Honestly i reallly liked zula. The daily check ins yiu get 1.00 every day just to open the app. Last week i randomly started playing and hit 170$ well the cashout is a nightmare and not like these other apps where you have your money within a few to 24 hours. These people want you to send a legit copy of your bank statement with all your info on it to verify you to cash out. then what makes it worse is they will not cashout to paypal, cashapp or any of those kind of banks. it has to be an established financial institution. It gets better cuz customer service has ran me in circles. they will create a ticket everytime you contact them. well everytime i try to respond on the website ii am met with account " does not exist. i am waiting to see if i can speak with someone on the phone to explain what is going on . i keep being told to send in my statements for verification and i have. 0 out of 5 stars. it doesnt matter where you cash out to that is all some people have. and why do they need your whole bank statement thats no ones business but your own. its been almost a week tomorrow since i tried to cashout n still no money. play at your own risk but i wouldnt

Fun games

I like the games they are fun to play I did win and so far redeeming haste been a issue we will see how long it takes to actually get. The winnings I am all verified so hopefully the rest goes smoothly. I’m happy and enjoying

Disappointed

I love playing the games, but the process, to get your money is tedious, I won a little over $100, but they prefer, bank statements, utility bills, your Id has already been verified, if you can use your card of your choice to pay for coins to play, why can’t your card of your choice be accepted to get your winnings, I just will delete the app,and play games on another platforms

Rip offs

This app is a total rip off, if you win they say they got to do a verification process and it takes days and they want you to send bank statements , utility bill, a copy of you I.D and then you sit and wait and you don’t hear nothing from them!! Waste of money and time!!! I had no problem redeeming on high 5 casino and no problem on crown coins!

Couldn’t never cash out

Every time I want to withdraw my money, I had to go through this Lacey ridiculous amount of verification. I’ve never had to do so much verifying just to cash out the money I won. I’ve won a lot of money on this place. I’m not saying that that’s fat, but I don’t know if if it’s a scam or not cause I haven’t been able to cash out my winning.

Stolen money

I just got off this app and they stole $10 dollars of my account. I signed off my account for two minutes and when I went back to it was $10 dollars shorter . I am furious and I am going to take action on this shortly. Trust pilot will be notified today and I’m writing this so other fellow gamblers don’t get ripped off like I just did .

Can’t even login to the app

I would give the app a higher rating if I could actually use it, but it logs you out every time and takes too long to login again.
