Will keep you busy, but will also make you wanna not play in the long run

This game reminds me of a game I like to play called “Royal Cooking” but with that game your stationary and serving food to people walking by. With this game however you have to move and run back to get more food to serve the people on the flight like I literally be having to sit up most times playing this game even when I’m lying down because it get serious when the people want they food then you get a little lost but it’s all fun at the same time. Make you feel like you working for real lol but, eventually when you play the game a lot you’ll find part where you have to pay with these diamonds and diamonds are HARD to come by and then without the proper upgrades you can’t make money so it’s like your forced to pay for diamonds and I don’t like that at all because I should have to pay to play or to enjoy a game that I do truly like to play. I hope in the future the game developers will make it more easier to get diamonds or reduce the amount of diamonds needed to upgrade stuff.

Good but this game needs more improvement

I’ve been playing this game for about quite a while now. And to be honest, it is good. But with everything that literally makes no sense, this game is literally so good (and bad). I’m aware that this is supposed to be a time management game, but the patience bar is what makes this game less fun. After like seconds. The customers will antagonize you saying hurry up, ahem, huh? If the patience bar runs out, You will be unable to serve them their food. At some times when the patience bar runs out, they will say stuff like "where is my food?" Even though they harshly declined you giving you their food. Normal customers would wait until their food arrives. But they are treating me like I was their servant. At least add a feature where you can serve them even after they declined the food so that way It could be something like a redemption arc. not to mention I would like if the customers would be like less or not disrespectful to me. I would’ve refused service to them if they told me to hurry up irl. This isn’t normal. Customers will not be impatient irl. Now let’s talk about levels. You at least have to earn a star or more to proceed. Without it, you will be unable to proceed to the next level. This is just rigged in many ways possible because you at least have to get this and that type of money. Does that even matter irl? In Papa Louie games you can just proceed without any goals needed. Other than that, this game is pretty good

Don’t Download & Avoid Stressing

This game is very addictive. It’s fun to play and it gets more challenging. The better you get at it which is equal parts annoying and engaging because you get mad but you essentially do want to win the game so you keep going back however since the latest update, not only has there been multiple glitches in gameplay there are also glitches with the ads and your fuel, and considering the fuel tank is so small and fuel is so hard to come by having a glitch that removes or takes away your fuel is a problem And then when you try to contact customer service, there is no customer service because when you go to their page which you’re directed to from the game no one responds to you. There isn’t even an option to select Airplane Chefs as the game you’re complaining about on the complaint form imagine that. Then if you go to one of their social media pages and try to get help there, they redirect you to the same customer support that does not reply to you does not help you and so you just lost whatever it is earlier today I lost not only fuel and time but $.99 which doesn’t seem like a lot, but I shouldn’t be losing anything when playing a game and trying to get help from customer service has proven to be a dud so much so that as much as I love the game, I just deleted it because I mean really??

I gave the game a one rating only because the game in itself is great, but then the fuel runs out and one is either force to watch videos until they can rack up 10 points again, or either spend money, whereby I will not spend money on any game, neither will I keep watching videos to get to 10 points, for fuel, because when you watch a show you only get 1 point for fuel, game is not that great for neither one of these, so I will delete the games and choose other in which I have downloaded that is better than this game. You need to make the game better many people are not going to spend money for points just to play a game in these hard time, when putting food on the table is priority, so with thousands of better games, they will just delete your games, give it a bad rating, until your company figure out stop trying to become a millionaire on the backs of the people. It’s cause capitalism. NO so It will not happen on my end and , I will not be a victim of your madness either I spend money on any games, when games was created back in the days, one could play free and unlimited, there was no time limit, but people got greedy and started charging and putting time limits on games but I will not be a part of the norm, neither waste money on games, no games have I ever found that was that great.

Fun but…

I’ve played this game off and on for a few years now. I reinstalled a few weeks ago and started playing again. I’ve noticed that the ads are not working? I don’t understand why. In the free rewards section to earn fuel or diamonds etc, and to double coins after completing a level, it will let me watch the entire ad and then AFTER I have watched the ad, I get an error and it doesn’t give the reward for said ad. This is quite annoying especially after watching the ENTIRE ad. Also, as many many many other players have mentioned (and I doubt y’all will ever actually accept the feedback and give your players what they want) the fuel system is absolutely RIDICULOUS. You only start with 50 fuel and each level takes 10 fuel. Can’t even participate in any events because the event ends before you can get more fuel. I’m not going to spend my actual money to buy fuel when it takes 10 to play a level. And it takes that fuel whether you win the level or not, unlike other games where you don’t lose a life UNLESS you fail the level. I love this game but will be finding something else similar to play because this developer does not actually care about the feedback from its players.

I would give 5 but

The game is fun and really enjoyable and very well polished, I love most things about the game and would recommend it but there’s a few technical stuff that sort of kills the experience for me, say if I tap the “+” by accident and get sent to the store, normally not an issue, but almost always whenever it happens you need to sit through a cutscene telling you about the same special offer which gets old very fast. More importantly though is that I think the ad system should be fixed, as of now (and for a while) it’s been broken with the offer being that you watch a certain number of ads to get some rewards but importantly a gem, a system that would be great! If only it worked. Every time you try to redeem a gem via this it will take back the gem you just eared and will make you watch more ads to actually earn it. Wouldn’t be the biggest thing if it happened once but it happens EVERY time which makes this seem almost intentional which would be nasty.

I love the game but..

I love the game, I play a couple levels before work and after work and it’s so much fun but..there are a lot of glitches and bugs. I been playing this game for maybe a month now and I noticed a lot of annoying glitches. For one my updated equipment is not saving. I updated my seats so the people would be more patient and then when I go back in the game it’s not saved but my gems are gone(which gems are already rare and hard to get) or I update the coffee maker and it doesn’t save etc. And also I wish the fuel time would change because the max is 50 which is 5 levels. And now I have to wait 2 hours to play another level? Or wait 10 hours just to get back up to max fuel. It also freezes and then goes my 2 hour wait. Good game but needs a lot of work. And I hope they do make more airplane journeys soon. So fix glitches and add more and I’ll give a 5 star.

Another money grab game

I want to like this game but it’s ridiculously hard to pass levels without upgrading things but you can’t even upgrade because everything costs gems. They hardly give you any gems to be able to upgrade so you’re pretty much forced to spend money. They don’t even give you an option to watch ads for gems like other games. You cannot get by with one to two gems a day if you’re lucky when all the upgrades cost at least 3+ and that’s being generous. Like in the Berlin level costs 10 gems to even upgrade the main course food items, just ridiculous. Or when you complete all 50 levels for an airport you only get 5 GEMS! Not sure how many you get for completing with all 3 stars because I can’t afford to upgrade everything enough to be able to get 3 stars. If you want to proceed it’s just about guaranteed you have to spend money. The game itself is fun and challenging but I’m sick and tired of being out of gems. You’re effectively blocked by a paywall to proceed, so if that’s your kind of thing definitely play this game.
