Big Time Sports is a fantastic throwback to the era of Track & Field on the NES. It perfectly captures that 'one more try' feeling. Each mini-game is simple enough to understand in five seconds but has enough depth to keep you chasing the global leaderboards. The weightlifting and sprinting events are high-intensity tap-fests, while the basketball and diving events require a more delicate sense of timing. It’s a great mix of gameplay styles that keeps the experience from feeling repetitive.
The pixel art is charming and vibrant, and the sound effects provide great feedback for your actions. I particularly love the 'ghost' system that lets you race against your own best times; it makes personal improvement feel very tangible. While it doesn't have a deep story mode, as an arcade-style collection, it's top-tier. It’s the kind of game that’s easy to pick up but surprisingly hard to put down once you realize you’re only 0.1 seconds away from a Gold Medal.

Don't just tap fast; tap in sync with the stamina bar to lift heavier weights without fatiguing your athlete.
Watch the ghost of your previous best run to identify exactly where you can shave off milliseconds in the 100m sprint.
The game features Basketball, Weightlifting, Running, Cycling, and more.
I mean this game definitely succeed my expectations it's a game that can keep you busy for hours I'll say they should add more to it like for example the basketball mini game they should make it where someone is guarding you or something but other then that this is definitely a game I could play for a long time but hopefully they add more later in the game but also they don't have to they could just keep it simple and fun there are alot of options but there could be more but don't let that think this isn't a fun game it has alot of potential to
I’ve only skated and played basketball so far but it’s fun and that’s the point, right? It’s simple but not super easy. It says 13 weird or wacky sports I don’t remember exactly. But there’s nothing weird or wacky about any of these sports. They’re pretty standard. Other than that I don’t see anything that not how it’s described. Like I said, it’s fun! And that’s what we’re trying to do. I am, anyway. Don’t know about anyone else. I didn’t notice if it’s Apple Arcade or not but there’s been no ads so far and that’s a bonus!
Great game. My favorite sport to play on the app is hockey, I’d like to see how I ended up doing in the hockey daily challenge from a few days ago though, is there any way to see past daily challenge leaderboards?
I really like the game except for the golf. I don’t know if I’m doing something wrong but I can barely pull back at all before reaching the edge of my screen and if there is a windmill in front of the hole it seems impossible. The way I would fix these issues would be to allow you to pull back from anywhere on the screen not just from the ball directly and to allow more time as when you hit the windmill it can push it into the hole. Overall I still think it is a great game that is just my critique.
I really enjoy this game, and was sad when it was taken off of Apple Arcade… But, glad to see it back on the App Store! My only complaint is that it is no longer available on Apple TV; I wish that functionality is re-implemented as it’s great when I have friends over, and can enjoy the game on my big screen TV.
Hello. Big Time Sports is fun and kinda amazing. These 13 sports take their time and you get achievements and leaderboards. I would like to see more sports added. Track and Field disciplines, bobsled, field goal kicking, tennis, pickleball as well as others. Fun game. Keep the fun going.
The game is a lot of fun! One update I’d like to see is for the achievements. It doesn’t say what sport it’s talking about, so when it says I need to do 5 races for example, I’m not sure which race/sport it’s talking about. Other than that the game is a lot of fun!
The game is great, I am having lots of fun trying to improve my score on the leaderboard. One problem that has occurred in golf is that sometimes the hole is out of reach and sometimes no matter how powerful I can get, it will always fall short and miss.
