Constant Server Problems
Wed Jul 24 2024 prettyful1I have gotten a hold of support several times about server issues. I have sent them screenshots of what it says problems connecting to server. Make sure you have the latest updated version of this app. I have the latest version. I told them I have the latest version that I have an installed, it reinstalled it that I have emptied the cache. I do not have a memory problem. I have plenty of room on my phone. I still have almost 100 GB of room on my phone. I cannot connect to the server. It’s been going on for a week and a half and all they keep saying to me, tell us what the problem is tell us what the problem is and then telling me to do all this stuff that I’ve already done several times and then if it’s working, what is up with the Server. What more do they want? The problem is I cannot hook up to the server. That’s the problem. I know how to take care of things and to do things when there’s a problem and I’ve done all those things and it’s still not connecting to the server. I’m getting so tired of this, I’m ready to throw on this game. I’ve been playing it for a couple years and I absolutely love it but just too many problems. I’m gonna get kicked off of my club and everything because of this I probably already have been.

My main issue is the game shutting down at any given time. As annoying as it is, I can deal with it shutting down as long as I’m not in the middle of a game or especially when I’m in the count down getting ready to start a game. Every time it shuts down at these times, I lose my chips!! I should never have to lose my chips when I haven’t even started playing my cards or when I’m in the middle!! This also happens when I’m down on last bit of chips! So to keep playing I either have to purchase and or wait hours to collect enough from my 2hr bonus chips! This is ridiculous! I will also agree with other players in the buy ins have gotten ridiculous with the little amount of chip bonuses and the amount of gems it takes to get gold cards. And the gold cards are not producing the extra help like they once were! You might get a good selection once out of 5 or 6 times. And depending on which casino your at, your looking at possibly close to 2000 gems! That’s absolutely ridiculous! Plus every time you all do an update saying you’ve fixed the problems, I don’t see ANY difference! I can deal with a lot of issues, but I can’t deal with constantly losing chips on games I haven’t even played yet or when I haven’t even finished the game! Some how some way, give me my chips back and my review will read a lot better next time!

Maybe I play too much, but I love this game as a way to expel abundant nervous energy. Keep reading for helpful trick from a seasoned bingo-wh0r3. The game has always crashed , real basic “B” stuff- And always in the middle of extremely good winning games. Other times youll deal a great hand but the match is unsuccessful and you’re forced to “please reset 🃏” and relaunch the game. the cards you were excited to play with were not saved and your next set of cards is 🚽. THERE IS, however, ONE REDEEMING HACK You fellow bingo dorks should know for collecting free unlimited* diamonds. you can actually enjoy playing again: ~~When you have a good chunk of coins saved head to the slot machine (you know the one with the max bet of $25,000). set to auto spin on whatever bet $$ you feel comfy with. Go brush your teeth or do some dishes to let it continue spinning as long as possible (usually crashes around 10min but you’re used to that by now)coins and diamonds awarded with better and better luck the longer you spin (increasingly larger winnings) Your total coins actually hover around the same amount. You’ll lose on many consecutive spins but the bonus jackpots consistently boost you back to what you started with (often more). You’ll have way more diamonds to play with as a side effect and won’t lose much as long as you keep spinning in one session. Remember if you don’t have more that a few hundred thousand to bet a lower amount ($5 or $3 spins until you have enough to raise bet. higher bets = more diamonds) Have fun or whatever.
Ruined by poor customer service
Fri Jul 21 2023 sarahinkc13I have been playing this game for a long time and have really enjoyed it despite sometimes not being able to play for a few days because I’m building coins back up. Lately I’ve only been able to play 1-2 games every few days because I’m just not winning enough to play another game (yes I am using diamonds for the gold cards). Annoying, but it is what it is. Unfortunately today that was ruined by a poor chat experience. I finally had enough coins today to play so I picked a game and it started with no issues. I noticed as I was playing that the bingo countdown was not moving so figured there must be some sort of problem but continued to play because if I quit, I’d definitely be out the coins I used to play. The game ended after I got all the bingos possible and then I was told there was a glitch but not to worry—my winnings would be there when I signed in again. I didn’t expect to get coins for basically getting 4 blackouts but certainly expected to get either my coins back (like the game never happened) or at least credit for some of my bingos. Glitches have happened before—that’s just a part of playing online games. No big deal. But instead I just got a reply telling me it was my fault because I didn’t play it on strong wi-fi. And that was it. Nothing else besides it was my fault for playing on a cellular connection. What?! That just left a poor taste in my mouth. So you could see that I had logged in and started a game on this cellular connection but can’t even just reimburse the coins I spent to max bet on the game? Come on.
Game crashes when you’re winning
Tue Jun 29 2021 OregonBarbieI tried to write this review this morning but apparently it didn’t get posted so I’m going to try again. I actually wrote support but I have not heard anything back. When I first started this game I thought it was fun. It seems like you could win jackpots and lots of bingos..But soon I started to realize that as I was winning a lot the game would immediately crash. It only happened when I seemingly had a lot of Bingos and it happened before the end of the game. I quickly would log back on and try to click the button to get back in the game because I figured it would put me back in the game but instead defaults you to max betAnd a new game. Without realizing it when I push the button in a panic trying to get back into my old game it spent all of my chipsOn a max bet on a max card game that I would never have done had I wasn’t panicking trying to get back in to get the chips I would have won on the previous game after the game crashed. So, I have very little chips so then this morning I decided to start again and again I was winning just off a little bit but I had several Bingos on one card and all of a sudden the game crashed again. Seems kind of suspicious to me. This game is nowhere near as fun as the other casino game.. And when you’re in a good winning streak it just shuts off mysteriously… And if you panic and log back in and push the first button you get Max Bette and all your chips are gone. No thank you
Do yourself a favor and download a different bingo game
Sat Jun 22 2024 mmtashaThis game was incredible until the update in June that completely transformed the experience and gameplay. If you’ve played other bingo apps (see Bingo Wild, Bingo Blitz) then you’re already familiar with the changes they rolled out. Instead of rolling a fixed set of powerups for each game (and rerolling with diamonds) you now have a powerup bank that randomly spews mostly crappy powerups that you amass doing non-Bingo ‘activities’. You will be very frustrated for the short time you’re able to play before running out of chips, and you will be bored. If the developers are unwilling to undo the update, and everything signals that’s the case (look at the copy/paste boilerplate developer responses), do yourself a favor and download either Bingo Wild or Bingo Blitz. I used to recommend this game over those, but this game is now just an inferior copy of those that also has crazy glitches those don’t have. It’s incredibly sad that the developers don’t care at all about their loyal players. I used to be more than happy to drop money on this game, not because you had to, but because it was that much fun. Since you have to pay to play this one now you might as well download one of the other apps, which at least don’t crash and are a better investment considering the developers for this one are willing to steamroll their longtime players and break their own game for a cash grab.
New updates are horrible
Mon May 23 2022 grandhummingbirdUsed to be a fun game. It was easy to build up coin and gems just by logging in and collecting daily/hourly bonuses. But for whatever reason the developers decided that they needed to raise the bet substantially. Don’t get me started on the inability to win a hand if you don’t use gold cards…you must use gems to get gold cards. Anyway, the glitches in the game I can deal with, they don’t really happen that often. But the minimum bet increase and no increase to our login bonuses-that was a blow. At least with your other myVEGAS games you can actually play a little with the login bonus. Not anymore with bingo. And the claim of higher payouts…that was a load of you know what! Unless you’re using gold cards you aren’t winning any substantial amount back. Even when i use gold cards and get a bingotacular one card, triple on another, double on a third card and a single on the 4th card…I’ll probably only win back just slightly more than i paid in with these ridiculously high buy ins. Seriously, either lower the buy in back to what it was…or increase the login bonus…or actually do what you promised and give higher payouts. OMG and what’s up with clubs??? Seriously, i had 143 balls and only need 1 number for blackout yet somehow didn’t get that number??? Give me a break!!! Fix the clubs!!! This game needs real work. Look at your reviews for crying out loud!

Sat Apr 03 2021 jme2mauiUPDATE #2 I’ve been continuing to play this for 1 round 2 or 3 times a day...hoping it’ll get better at least maybe for A ROUND. Unfortunately it does not. Doesn’t matter how much I bet with 4 cards and use gold power ups. No bingo for me but, always for the same “select” players getting multiple bingos and top scores. This is not fun to play. If developers are trying to get players to stick around and play something has to change. I will never spend $ to play anything that has no (equivalent to) gaming commissioner. These apps with in app purchases are run on the honor system? Bahahahaha! GREED will win the vast majority of the time. I’m going to pass on that. UPDATE I deleted app and reinstalled it and it finally works. This app has potential. However in the last few days I’ve been paying attention to the winners and it seems that it’s frequently the same names. Not surprised at all. Just like most with in app purchases. I never win back equal to or above my bet no matter how I play. Also, I’m having to tap numbers more than once a lot. Oh well. Just got this app yesterday and played a few times. Very difficult to get even 1 bingo even when spending 100 “gems” for 6 “gold” power ups. However, today I’ve tried many times to open app to play and it won’t load. It is not my WiFi. So...
