The daily check ins yiu get 1.00 every day just to open the app. Last week i randomly started playing and hit 170$ well the cashout is a nightmare and not like these other apps where you have your money within a few to 24 hours. These people want you to send a legit copy of your bank statement with all your info on it to verify you to cash out. then what makes it worse is they will not cashout to paypal, cashapp or any of those kind of banks. it has to be an established financial institution. It gets better cuz customer service has ran me in circles. they will create a ticket everytime you contact them. well everytime i try to respond on the website ii am met with account " does not exist. i am waiting to see if i can speak with someone on the phone to explain what is going on . i keep being told to send in my statements for verification and i have. 0 out of 5 stars. it doesnt matter where you cash out to that is all some people have. and why do they need your whole bank statement thats no ones business but your own. its been almost a week tomorrow since i tried to cashout n still no money. play at your own risk but i wouldnt

Thu Feb 12 2026 AK477450This is by far the worst casino I only wished I’d read these comments before wasting my time money and energy sending ridiculous amounts of documents for verification and being accused of having multiple accounts and false name because I kept my maiden name and hyphenated my married name and haven’t changed my dl because my lawyer said I didn’t have to it’s changed with ss I have star real id I’ve opened bank accounts and cashed out on several different platforms no issues I asked them did they want my dna and fingerprint! How can they get away with this class action lawsuit in order I’m calling contact 6 tomorrow

Every time I report an issue, I get these robotic automated response. They are quick to allow you to spend money on their app but won’t allow u to verify your account to withdraw. Don’t waste your time or money on the app.

I’ve never had to do so much verifying just to cash out the money I won. I’ve won a lot of money on this place. I’m not saying that that’s fat, but I don’t know if if it’s a scam or not cause I haven’t been able to cash out my winning.

I am furious and I am going to take action on this shortly. Trust pilot will be notified today and I’m writing this so other fellow gamblers don’t get ripped off like I just did .
