the ability to unlock a larger play area and have more nest would be nice. I don’t like having to sacrifice the 25 ducks I really, really like. If I could build a bigger duck house or something that would be awesome...I mean imagine having hundreds of cannibalistic ducks running around trying to eat each other. One more thing that would be great is if the quote of the duck determined the ducks action. For example the duck that “wants to go down the hole.” If it kept asking you to sacrifice it over and over again (in a not overly annoying way). And for the last thing. The giant duck monster that come out of the hole. It would be awesome if it would do something other than yell, not sure what, but something on top of it’s screaming would be fun! All in all this is a fun game that I enjoy at its current state and will continue to ply and unlock all duck body parts! Thank you for a great game!

Great concept and I’m enjoying it a lot. Had a few bucks to spare to buy the no-ad and golden lamp, but even then, it feels like you’re just gonna be looking at weird ducks with mismatch parts for 90% of the game and then sacrificing them to the cursed hole. Like honestly, why is it so hard to get any matching pieces? It’s all completely random so it makes playing the game get incredibly boring and quick at that too. The ducks are interesting and all but after awhile you want more than that and you want to actually match the ducks with their parts but theres about 40ish duck types, each with 3 correlating parts, and 0 way to influence what parts are bred. Also the breeding doesn’t help much either, since say, I had a Clown duck head, if i bred that clown duck over n over i’d never get a clown legs from it, you only get clown heads. So it’s literally impossible to get a clown duck(example) unless you spend hours trying to get lucky and breed clown legs and wings with seperate ducks. It’d be 10x better if there was a system to where if you bred a (again, just an example) dragon-head duck there’d be a 15-20 percent chance to get a dragon piece on the next hatch. Or at least give us like a lil wheel spin like all of them are pieces to a duck we have and we’d spin to get a random piece we need. Game is great but really feel like they just coded a randomized combination system and left it at that.

Ok so this game got me hooked for a while and I was playing it for hours and hours straight for about a month. Then I realized that I found some small downsides to the game. So when you first start the game you get one free duck. After you play a little you get a second egg that you hatch. After a while you have filled up your space and you have to throw one in the pit if you haven’t already. This is where I found my first tiny flaw. I get that the game has a storage limit and you have to get rid of some of the ducks. But u think that after you filled up your nest, I think that the game should give the player a choice of going to a different place like maybe a smal pond. If they say no, they can change their mind whenever by clicking a plot bottom that gives them the choice to move to another plot. The second small flaw I found in this game is when you need to watch and ad to hatch another egg. I get that you get the duck as a prize that you earned and worked for. But I think that they could maybe add some random eggs that you get to hatch for free. Overall I think that thins is a great game I and I very much recommend it. There needs to be an upgrade system. Something to work towards. Obvious tangible and visual progression. Maybe little fish or coins could pop in places and you collect them and spend them on upgrades that decrease timers, buy more nests, buy decor items like ponds that have buffs like 20% higher chance for exotic mutations or to make currency spawn more often. What does the duck abyss even do? Besides get rid of ducks? Occasionally a monster duck pops out and you tap it a couple times and it goes away. What’s the point of that? Have it serve more of a purpose than just getting rid of ducks. The mechanic for this easily could have just been dragging a duck to a trash can on the corner of the screen but instead it’s a ginormous hole in the ground with duck monsters popping out of it. It was obviously meant to be a little bit more than just dumping ducks. Take advantage of that. Maybe if there is a certain amount of currency on the ground, a duck monster comes out and starts taking all the currency. Tap it to make it go away or pick up the currency. Another upgrade could be a little crab that goes around collecting currency on the ground. This game gets boring very quickly. Basically, you start off with a duck, it lays an egg, it hatches, they lay eggs, they hatch, toss the common ducks down the pit and keep the rarer ones, and basically just do that. Over and over and over. And wait for the eggs to hatch. That’s pretty much it. If this sounds a little too boring or repetitive to you, maybe don’t download this.
